Abstract
The invention discloses a supplementary feed concentrate capable of improving the milk yield of yaks and a preparation method thereof, wherein the formula comprises the following components: compound Chinese medicine extract, compound additive and carrier; the preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, preparing a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract; step two, preparing a composite additive; step three, preparing a finished product; step four, bagging and storing; the formula of the invention adopts the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract with the efficacy of tonifying qi and promoting lactation, so that the milk yield of the consumed cows can be effectively improved, and the safety of the milk is ensured; according to the invention, the flavoring agent and the flavoring agent are added into the compound additive, so that the palatability of the concentrate is improved, the feed intake of the yak is increased, the immunity of the yak is enhanced by adding the compound vitamin and the beneficial bacteria, and the quality of milk is ensured; according to the invention, the finished supplementary feeding concentrate is made into water-soluble powder, so that the supplementary feeding concentrate can be better and uniformly mixed with the basic feed, and excessive or too little supplementary feeding concentrate is prevented from being consumed by cattle.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of yak feed, in particular to supplementary feed concentrate capable of improving milk yield of yaks and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Yaks are mainly distributed in 5 provinces in the west, such as Qinghai, Tibet, Gansu, Sichuan, Xinjiang and Yunnan, the traditional breeding is mainly in a grazing mode, production and living necessities such as meat, milk, hair and excrement are provided for the Tibetan population, and the yaks cannot be replaced; the natural conditions in cold seasons are severe, the body condition of grazed yaks is poor, the fertility is reduced, and the natural pasture cannot meet the nutritional requirements of the grazed yaks; the supplementary feeding concentrate can effectively supplement nutrient substances required by the growth of yaks, but the existing supplementary feeding concentrate is rough in production method and raw materials are not finished, so that the absorption effect is poor, and the milk yield of the yaks cannot be effectively improved by the existing supplementary feeding concentrate; most of the conventional supplementary feeding concentrate products are large-particle feeds, and most of farmers adopt manual stirring during feed preparation, so that the supplementary feeding concentrate and the basic feed are not uniformly mixed, and the supplementary feeding effect is influenced by too much or too little supplementary feeding concentrate consumed by cattle; the existing supplementary feeding concentrate only focuses on nutrition and ignores palatability, so that the feed intake of cattle can not be increased, and even the feed intake of cattle can be reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a supplementary feeding concentrate capable of improving the milk yield of yaks and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a supplementary feed concentrate capable of improving milk yield of yaks comprises the following components: the composite traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises a composite traditional Chinese medicine extract, a composite additive and a carrier, wherein the mass percentage of each component is as follows: 30-40% of compound traditional Chinese medicine extract, 20-30% of compound additive and 30-50% of carrier.
Preferably, the mass percentage of each component is as follows: 35% of compound traditional Chinese medicine extract, 25% of compound additive and 40% of carrier.
A preparation method of supplementary feed concentrate capable of improving milk yield of yaks comprises the steps of preparing a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract; step two, preparing a composite additive; step three, preparing a finished product; step four, bagging and storing;
wherein in the first step, the preparation of the composite traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following steps:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the formula proportion of the compound traditional Chinese medicine, placing the raw materials in a boiling pot, adding a proper amount of purified water, soaking for 60min at 60 ℃, then heating to 80-100 ℃, and decocting for 1h under the pressure of 0.12MPa to obtain a liquid medicine;
2) filtering the medicinal liquid with 0.65 μm filter, and heating and concentrating the filtrate under 0.02MPa to obtain concentrated solution;
3) cooling the concentrated solution to below 60 ℃, conveying the concentrated solution to an alcohol precipitation tank for alcohol precipitation, and reacting for 1 hour to obtain an alcohol precipitation solution;
4) filtering the alcohol precipitation solution through a 0.45-micron filter, and heating the filtered alcohol precipitation solution under the condition of 0.04MPa to collect alcohol to obtain an extracting solution;
5) spray drying the extractive solution to obtain compound Chinese medicinal extract;
in the second step, the raw materials are weighed according to the formula proportion of the composite additive, placed in a stirrer and uniformly mixed and stirred to obtain the composite additive;
in the third step, the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared in the first step and the compound additive prepared in the second step are taken, the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract, the compound additive and the carrier are weighed according to the formula proportion of the supplementary feeding concentrate, the mixture is placed in a stirrer and uniformly mixed and stirred to obtain the supplementary feeding concentrate;
in the fourth step, the supplementary feeding concentrate prepared in the third step is weighed according to the specification parameters of the product, vacuum-packaged by adopting an aluminum foil bag, and stored in a dry, low-temperature, light-proof and ventilated environment.
Preferably, in the step 1), the mass percentages of the components of the compound traditional Chinese medicine are as follows: 30% of motherwort, 25% of cowherb seed, 15% of ricepaper pith, 10% of astragalus membranaceus, 5% of angelica, 5% of codonopsis pilosula, 5% of bighead atractylodes rhizome and 5% of uniflower swisscentaury root.
