Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a gesture recognition method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The gesture recognition method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s101: and acquiring a gesture image in the current shooting data, and judging whether the gesture image comprises a target tracking gesture. If yes, go to step S102.
In a specific implementation scenario, current shooting data is acquired, and the current shooting data may be one acquired frame image or several continuous or discontinuous frame images. And performing gesture recognition on the shooting data. For example, a training gesture image or video corresponding to a gesture to be recognized may be input to a neural network for training, and gesture recognition may be performed on current shooting data through the trained neural network to determine whether the gesture image includes a target tracking gesture.
In one implementation scenario, the current shooting data is obtained by shooting a person, and then the gesture image of the person is directly obtained and whether the gesture is the target gesture image is identified. In another implementation scenario, multiple persons are included in the current shot data. Different gestures which may be made by any person during shooting need to be acquired, and whether the gesture images include the target tracking gesture or not is judged.
S102: taking the person making the target tracking gesture as a target tracking person, performing tracking shooting by taking the target tracking person as a focus in a subsequent picture of current shooting data, only identifying the target gesture made by the target tracking person, acquiring operation information corresponding to the target gesture, and executing the operation information.
In a specific implementation scenario, a person who makes a target tracking gesture is taken as a target tracking person, and person characteristics, such as facial characteristics, clothing characteristics, position characteristics and the like, of the target tracking person are recorded so as to perform focusing and tracking shooting on the target tracking person, and the shooting device can automatically follow the movement of the target tracking person to perform at least one operation of focusing, steering and moving.
After the target tracking person is determined, only the target gesture made by the target tracking person is recognized, and the gestures made by other persons in the acquired current shooting data and the subsequent shooting data are ignored. On the one hand, the calculation amount can be reduced, resources are saved, the processing efficiency is improved, on the other hand, different gestures can be effectively prevented from being made by multiple people, and the shooting equipment is in a disordered recognition and response state and cannot work normally.
In an implementation scene, it is the scene of a speech at present, need carry out video recording or live broadcast to the speech of the speaker, then before the speech begins, the speaker makes the target tracking gesture, shooting device can discern the target tracking gesture, and will make the speaker of target tracking gesture as the target tracking personage, focus and track the shooting to the speaker, thereby when the speaker is carrying out the speech, shooting device can automatic tracking speaker, effectively promoted the shooting effect, need not artifical the tracking, reduce and shoot the cost. The speaker can make target gestures according to the shooting requirements, such as controlling a mute switch, a volume condition, controlling a noise reduction switch and the like. Therefore, the shooting can be controlled by the speaker during shooting, and the shooting requirements required by the speaker can be better matched. The problem that shooting cannot be normally carried out due to the fact that other people make gestures to interfere the shooting device in the shooting scene of multiple people can be effectively avoided.
In other implementation scenarios, when the target gesture is obtained, the current working mode information is obtained at the same time, and the working mode information includes information such as the current shooting mode of the shooting device, time, place, and information that can be collected by a sensor (e.g., light intensity, temperature, humidity, etc.). And acquiring the mode operation information represented by the target gesture under the current working mode information, and executing the mode operation information. For example, the target gesture a is operation information for turning on the noise reduction function in the a-mode, and operation information for turning on the mute function in the b-mode. And acquiring the current working mode information, if the current working mode information is in an a mode, turning on a noise reduction function, and if the current working mode information is in a b mode, turning on a mute function.
In other implementation scenarios, the user may also modify the operation information corresponding to the target gesture according to the modification instruction by inputting the modification instruction. For example, the original operation information corresponding to the target gesture B is to start recording, obtain a modification instruction, and modify the operation information corresponding to the target gesture B to terminate recording according to the modification instruction.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, the person who makes the target tracking gesture is taken as the target tracking person, in the subsequent picture of the current shooting data, the target tracking person is taken as the focus to perform tracking shooting, and only the target gesture made by the target tracking person is recognized, so that when a plurality of persons exist in the scene, the plurality of persons make gestures at the same time to interfere with the shooting device, thereby ensuring smooth shooting, performing shooting operation according to the requirement of the target tracking person, and improving the quality and efficiency of shooting.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a gesture recognition method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The gesture recognition method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s201: and acquiring a gesture image in the current shooting data, and judging whether the gesture image comprises a target tracking gesture. If yes, go to step S202.
S202: taking the person making the target tracking gesture as a target tracking person, performing tracking shooting by taking the target tracking person as a focus in a subsequent picture of current shooting data, only identifying the target gesture made by the target tracking person, acquiring operation information corresponding to the target gesture, and executing the operation information.
S203: and judging whether the target gesture comprises a track canceling gesture, if so, executing the step S204.
In a specific implementation scenario, after the target tracking character is acquired, a target gesture made by the target tracking character is acquired, the target gesture is compared with a preset track canceling gesture, and whether the current target gesture includes the track canceling gesture is determined.
S204: the tracking shot with the target tracking person as the focus is cancelled.
In a specific implementation scenario, the target gesture includes a cancel tracking gesture, and then tracking shooting with the target tracking person as a focus is cancelled. Step S201 and subsequent steps are re-executed.
In an implementation scene, the current scene is a speech, the speech of the speaker needs to be recorded or live broadcast, before the speech starts, the speaker makes a target tracking gesture, the shooting device can recognize the target tracking gesture, the speaker making the target tracking gesture serves as a target tracking person, and focusing, tracking and shooting are performed on the speaker. After the speech is finished, probably need to carry out the interdynamic with spectator, then the speaker makes and cancels the pursuit gesture, and the shooting device no longer focuses on and tracks the shooting to the speaker. At the moment, the audience who interacts with the speaker can make a target tracking gesture, the shooting device can focus and track and shoot the audience, after the audience finishes speaking, the shooting device can make a gesture of canceling tracking, and the shooting device does not focus and track and shoot the audience any more. The speaker can make the target tracking gesture again, and the shooting device can focus and track the shooting to the speaker again. Need not the manual work like this and adjust shooting device, shooting device can find the personage that needs focus and track the shooting automatically, and effectual shooting quality and the shooting efficiency of having promoted have reduced the shooting cost.
In other implementation scenarios, if the track canceling gesture is not received within the preset time length, the track shooting with the target tracking person as the focus is cancelled. For example, when the speaker interacts with the audience, and after the audience finishes speaking, the tracking cancellation gesture is not performed, the shooting device continues to focus and track the audience, and does not receive the target tracking gesture performed by other audiences or the speaker, which will cause that the speaker and other audiences cannot be shot. Therefore, within the preset time length, the track-canceling gesture cannot be received, and the track shooting with the target tracking person as the focus is still cancelled. Thus, the speaker and other viewers can perform the target tracking gesture to serve as a new target tracking person, and the shooting can be continued.
Further, whether or not to cancel the tracking shot focusing on the target tracking person can be determined by combining the acquired gesture and the detected sound source direction. For example, when the speaker interacts with the audience, after the audience finishes speaking, the track canceling gesture is not made, the track canceling gesture cannot be received within a preset time, and the sound source direction at the moment is the direction of the speaker or other audiences, so that the tracking shooting taking the target tracking person as the focus is cancelled. Thus, the speaker and other viewers can perform the target tracking gesture to serve as a new target tracking person, and the shooting can be continued.
It can be known through the above description that whether the target gesture includes the cancellation tracking gesture is judged in this embodiment, if the target gesture includes the cancellation tracking gesture, then cancel the tracking shooting that goes on with the target tracking personage as the focus, can make the shooting device reacquire target tracking gesture and target tracking personage, can be in a flexible way switch between a plurality of target tracking personages and need not artifical the regulation, effectively promoted shooting quality and shooting efficiency, reduced the shooting cost.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a gesture recognition method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The gesture recognition method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s301: and acquiring a gesture image in the current shooting data, and judging whether the gesture image comprises a target tracking gesture.
In a specific implementation scenario, step S301 is substantially the same as step S101 in the first embodiment of the gesture recognition method provided by the present invention, and details are not repeated here.
S302: and authenticating the identity of the person who makes the target tracking gesture, judging whether the person who makes the target tracking gesture is the authority person preset by the current camera device, and if so, executing the step S303. If not, go to step S304.
In a specific implementation scenario, multiple image capturing devices may capture a scene, and in order to avoid capturing repeated content or missing images, an authority person is set for each image capturing device. And when the target tracking gesture is judged to exist, performing identity authentication on the person making the target tracking gesture, and judging whether the person making the target tracking gesture is an authority person preset by the current camera device. The identification and verification of the person making the target tracking gesture may be accomplished by face recognition, voiceprint recognition, apparel recognition, or wearing special wireless devices, such as bluetooth, infrared, etc. devices that may broadcast/transmit information wirelessly.
S303: and driving the current camera to take the person making the target tracking gesture as a target tracking person.

In other implementation scenarios, after the target tracking gesture is acquired, the person who makes the target tracking gesture is uploaded to the platform, and the person who makes the target tracking gesture is acquired by the platform and is the authority person corresponding to the shooting device, so that the shooting device is driven to take the person who makes the target tracking gesture as the target tracking person.
In other implementation scenarios, after the target tracking gesture is acquired, the person who makes the target tracking gesture may be uploaded to the platform, the platform determines whether the person who makes the target tracking gesture is an authorized person corresponding to the shooting device which uploads the person, and if yes, the shooting device is driven to take the person who makes the target tracking gesture as the target tracking person. If not, the information is ignored and no feedback is made.
In an implementation scene, need shoot the video that the mr gave the student and attend a class, need shoot mr and student's camera lens simultaneously, for example mr student's feedback when the explanation, and student's quantity is more, and a shooting device can't compromise whole student, so set up a plurality of shooting devices simultaneously, shoot mr and student respectively. The teacher a makes a target tracking gesture a, the shooting device A which is responsible for shooting the teacher recognizes the target tracking gesture, facial features of the teacher a are recognized, the teacher a is judged to be the authority figure of the shooting device A, and then the shooting device A takes the teacher as a focus to conduct tracking shooting. When the photographing device B2 in charge of photographing the student B2 recognizes that the student B1 has performed the target tracking gesture B, recognizes the face of the student B1, and determines that the student B1 is an authorized person of the photographing device B1, it notifies and drives the photographing device B1 to perform tracking photographing with the student B1 as the focus.
In other implementation scenarios, priorities can be arranged for the authority characters, and if two characters which are acquired from the same shooting data and are both authority characters of the shooting device make target tracking gestures, the target tracking gestures made by the authority characters with higher priorities are responded.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, the person who makes the target tracking gesture is authenticated, if the person who makes the target tracking gesture is an authorized person, the current camera is driven to use the person who makes the target tracking gesture as the target tracking person, if the person who makes the target tracking gesture is not an authorized person, another camera corresponding to the person who makes the target tracking gesture is obtained, and another camera is driven to use the person who makes the target tracking gesture as the target tracking person.
