The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The law enforcement information entry method provided by the invention can be applied to terminal equipment used by police officers in the law enforcement process. The terminal device may be a wired terminal or a wireless terminal.
A wireless terminal may communicate with one or more Network devices via a Radio Access Network (RAN), and the wireless terminal may be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone (or referred to as a "cellular" phone) and a computer having a mobile terminal, for example, a portable, pocket, handheld, computer-embedded or vehicle-mounted mobile device, which exchanges language and/or data with the RAN. For another example, the Wireless terminal may also be a Personal Communication Service (PCS) phone, a cordless phone, a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) phone, a Wireless Local Loop (WLL) station, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and other devices. A wireless Terminal may also be referred to as a system, a Subscriber Unit (Subscriber Unit), a Subscriber Station (Subscriber Station), a Mobile Station (Mobile), a Remote Station (Remote Station), a Remote Terminal (Remote Terminal), an Access Terminal (Access Terminal), a User Terminal (User Terminal), a User Agent (User Agent), and a User Device or User Equipment (User Equipment), which are not limited herein.
The terminal device is generally used for recording law enforcement information during law enforcement of a police officer, and the law enforcement information is generally required to be marked as a law enforcement record of the police officer, namely, the police officer information in the terminal device is used as police officer information corresponding to the law enforcement information. In the prior art, the police officer information in the terminal equipment is mainly input into the terminal equipment through two schemes. Firstly, logging in a terminal equipment management system through other equipment, and searching one terminal equipment in the terminal management system so as to input police officer information of the terminal equipment; and secondly, directly inputting police officer information on the terminal equipment.
However, the manual input of the police officer information in the above scheme results in high operation complexity, and the manual input of the police officer information results in high error rate of the police officer information, which in turn results in high operation complexity and error rate in the law enforcement process.
In order to solve the technical problem, the terminal device of the present application may acquire an image of a police officer certificate, extract police officer information from the image to record in the terminal device, and when a police officer uses the terminal device to perform law enforcement, the police officer information in the terminal device may be used as the police officer information corresponding to the law enforcement information. Therefore, police officer information does not need to be input manually, and the operation complexity and the error rate in the law enforcement process are reduced.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present invention and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a law enforcement information entry method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, including S101 to S103:
s101: and acquiring an image of the police officer certificate.
Specifically, the terminal device may acquire an image of the police officer certificate through a camera device provided on the terminal device, and may also receive images of the police officer certificate sent by the other devices.
S102: police officer information on an image of a police officer certificate is identified.
Specifically, the police officer information in the image can be recognized through Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and the police officer information can also be recognized from the image through a pre-trained machine model.
The machine model can be trained through a large number of police officer certificate images, and the police officer certificate images are images shot aiming at police officer certificates. The image is labeled with police officer information, and the labeled police officer information can be called sample police officer information and is used for supervising training of the machine model, so that the police officer information (subsequently called training police officer information) recognized by the machine model from the police officer certificate image is as close as possible to the sample police officer information. The training is achieved through multiple iterations, and before the first iteration, parameters of the machine model are initialized, namely the parameters can be set randomly or empirically. In each iteration, firstly, inputting a preset number of police officer certificate images into a machine model one by one to obtain training police officer information of each police officer certificate image; then, inputting training police officer information and sample police officer information corresponding to a preset number of police officer certificate images into a loss function to obtain a loss value; finally, determining whether to finish the training of the machine model according to the loss value, specifically, finishing the training of the machine model if the loss value is less than or equal to a preset loss value threshold value and/or the loss value is not continuously reduced in continuous multiple iterations; and if the loss value is larger than the preset loss value and/or the loss value is continuously reduced in a plurality of continuous iterations, adjusting parameters of the machine model to perform the next iteration on the machine model until the loss value is smaller than or equal to a preset loss value threshold value and/or the loss value is not continuously reduced in the plurality of continuous iterations.
The loss value is used for representing the difference degree between the sample police officer information and the training sample police officer information, the larger the loss value is, the larger the difference degree is, and the smaller the loss value is, the smaller the difference degree is. The loss function may adopt a common sum of squares loss function, a cross entropy loss function, an absolute value loss function, and the like, and the specific form of the loss function in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
S103: the police officer information on the image is stored in the terminal device as the current police officer information of the terminal device.
Specifically, the current police officer information may be stored in a memory of the terminal device, which may include, but is not limited to: memory, flash memory, etc.
It can be understood that when the terminal device is used for the first time, the current police officer information does not exist, and the police officer information on the image can be directly used as the current police officer information of the terminal device. When the terminal device is used by other police officers, the current police officer information is the police officer information of the other police officers, at the moment, the police officer information on the image can be replaced by the police officer information of the other police officers, and the police officer information on the image can be added into the terminal device. After the police officer information on the image is added into the terminal device, the entry time of the police officer information on the image can be recorded as the current time, so that the terminal device takes the police officer information with the latest entry time as the current police officer information or marks the police officer information on the image as the current police officer information.
S104: and when the entered law enforcement information is received, determining the current police officer information stored in the terminal equipment as the police officer information corresponding to the law enforcement information.
Specifically, the current police officer information and the law enforcement information can be added into a preset law enforcement template to form a law enforcement record. For example, when the law enforcement information is traffic ticket information, the current police officer information and the traffic ticket information can be added to a ticket template to form a ticket record. The current police officer information and the law enforcement information can be recorded into a law enforcement information system according to the corresponding relationship.
The law enforcement information system may include at least one law enforcement information server for storing the current police officer information and law enforcement information. The law enforcement information system also comprises a law enforcement information client corresponding to the server, and the law enforcement information client can be used for accessing the law enforcement information server to manage law enforcement information and police officer information in the law enforcement information server or display the law enforcement information and the police officer information on a screen.
Alternatively, in an example of the embodiment of the present invention, the above S101 includes a1 to a 2:
and A1, receiving the authority information input on the terminal device, wherein the authority information is the information of the use authority of the user to the terminal device.
The authority information can be information such as a digital password and a pattern preset on the terminal equipment; when a user needs to use the terminal device, the authority information needs to be input firstly, the user can use the terminal device after the terminal device successfully verifies the input authority information, and the user cannot use the terminal device after the terminal device fails to verify the input authority information.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user is a police officer who uses the terminal device.
And A2, acquiring the image of the police officer certificate when the authority information is successfully verified.
It will be appreciated that in the event of a failure to verify the entitlement information, no image of the police officer's credentials is acquired.
According to the embodiment of the invention, illegal entry of police officer information into the terminal equipment can be avoided through the authority information, so that illegal use of the terminal equipment is avoided, and illegal law enforcement information is prevented from being uploaded to a law enforcement information system.
Alternatively, in an example of the embodiment of the present invention, the S103 includes B1 to B2:
b1: and sending the police officer information on the image to an authentication server.
The authentication server can be a public security department server and is used for storing legal police officer information and certificate identification information. The certificate identification information is identification information of legal police officer certificates, and in the authentication server, each certificate identification information corresponds to a group of police officer information, and the group of police officer information comprises: the police officer number, the police officer name and the police officer unit.
B2: and if the matching success message sent by the authentication server is received, storing the police officer information on the image in the terminal equipment as the current police officer information of the terminal equipment.
It is to be understood that after the authentication server receives the police officer information on the image, the police officer information on the image is matched with the police officer information in the authentication server one by one. And if the police officer information comprises a plurality of items of sub-information such as police officer numbers, police officer names, police officer units and the like, when the plurality of items of sub-information are successfully matched, determining that the police officer information on the image is successfully matched with one of the police officer information in the authentication server, and sending a matching success message to the terminal equipment. And when at least one item of sub information fails to be matched, determining that the police officer information on the image fails to be matched with one of the police officer information in the authentication server. And when the police officer information on the image is determined to be failed to be matched with any police officer information in the authentication server, sending a matching failure message to the terminal equipment.
The embodiment of the invention can determine whether the police officer information in the police officer certificate is legal or not according to the police officer information in the authentication server, thereby further ensuring the validity of the current police officer information in the terminal equipment.
Optionally, in an example of the embodiment of the present invention, the B1 includes: and sending the police officer information on the image and the identification information of the police officer certificate to an authentication server.
The identification information of the police officer certificate is used for uniquely identifying the police officer certificate, the identification information of the police officer certificate can be identified from an image of the police officer certificate, and the identification method can refer to a police officer information identification method. The identification information of the police officer certificate can also be acquired from the chip of the police officer certificate through Near Field Communication (NFC).
The NFC enables data exchange between two terminal devices in a close proximity, and realizes communication by integrating an inductive card reader, an inductive card, and point-to-point communication on a single chip.
The operating modes of NFC are divided into a passive mode and an active mode. The NFC initiator (also called the master) in passive mode requires a power supply device, and the master uses the power of the power supply device to provide a radio frequency field and transmit data to the NFC target (also called the slave). The slave device does not generate a radio frequency field, so that a power supply device is not needed, the radio frequency field generated by the master device is converted into electric energy to supply power to circuits of the slave device, data sent by the master device is received, and the slave device data is transmitted back to the master device at the same speed by using a Load Modulation (LM) technology. The slave device in this operating mode is called passive mode because it does not generate a radio frequency field, but passively receives a radio frequency field generated by the master device, in which mode the NFC master device can detect a contactless card or an NFC target device and establish a connection therewith.
In the active mode, the initiator and target devices must actively generate the rf field when transmitting data to each other, and therefore, they are called active mode, and both of them need a power supply device to supply energy for generating the rf field. This communication mode is a standard mode of peer-to-peer network communication, and a very fast connection rate can be obtained.
It can be understood that, after the authentication server receives the police officer information on the image and the identification information of the police officer certificate, firstly, the identification information of the police officer certificate is matched with the certificate identification information in the authentication server; and then, if the identification information of the police officer certificate is successfully matched with one certificate identification information in the authentication server, matching the police officer information on the image with the corresponding police officer information of the certificate identification information in the authentication server, and if the matching is successful, sending a matching success message to the terminal equipment.
Of course, if the identification information of the police officer certificate and any certificate identification information in the authentication server fail to be matched, or the police officer information on the image and the corresponding police officer information of the certificate identification information in the authentication server fail to be matched, a matching failure message is sent to the terminal equipment.
The embodiment of the invention can not only ensure the legality of the police officer information, but also ensure the legality of the police officer certificate.
Fig. 2 exemplarily shows an interaction diagram between the terminal device and the authentication server when the police officer information and the identification information of the police officer certificate are legal. As can be seen from fig. 2, the interaction process between the terminal device and the authentication server mainly includes: firstly, acquiring an image of a police officer certificate by a terminal device, and identifying police officer information on the image and identification information of the police officer certificate; then, the terminal equipment sends the police officer information on the image and the identification information of the police officer certificate to an authentication server; then, after receiving the matching success message sent by the authentication server, the terminal device stores the police officer information on the image as the current police officer information of the terminal device in the terminal device; and finally, when the terminal equipment receives the entered law enforcement information, determining the current police officer information stored in the terminal equipment as the police officer information corresponding to the law enforcement information.
