Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present invention generally provides a moisture-proof ironing control method and apparatus, an ironing device 100, and a readable storage medium, and the moisture-proof ironing control method is applied to the ironing device 100. The ironing device 100 may take many forms, such as a hand-held ironing machine or a garment steamer. Taking a hand-held ironing machine as an example, the ironing device 100 includes a main body portion for implementing an ironing function and a handle portion for being held by a user. The main body part comprises a machine shell and a steam generator, the machine shell is provided with an ironing panel 10, and the ironing panel 10 is provided with a steam hole 11. The steam generator is arranged in the machine shell, and a steam outlet of the steam generator is communicated with the steam hole 11. The handle portion comprises a handle shell and a water tank arranged on the handle shell, the inner cavity of the handle shell is communicated with the inner cavity of the machine shell, and the water tank is used for storing water. Still be equipped with the water pump in the casing, the water pump is with water tank and steam generator's water inlet intercommunication to water in the water tank can be inhaled steam generator, and steam outlet blowout from steam generator can be followed after water forms steam, and finally from ironing panel 10's steam hole 11 blowout.
The handle part can be provided with a control key which is electrically connected with the steam generator and the water pump through a circuit board. When the ironing device 100 is needed, the handle portion can be held by hand and the control button can be opened, and the ironing panel 10 is pressed close to the surface of the clothes. The steam holes 11 of the ironing panel 10 may eject high-temperature steam, which may increase the temperature and humidity of the laundry to improve the plasticity of the laundry; and then, external force is applied to the clothes to deform the clothes, so that the clothes are smoother after being cooled.
The following will mainly describe the specific steps of the moisture proof ironing control method.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the moisture-proof ironing control method is applied to an ironing apparatus 100, the ironing apparatus 100 includes an ironing panel 10 and a steam generator, the ironing panel 10 is provided with a steam hole 11, and the steam generator is communicated with the steam hole 11;
the moisture-proof ironing control method comprises the following steps:
s100, acquiring a moisture-proof ironing instruction;
s200, acquiring the ventilation capacity of the current clothes according to the damp-proof ironing instruction;
s300, acquiring the ironing difficulty of the current clothes according to the ventilation capacity of the current clothes;
s400, determining that the current clothes are easy to iron, and adjusting the steam output of the steam generator to a first preset output;
s500, determining that the current clothes are clothes difficult to iron, and adjusting the steam output of the steam generator to a second preset output, wherein the second preset output is larger than the first preset output.
Specifically, in this embodiment, there are many ways to obtain the moisture-proof ironing instruction, which may be an instruction sent by an external terminal, such as a mobile terminal (a mobile phone, a remote controller, a tablet computer), a fixed terminal (a server, a cloud), an operation or instruction input of the user on the ironing device 100, and so on. It may also be the result of the ironing device 100 checking and judging according to the current situation (e.g. detecting that the ironing device 100 is moved close to the laundry by means of camera means or sensing means, in preparation for ironing the laundry). The content of the damp-proof ironing instruction may be only a control instruction for starting a damp-proof ironing program, and in some embodiments, the damp-proof ironing instruction may also be related information for carrying the clothes to be ironed, such as material information, clothes type information, and the like.
The air permeability of the current clothes is obtained according to the moisture-proof ironing instruction, and the modes for obtaining the air permeability of the clothes are various, such as obtaining the air permeability of the clothes, or obtaining fabric information of the clothes. And after the air permeability of the current clothes is obtained, the ironing difficulty is obtained according to the air permeability of the current clothes. Generally, clothes with greater air permeability are easier to iron, and clothes with less air permeability are harder to iron. Of course, when judging the ironing difficulty of the clothes, the thickness, the wrinkle degree and the like of the clothes can be referred to in addition to the ventilation capability.
If the current clothes are determined to be clothes which are easy to iron, the steam amount required by the ironing effect of the current clothes is less, so that the steam output of the steam generator can be adjusted to the first preset output. If the current clothes are determined to be clothes which are difficult to iron, the fact that the steam quantity required by the current clothes to achieve the ironing effect is more indicates, and therefore the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator can be adjusted to be a second preset outlet quantity which is larger than the first preset outlet quantity. It should be noted that the steam output in this embodiment refers to the output per unit time. The steam outlet amount can be adjusted in many ways, for example, by controlling the opening of the steam outlet of the steam generator, or by controlling the operating power of the steam generator. The difference between the first preset gas output and the second preset gas output can be a specific numerical value difference, and can also correspond to a power gear of the steam generator. For example, the steam generator has a low power gear and a high power gear, and the first preset output air amount may correspond to the low power gear and the second preset output air amount may correspond to the high power gear.
In the embodiment, firstly, a moisture-proof ironing instruction is obtained, so that the clothes processing equipment enters a moisture-proof ironing working condition, then, the ventilation capacity of the current clothes is obtained under the moisture-proof ironing working condition, and the ironing difficulty of the current clothes is obtained according to the ventilation capacity of the clothes; if the current clothes are determined to be clothes which are easy to iron, adjusting the steam output of the steam generator to a first preset output; and if the current clothes are difficult to iron, adjusting the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator to a second preset outlet quantity which is larger. Therefore, the steam outlet amount is adjusted according to clothes with different air permeability, the clothes can be effectively ironed, and meanwhile the clothes are prevented from being too wet, so that the clothes can be directly worn by a user after being ironed, the using effect of the ironing equipment 100 can be improved, and the user experience is improved. In addition, set up different steam air output to the clothing of different air permeability, can also reduce the waste of steam to reach saving electric energy and water resource, and improve steam generator effective utilization's effect.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the step of obtaining the air permeability of the current clothes according to the damp proof ironing instruction further includes;
s600, determining that the current clothes are air-tight clothes, and adjusting the steam output of the steam generator to be zero.
Specifically, in this embodiment, if the air permeability is obtained through the air permeability of the clothes, when the air permeability of the clothes reaches a certain critical value, the current clothes may be considered as air-impermeable clothes, for example, the air permeability of the clothes is zero. If the air permeability is obtained through the material information of the clothes, when the material of the clothes is a specific material, the current clothes can be considered as air-impermeable clothes, for example, the material of the clothes is a chemical fiber fabric. The airtight clothes are not usually suitable for steam ironing, so that, in order to avoid damaging the clothes, the steam output of the steam generator may be adjusted to zero after determining that the current clothes is the airtight clothes. The mode of adjusting the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator to be zero is multiple, and the steam outlet of the steam generator can be closed or the steam generator can be directly closed.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, after the step of determining that the current clothing is the air-impermeable clothing, the method further includes:
and sending a prompt message that the current clothes are not suitable for steam ironing to the specified object.
In this embodiment, after determining that the current clothing is the airtight clothing, not only the steam output of the steam generator is adjusted to zero, but also a prompt message that the current clothing is not suitable for steam ironing is sent to the designated object to prompt the user to stop ironing the current clothing. The designated object can be terminal equipment, such as a fixed terminal and a mobile terminal (a mobile phone, a remote controller, a tablet computer, a smart watch and the like); or a prompting device (light, sound, vibration and the like), such as a signal lamp, a horn, a grower and the like; and may also be designated areas such as guests, restaurants, bathrooms, bedrooms, living balconies, and the like. The purpose of sending the prompt message is to prompt the user that the current clothes are not suitable for steam ironing.
There are various ways to obtain the ventilation capability of the current clothes, and two examples are described below.
The ironing device 100 further comprises an air suction device, the ironing panel 10 is further provided with an adsorption hole 12, the adsorption hole 12 is communicated with the air suction device through an adsorption channel 20, and an air speed sensor is arranged in the adsorption channel 20. Referring to fig. 5, the step of acquiring the ventilation capability of the current clothes according to the ironing instruction comprises:
s210, acquiring the current wind speed in the adsorption channel 20;
s220, comparing the current wind speed with a first preset wind speed;
s230, determining that the current wind speed is higher than a first preset wind speed, and the current clothes ventilation capacity is stronger;
s240, determining that the current wind speed is smaller than or equal to a first preset wind speed, and the current clothes ventilation capacity is weak.
In particular, in this embodiment, the suction device may generate a suction force to the clothes to be ironed through the suction holes 12, so that the ironed portion of the clothes may be sucked to the ironing panel 10, thereby improving the ironing efficiency of the clothes. When the adsorption device is operated, the external air flow needs to pass through the clothes to enter the adsorption channel 20, therefore, the smaller the air speed in the adsorption channel 20, the less the air flow passing through the clothes, and the weaker the air permeability of the clothes. That is, the wind speed in the adsorption passage 20 can effectively reflect the ventilation ability of the current clothes. The current wind speed is obtained through a wind speed sensor arranged on the adsorption channel 20, and the current wind speed is compared with a first preset wind speed. When the current wind speed is higher than the first preset wind speed, the current clothes are high in ventilation capacity, the current clothes are more easily ironed, and the steam quantity required for ironing the clothes is less. When the current wind speed is less than or equal to the first preset wind speed, the current clothes are weak in ventilation capacity, the current clothes are more difficult to iron, and the steam quantity required for ironing the clothes is more.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the step of acquiring the ironing difficulty of the current laundry according to the air permeability of the current laundry includes:
s310, determining that the current clothes have stronger air permeability, and determining that the current clothes are easy to iron;
s320, determining that the current clothes are weak in air permeability, and comparing the current wind speed with a second preset wind speed, wherein the second preset wind speed is smaller than the first preset wind speed;
s330, determining that the current wind speed is higher than a second preset wind speed, and determining that the current clothes are clothes which are difficult to iron;
s340, determining that the current wind speed is less than or equal to a second preset wind speed, and determining that the current clothes are air-tight clothes.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after determining that the air permeability of the current clothing is stronger, it may be directly determined that the current clothing is a clothing that is easier to iron. And after the air permeability of the current clothes is relatively weak, comparing the current air speed with a second preset air speed, and if the current air speed is greater than the second preset air speed, judging that the current clothes are clothes which are difficult to iron. If the current wind speed is less than or equal to the second preset wind speed, the current clothes can be judged to be the air-tight clothes. Of course, in other embodiments, the current wind speed may also be compared with the first preset wind speed and the second preset wind speed at the same time, so as to more quickly obtain the ironing difficulty of the clothes.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, after the step of determining that the current wind speed is less than or equal to the second preset wind speed and the current clothes is air-impermeable clothes, the method further includes:
and S341, adjusting the steam outlet quantity of the steam generator to be zero.
Specifically, referring to the above embodiment, in this embodiment, after the step of determining that the current wind speed is less than or equal to the second preset wind speed, the step of sending a prompt that the current clothes is not suitable for steam ironing to the designated object may further be performed after the step of determining that the current clothes is the air-impermeable clothes.
Referring to fig. 7, in another embodiment, the step of acquiring the ventilation capability of the current clothes according to the damp proof ironing instruction comprises:
s250, acquiring the fabric of the clothes to be ironed according to the damp-proof ironing instruction;
and S260, acquiring the air permeability of the object to be ironed according to the fabric of the clothes.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the fabric information of the garment is first extracted from the moisture-proof ironing instruction. The fabric of the clothes can be pure cotton, pure hair (wool, rabbit hair, camel hair and the like), pure silk (mulberry silk, tussah silk, rayon and the like), pure hemp, cotton type chemical fiber blended yarn, synthetic fiber filament, wool type chemical fiber, pure chemical fiber fabric and the like. And after the fabric of the clothes is obtained, the air permeability of the object to be ironed is obtained according to the fabric of the clothes. For example, pure wool is generally more breathable than pure chemical loop fabric. (a mapping table of garment material information and breathability capabilities may be stored in the storage means of the ironing device 100).
There are many ways of obtaining information on the fabric of the garment of the object to be ironed. For example, the moisture-proof ironing instruction may be loaded with the information of the fabric of the clothes to be ironed, and then directly obtained from the moisture-proof ironing instruction by the ironing device 100. Of course, in some embodiments, the ironing device 100 itself may also be accessible according to the anti-wet ironing instructions. There are many ways and ways to obtain the information, for example, the information may be obtained from other associated household appliances (such as washing machine, terminal device, etc.), or the information may be obtained from the laundry processing device through a camera, etc. In particular, reference may be made to the following embodiments, which are implemented by an image capturing device.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the ironing apparatus 100 further comprises an image capturing device disposed in correspondence to the ironing panel 10 to capture image information of an object to be ironed;
the step of obtaining the fabric of the clothes of the object to be ironed according to the moisture-proof ironing instruction comprises the following steps:
s251, acquiring image information of an object to be ironed;
and S252, acquiring the fabric of the clothes to be ironed according to the image information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the image capturing device may be an image capturing tool such as a camera or a video camera. After the image acquisition device acquires the image, analyzing the clothes in the image, comparing the analysis result with the characteristics of the corresponding clothes fabric, and if the similarity between the clothes fabric of the object to be ironed and the prestored clothes fabric is determined to reach a preset value (taking 90-95% as an example), indicating that the clothes fabric of the object to be ironed is the prestored clothes fabric.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, when it is determined that the current laundry is a laundry that is easy to iron, the steam output of the steam generator is adjusted to a first preset output; and after the step of determining that the current clothes are clothes difficult to iron and adjusting the steam output of the steam generator to a second preset output, the method further comprises the following steps:
s700, acquiring the current clothes humidity;
s800, comparing the current clothes humidity with a first preset humidity and a second preset humidity, wherein the first preset humidity is larger than the second preset humidity;
s900, determining that the humidity of the current clothes is greater than a first preset humidity, and adjusting the steam output of the steam generator to be zero;
s901, determining that the current clothes humidity is larger than a second preset humidity and smaller than or equal to a first preset humidity, and reducing the current steam output of the steam generator.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the current laundry humidity may be obtained by a humidity sensor mounted on the ironing panel 10. If the humidity of the current clothes is greater than the first preset humidity, the current humidity of the clothes is too high, and the clothes are not suitable to continuously contact steam, so that the steam output of the steam generator needs to be adjusted to be zero in time. After the steam outlet amount of the steam generator is adjusted to zero, the clothes can be continuously ironed by the temperature of the ironing panel 10, so that the clothes can be ironed while the clothes are prevented from being wet, and the effect of wearing the clothes after being ironed can be achieved. If the current humidity of the clothes is greater than the second preset humidity and less than or equal to the first preset humidity, which indicates that the current humidity of the clothes is larger, the steam contact amount should be reduced, so that the current steam output of the steam generator can be reduced. The reduction range of the current steam outlet quantity can be preset, such as reducing the current power of the steam generator by one step, or reducing the opening of the steam outlet of the steam generator by one step.
In step S900, after determining that the current humidity of the laundry is greater than the first preset humidity, before adjusting the steam out-gassing amount of the steam generator to zero, other factors may be further referred to improve the ironing effect of the laundry.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, the step of determining that the current laundry humidity is greater than the first preset humidity and adjusting the steam out-gassing amount of the steam generator to zero includes:
s910, determining that the humidity of the current clothes is greater than a first preset humidity, and acquiring the fabric information of the current clothes;
s920, acquiring the water absorption capacity of the current clothes according to the fabric information of the clothes;
s930, determining that the water absorption capacity of the current clothes is stronger, and adjusting the steam output of the steam generator to be zero.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after determining that the humidity of the current clothes is greater than the first preset humidity, first, the fabric information of the current clothes is obtained. After obtaining the fabric of the garment, the water absorption capacity of the garment is determined according to the fabric of the garment, for example, the water absorption capacity (water absorption capacity, hydrophilic capacity, usually measured by the weight of water absorbed by a unit volume of material) of pure cotton is usually stronger than that of pure hemp. Of course, a mapping table between the fabric of the clothes and the water absorption capacity may be stored in the storage device, and the corresponding water absorption capacity may be obtained through the fabric of the clothes in the table. It is considered that the clothes having a strong water absorbing capacity are hard to be naturally dried after being put on when the humidity is too high, and therefore, the steam injection should be stopped immediately.
Referring to fig. 11, in some embodiments, the step of adjusting the steam out-gassing amount of the steam generator to zero, upon determining that the current laundry humidity is greater than the first preset humidity, includes:
s940, determining that the humidity of the current clothes is greater than a first preset humidity, and defining the current clothes state as an over-wet state;
s950, acquiring the over-wet maintaining time of the current clothes in the over-wet state;
s960, comparing the over-wet maintaining time with a first preset time;
s970, determining that the over-wet maintaining time is longer than or equal to a first preset time, and adjusting the steam output of the steam generator to be zero.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, after determining that the current humidity of the laundry is greater than the first preset humidity, the current state of the laundry is defined as an over-wet state. It should be noted that the over-wet state can be defined only when the current laundry humidity is continuously maintained to be greater than the first preset humidity. After the current clothes are determined to enter the over-wet state, the over-wet maintaining time length of the current clothes in the over-wet state is obtained. It is to be understood that the overhumidity maintaining time period herein is a continuous maintaining time period, not an accumulated maintaining time period. And comparing the over-wet maintaining time length with a first preset time length, and if the over-wet maintaining time length is greater than or equal to the first preset time length, indicating that the continuous maintaining time length of the current clothes in the over-wet state is greater than or equal to the first preset time length. When the ironing apparatus 100 is ironing a garment, the ironing panel 10 is not fixed relative to the garment, but the ironing panel 10 moves along the surface of the garment. That is, the humidity sensors detect the humidity of the different positions of the clothes at different times, and if the humidity of the different positions of the clothes detected by the humidity sensors during the movement of the ironing panel 10 is greater than the first preset humidity, which indicates that the over-wet area of the clothes is large, the steam spraying should be stopped immediately, so that the clothes are dried quickly and are convenient to wear.
The invention also provides a moisture-proof ironing control device, which is applied to ironing equipment 100, wherein the ironing equipment 100 comprises an ironing panel 10 and a steam generator, the ironing panel 10 is provided with steam holes 11, and the steam generator is communicated with the steam holes 11;
