Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some but not all of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Humidity is a parameter that characterizes the amount of moisture contained in the air, and can also be said to be the degree to which the air is moist. Humidity is expressed in three ways: absolute humidity, relative humidity, and moisture content. Absolute humidity represents the mass of water vapor contained in a unit volume of air; the relative humidity represents the percentage value of the density of the water vapor actually contained in the air and the density of the saturated water vapor at the same temperature; the moisture content represents the mass of water vapor contained per kilogram of air. The humidity referred to in the present application indicates relative humidity unless otherwise specified.
The following explains an application scenario of the embodiment of the present application:
fig. 1 is an application scenario diagram of a method for determining washing parameters according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for determining washing parameters according to the embodiment of the present application may be implemented in a laundry processing device, such as a washing machine, a dryer, a washing and drying machine, and the like. Along with the higher and higher requirements of the user on laundry, the laundry processing device 100 has more and more adjustable washing parameters, such as parameters of washing speed, washing time, dewatering speed, washing times, rinsing times, dewatering times, etc., when the user washes laundry, the user often needs to adjust the keys 110 on the laundry processing device 100 according to the specific conditions of the laundry, which may be physical keys or virtual keys, or set or adjust the washing parameters through the user terminal 200, the operation process is tedious, and the accuracy of the set washing parameters is low because the general user is not a professional washing and nursing person.
The conventional laundry processing apparatus 100 often sets a plurality of fixed washing parameters, such as a common mode, a large mode, a soft mode, and the like, each washing parameter corresponds to a set of preset washing parameters, and a user can determine the washing parameters by selecting the corresponding washing parameters.
In view of the above problems, the method for determining washing parameters provided by the embodiment of the present application has the following main concepts: the water absorption of the clothes is determined according to the water inflow and the actual water amount, and then the washing parameters are determined based on the water absorption, so that the automatic determination of the washing parameters is realized, and the user operation is reduced; and the washing parameters are determined by considering the water absorption of the clothes, so that the accuracy of the washing parameters is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for determining washing parameters according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method for determining washing parameters according to the embodiment of the present application is applied to a laundry processing apparatus, which may be any one of a washing machine and a washing and drying machine, as shown in fig. 2, and the method for determining washing parameters includes the following steps:
step S201, water is fed according to a first water inlet quantity of clothes to be washed, and when water feeding is finished, a first water level of a washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment is obtained.
Wherein, the first water level is the actual water level in the washing tub after the first water inflow is finished. The first water inflow amount may be a default water inflow amount of the system, such as a half of the volume of the washing tub, or may be determined according to the laundry to be washed, such as the first water inflow amount is determined according to the total weight, the number of pieces, and the like of the laundry to be washed. The first water inflow should be less than the total water inflow corresponding to the clothes to be washed, and should at least soak all the clothes to be washed. The total water inflow is a total water inflow required for washing the laundry.
Specifically, the first water level of the washing tub of the clothes treatment device can be obtained after the first water inflow is finished for the preset time, so that the clothes to be washed are in a water absorption saturation state. The preset time may be 30s, 45s, 60s or other times.
Specifically, the first water level or the subsequent second water level of the washing tub may be collected based on a sensor provided in the washing tub. The sensor may be a contact type water level switch, an electromagnetic type water level sensor, or the like, or may be another water level sensor, and the type of the sensor is not limited in the present application.
Specifically, after a user places clothes to be washed in a washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment, the user presses a washing button or a starting button, the clothes treatment equipment carries out water inflow with a first water inflow amount, and after the water inflow is finished, a water level sensor on the washing barrel detects the current actual water level of the washing barrel, so that the first water level is obtained.
Further, before water is supplied according to the first water inflow amount, the user may preset a washing mode of the laundry treatment device, and then determine the first water inflow amount according to the water consumption amount in the washing mode, for example, the first water inflow amount is 50%, 60%, or other percentage of the water consumption amount.
Furthermore, after water is fed according to the first water inflow, the washing barrel can be controlled to rotate for a set time according to a preset rotating speed, so that the clothes to be washed are fully soaked.
Step S202, when the first water level is greater than or equal to a preset water level, calculating the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed according to the first water level and the first water inflow.
The preset water level may be a default water level, such as a higher water level smaller than the water level corresponding to the total water inflow, or a value set according to experience, and the user may modify the preset water level through a related key or an instruction. The water absorption rate is a ratio of an amount of water absorbed by the laundry to a first intake water amount (or a subsequent second intake water amount), and can be described as a percentage or a decimal number.
Specifically, the preset water level may also be determined according to the laundry to be washed, such as the number of the laundry to be washed, the material and weight of each laundry to be washed, and the like.
Specifically, when the first water level is judged to be greater than or equal to the preset water level, the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed is calculated according to the water level corresponding to the first water level and the first water inflow.
Further, the water absorption rate of the laundry may be calculated according to the first water level of the washing tub, the first water inflow amount, and the total weight of the laundry.
Specifically, the rising water level corresponding to the clothes to be washed can be determined according to the total weight of the clothes to be washed, the water level corresponding to the first water inflow is calculated according to the first water inflow and the bottom area of the washing barrel, and the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed is calculated according to the first water level, the water level corresponding to the first water inflow and the rising water level.
Further, assuming that the first water inflow amount is W1 liters, the first water level is L1 decimeters, the bottom area of the washing tub is S square decimeters, the total weight of the laundry to be washed is W, and the average density of the laundry is assumed to be a known parameter D, the water absorption rate r of the laundry to be washed is:
Figure BDA0002821476920000071
further, when the first water level is detected to be greater than or equal to the preset water level, the water level of the washing tub can be detected again to obtain a new first water level by waiting for the preset time, so that whether the new first water level is greater than or equal to the preset water level or not is judged, and if yes, the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed is calculated based on the new first water level and the first water inflow.
Further, when the first water level is detected to be greater than or equal to the preset water level, the actual water level of the washing tub can be detected again for multiple times, and if the difference value between the currently detected actual water level and the last detected actual water level is smaller than the preset difference value, the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed is calculated according to the currently detected actual water level and the first water inflow rate.
Step S203, determining washing parameters of the clothes treatment equipment according to the water absorption rate.
Wherein, the washing parameter may be one or more corresponding to any one or more of a washing process, a rinsing process, a dehydrating process and a drying process, such as one or more of a total water inflow amount, a detergent input amount, a rinsing number, a rinsing time, a dehydrating time and a drying time of the laundry treatment apparatus.
Specifically, as the water absorption rate of the laundry is higher, the rinsing time, the dehydrating time, and the drying time of the washing parameters should be longer.
Specifically, the corresponding relationship between the water absorption rate and each washing parameter can be established in advance, and then the washing parameter is determined according to the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed and the corresponding relationship.
Further, the washing parameter of the laundry treating apparatus may be determined according to the water absorption rate and a user preset washing pattern.
Specifically, the user may preset a washing mode, and then control the laundry treatment device to feed water at the first water inflow, and after determining the water absorption of the laundry to be washed, modify the washing parameters corresponding to the washing mode according to the water absorption, such as prolonging the rinsing time, prolonging the dewatering time, and the like.
For example, when the water absorption of the laundry is high, for example, 20%, the washing mode set by the user is the fast mode, and on the basis of the fast mode, the total water inflow of 10% is increased, the rinsing time of 3 minutes is prolonged, and the dehydrating time of 1 minute is prolonged.
According to the method for determining the washing parameters, when a user needs to wash clothes, the first water inflow amount is used for controlling the clothes treatment equipment to inflow water, after the water inflow is finished, whether the actual water level of the washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment is larger than or equal to the preset water level or not is judged, if yes, the water absorption rate of the clothes is determined according to the actual water level and the first water inflow amount, the washing parameters are determined or recommended based on the water absorption rate, the scheme that the washing parameters are determined by considering the water absorption rate is achieved, the accuracy of determining the washing parameters is improved, and the quality of washing the clothes and the use experience of the user are improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for determining washing parameters according to another embodiment of the present application, where the present embodiment is based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and further refines step S202 and step S203, and adds a step of determining a first water inflow before step S201, and a corresponding step when the first water level is increased to be less than a preset water level after step S202. As shown in fig. 3, the method for determining the washing parameter provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
and S301, determining the first water inflow according to the number and/or the weight of the clothes to be washed.
In particular, the number of pieces and/or the weight of the laundry to be washed may be acquired based on related sensors of the laundry treating apparatus, such as a vision sensor, a weight sensor, and the like. And then the first water inflow is determined according to the number and the weight of the clothes to be washed.
For example, assuming that the total weight of the laundry to be washed is 2kg, the first water inflow amount, e.g., 5L, may be determined by the corresponding relationship between the laundry weight pre-stored on the laundry treatment apparatus and the first water inflow amount.
Step S302, acquiring a preset water level of the clothes to be washed.
Wherein the preset water level may be data previously stored in a memory of the laundry treating apparatus.
Specifically, the preset water level may be determined according to the laundry to be washed.
Optionally, acquiring the preset water level of the laundry to be washed includes:
and determining the preset water level of the clothes to be washed according to at least one of the number, the total weight and the material of the clothes to be washed.
Specifically, the number of laundry pieces, the total weight, and the material of each piece of clothes to be washed may be acquired by a sensor of the laundry treatment apparatus.
Specifically, the preset water level of the laundry may be determined based on at least one of the number of pieces, the total weight, and the material of the laundry according to the first mapping relationship.
The first mapping relationship is pre-established, and the corresponding first mapping relationship can be established according to the size of the washing tub of the clothes treatment equipment.
For example, table 1 is a first mapping table in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 of the present application, and as shown in table 1, the corresponding first mapping table is different for washing tubs with different volumes. As can be seen from table 1, when the number of the laundry pieces is larger and the total weight is larger, the corresponding preset water level is also higher. Of course, the first mapping relationship may also be the corresponding relationship between the number of pieces, the total weight, the material and the preset water level, and when the water absorption performance of the material of the clothes in the clothes to be washed is higher, the preset water level is smaller.
TABLE 1 first mapping relation Table
Figure BDA0002821476920000101
Step S303, water is fed according to the first water inlet amount of the clothes to be washed, and when the water is fed completely, the first water level of a washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment is obtained.
Step S304, determining whether the first water level is greater than or equal to the preset water level.
Step S305, if yes, calculating the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed according to the first water level and the first water inflow.
Specifically, the water absorption rate of the laundry may be calculated according to the first water level, the first water inflow, the total weight of the laundry and the bottom area of the washing tub.
Step S306, if the first water level is smaller than the preset water level, water inflow is carried out according to a second water inflow, and when the water inflow is finished, a second water level of the washing barrel is obtained.
The second water inflow may be a pre-stored water inflow, such as 0.5L, 1L, 1.5L, 2L, 3L or other values. The water inlet amount can be determined according to at least one of the number of the clothes to be washed, the total weight and the material.
Specifically, when the first water level is lower than the preset water level, which indicates that the clothes to be washed are not saturated with water, water can be continuously fed into the washing tub, and particularly, water is fed into the washing tub with the second water inlet amount, so that the clothes to be washed are in a water-saturated state. And when the second water inflow is finished, acquiring the current actual water level of the washing barrel, namely the second water level.
Specifically, the manner of obtaining the second water level is the same as the manner of obtaining the first water level, and is not described herein again.
Step S307, when the second water level is greater than or equal to a preset water level, calculating the water absorption of the clothes to be washed according to the second water level, the first water inflow and the second water inflow.
Specifically, when the second water level satisfies the condition that the second water level is greater than or equal to the preset water level, the water absorption rate of the laundry is calculated according to the current total intake water amount, i.e., the sum of the first intake water amount and the second intake water amount, and the current actual water level of the washing tub, i.e., the second water level.
Further, the water absorption rate of the laundry may be calculated according to the total amount of the inlet water, the second water level, the total weight of the laundry, and the bottom area of the washing tub.
Assuming that the first water inflow amount is W1 liters, the first water inflow amount is W2 liters, the second water level is L2 decimeters, the bottom area of the washing tub is S square decimeters, the total weight of the laundry is W, and the average density of the laundry is a known parameter D, the water absorption rate r of the laundry is:
Figure BDA0002821476920000111
and S308, determining one or more items of the total water inflow, rinsing times, rinsing time and dehydrating time of the clothes treatment equipment according to the water absorption rate based on a second mapping relation.
The second mapping relation is used for describing the corresponding relation between the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed and each washing parameter. The second mapping relationship may be previously stored in the memory of the laundry treating apparatus, and then, after the water absorption rate is calculated, the respective washing parameters matched with the water absorption rate of the laundry to be washed are determined based on the second mapping relationship.
Specifically, the second mapping relationship may also be used to describe the corresponding relationship among the number of laundry items to be washed, the total weight, the material, the water absorption rate, and each washing parameter.
For example, assuming that the laundry to be washed is 2 pieces of sweater, the total weight is 1kg, the water absorption rate is 15%, the total water inflow is 4L, the washing rotation speed is 90r/min, the washing time is 10min, the rinsing time is 8min, the rinsing times are 3 times, the dehydrating time is 5min, and the dehydrating rotation speed is 1400 r/min. And assuming that the clothes to be washed are 2 coats, the total weight is 1kg, the water absorption rate is 5%, the total water inflow is 3L, the washing rotating speed is 90r/min, the washing time is 8min, the rinsing frequency is 2 times, the dehydration time is 3min, and the dehydration rotating speed is 1000 r/min.
It can be seen that, according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, because the water absorption rate is considered, when the clothes with the same number and the same weight have different water absorption rates, the set washing parameters are different, and the accuracy of determining the washing parameters is improved.
In the embodiment, the clothes to be washed are ensured to be in a water absorption saturation state by carrying out one or more times of water inflow on the clothes treatment equipment, the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed is calculated according to the total water inflow amount, the actual water level of the washing barrel and the total weight of the clothes to be washed, and the parameters of each washing process of the clothes treatment equipment are automatically determined based on the water absorption rate and the corresponding mapping relation, so that the automatic setting of washing parameters is realized, the accuracy of determining the washing parameters is improved, and the washing quality of the clothes is improved.
