A specific detergent and a production process thereof, which relate to the technical field of detergents; the material consists of the following raw materials: water, isomeric alcohol ether (BK13-9), soap lye (BK370), coconut oil diethanolamide (6501), ethoxylated alkyl sodium sulfate (AES), alkyl glycoside (APG), fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-9), glycerol, sodium polyacrylate (D5S), sodium alginate, complex enzyme, essence and preservative. According to the special-effect detergent and the production process thereof, small range of stains on the fabric can be quickly removed within 1 minute, water rinsing is not needed, and clothes after washing can be continuously worn; the washing cleaning product is small and exquisite, is convenient to carry, has the effective period as long as 3 years, is low in cost, can be diluted without a detergent, and can be used as a laundry detergent, a hand sanitizer and a liquid detergent.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning agents, in particular to a special-effect detergent and a production process thereof.
Background
The existing fabric detergent is used for wetting fabrics, cleaning stains on the fabrics by using the detergent and rinsing. 2. manufacturing a washing fabric: manufacturing a washing fabric with friction and water absorption by using cotton cloth, making the washing fabric into a size of 10cm by 15cm, folding the washing fabric in half, and filling the washing fabric into a 10cm by 15cm sealing bag;
3. and (3) finished product production: and (3) filling a proper amount of liquid raw materials into the sealing bag obtained in the step (2) by using a special filling gun, and sealing by using a sealing machine.

1. preparing materials: 150% of water, 6% of isomeric alcohol ether (BK13-9), 11% of soap solution (BK370), 5% of coconut oil diethanolamide (6501), 13% of ethoxylated alkyl sodium sulfate (AES), 9% of alkyl glycoside (APG), 4% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-9), 6% of glycerol, 1.5% of sodium polyacrylate (D5S), 3% of sodium alginate, 1% of complex enzyme, 0.4% of essence and 1% of karson; dissolving the sodium alginate powder raw material in hot water in proportion, standing for cooling, injecting water into a cutting pot, sequentially adding stirring liquid raw materials according to the properties of the raw materials, adding the cooled sodium alginate solution into the cutting pot for stirring, standing for 24 hours after the stirring is finished, testing according to the formula requirements, performing a dilution experiment, diluting the detergent according to a standard after the standard is reached, and filling;
2. manufacturing a washing fabric: manufacturing a washing fabric with friction and water absorption by using cotton cloth, making the washing fabric into a size of 10cm by 15cm, folding the washing fabric in half, and filling the washing fabric into a 10cm by 15cm sealing bag;

When the special embodiment is used, the 3 layers of paper towels are firstly padded under the dirt of clothes, the seal is torn, the cloth which is fully stuck with the liquid detergent is taken out, the cloth is folded into 4 folds, the dirt is wiped and rubbed by different surfaces, and the operation is repeated for a plurality of times until the dirt disappears, so that the operation is finished.
