Typically, the SAP and fluff pulp mixing ratio of the first core layer is 8:2, the SAP and fluff pulp mixing ratio of the second core layer is 6:4, and the SAP and fluff pulp mixing ratio of the third core layer is 6:4, but other ratios may be set, as the case may be.

Claims (9)

1. A preparation method of a pet excrement cleaning bag is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing a bag body: the waterproof film and the non-woven fabric are conveyed on a conveying roller, and are compounded to form a base layer through hot pressing;
(2) Compounding of the heat insulation film: the heat-insulating film conveying process comprises the steps of cutting the heat-insulating film into sheets through a first cutting roller, conveying the sheets to a groove of a first rotating pressing roller, spraying glue to the sheet-shaped heat-insulating film through a first glue spraying mechanism, and compositing the sheet-shaped heat-insulating film on a base layer through the first rotating pressing roller;
(3) Preparing a core: the die wheel is fixed on the frame, the driving device drives the die cavity to rotate, the die cavity is rotatably arranged on the outer measuring edge of the die wheel, a first cavity, a second cavity and a third cavity are arranged on the die wheel, the adsorption force of the first cavity is larger than that of the second cavity and that of the third cavity, different negative pressures are respectively provided through the negative pressure device, the first macromolecule blanking mechanism corresponds to the first cavity, the second macromolecule blanking mechanism corresponds to the second cavity, and the third macromolecule blanking mechanism corresponds to the third cavity;

the die wheel side edge is positioned at the first cavity and is provided with a first adsorption area, the first adsorption area corresponds to the middle part of the die cavity, the die wheel side edge is positioned at the second cavity and is provided with a second adsorption area, and the die wheel side edge is positioned at the third cavity and is provided with a third adsorption area; the width B1 of the first adsorption zone is smaller than the width B2 of the second adsorption zone and the width B3 of the third adsorption zone; the first core layer is positioned between the second core layer and the third core layer;
the first core layer, the second core layer and the third core layer are formed by mixing SAP and fluff pulp, and the ratio of the SAP of the first core layer is larger than that of the SAP in the second core layer and the third core layer;
(4) The second glue spraying mechanism sprays glue on the base layer, the core body is transferred to the glue spraying position through the transfer wheel to be fixed, the base layer and the core body are compositely fixed through the composite roller, the composite fabric is folded longitudinally through the folding mechanism, the folding is asymmetric, the width of one folded surface is smaller than the width of the other folded surface, the exceeding width is a folding part, the base layer is hot-pressed through the hot pressing roller, and a transverse equidistant hot-pressing area is formed on the base layer;
(5) Forming a cleaning bag: cutting is carried out by a cutter mechanism, and a plurality of sheet-shaped cleaning bags are formed by cutting at the central line of the hot pressing area.
