Background
In the preorder production of sand casting, mold assembling is a more critical link, wherein the assembly precision and fastening firmness of the sand core/sand mold are more core parts of the sand core/sand mold, and particularly, in the process of mass production operation, a tool with simple structure and convenient operation is required to be matched so as to meet the assembly fastening standard required by mold assembling, improve the field production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
In the box-free casting process, the sand mould/sand core cannot be fixed through the box lug of the sand box, and the sand core/sand mould is clamped by a screw and nut combined tool in the prior art. On one hand, the screw thread is exposed outside, screw rod protection work needs to be added after the box is closed, and when the screw rod is not protected in place, pouring molten iron splashes or flows and adheres to the screw thread, so that the screw rod can be discarded and cannot be used repeatedly; on the other hand, in the clamping screw rod process, because sand grains on the surface of the sand core/sand mold fall off, or hard residues or tiny scrap iron fall into the fit clearance of the threads, the nut is directly blocked, the clamping operation is screwed, an operator is forced to stop the clamping operation, the screw rod is taken out through reworking, foreign matters in the fit clearance are cleaned, and the operation process is difficult.
In the box-making process, because the temperature is higher after molten iron is poured, an operator cannot approach the bare-poured sand core/sand mold disassembly screw for a long time, so that the whole box-making of the tool is not disassembled, the threads on the fastening screw can deform and damage due to mechanical damage, the tool cannot be repaired and scrapped, and the field production efficiency and the production cost are greatly influenced.

In one embodiment, a first opening groove is formed on the first baffle 300, and the pull rod sleeve 100 is arranged in the first opening groove; the fastening assembly further includes a limiting member 102, and the limiting member 102 is disposed at an end of the pull rod sleeve 100 away from the pull rod 200 and is in limiting fit with the first opening groove.

Specifically, the length of the fastening assembly is adjustable, and the fastening tool is suitable for fastening sand moulds and sand cores of different sizes by adjusting the length of the fastening assembly. The fastening assembly comprises a pull rod 200 and a pull rod sleeve 100, a cylindrical hollow structure is arranged in the pull rod sleeve 100, one end of the pull rod 200 is arranged in the hollow structure of the pull rod sleeve 100, and the other end of the pull rod 200 is connected with the second baffle 400; the inner surface of the hollow structure of the pull rod sleeve 100 is provided with an internal thread 103, one end of the pull rod 200 is provided with an external thread 201 matched with the internal thread 103, and the pull rod sleeve 100 and the pull rod 200 are connected through the internal thread 103 and the external thread 201 and adjust the length of the fastening assembly. The end of the pull rod sleeve 100 facing away from the pull rod 200 is connected to the first baffle 300. The internal thread 103 and the external thread 201 are arranged in the pull rod sleeve 100, are not exposed outside, do not need to be protected additionally, and can prevent the damage to the tool caused by molten iron splashing and the like during pouring. It should be noted that the length of the external thread 201 is measured and calculated according to the pre-estimated pressure values borne by the clamped sand core and sand mold; the diameter of the part of the pull rod 200 not provided with the external thread 201 is smaller than the root diameter of the external thread 201.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first baffle 300 is provided with a first opening groove, and the size of the first opening groove matches with the outer diameter of the pull rod sleeve 100; the fastening assembly further includes a limiting member 102, the limiting member 102 is disposed at the sealed end of the pull rod sleeve 100, the limiting member 102 and the pull rod sleeve 100 can be connected in a welding manner or can be integrally formed, the transverse dimension of the limiting member 102 is greater than the dimension of the first opening groove, the first baffle 300 is sleeved on the pull rod sleeve 100 from the first opening groove, and the limiting member 102 limits the first baffle 300 to prevent the first baffle 300 from being separated from the sealed end of the pull rod sleeve 100.
Preferably, the fastening assembly further includes a control member 101, the control member 101 is disposed on a side of the limiting member 102 away from the pull rod sleeve 100, the pull rod sleeve 100 can be controlled to rotate by the control member 101 to adjust the height of the fastening assembly, and meanwhile, the first baffle 300 does not rotate; the control member 101 may be a groove or a nut disposed on the position-limiting member 102, and the rotation of the pull rod cover 100 is controlled by using a matched tool or manually.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the fastening assembly further includes a limiting seat 202, the limiting seat 202 is disposed at an end of the pull rod 200 away from the external thread end thereof, and similarly, the limiting seat 202 and the pull rod 200 may be integrally formed or may be connected by welding. The limiting seat 202 is provided with two clamping grooves 203 with parallel bottoms, the second baffle 400 is provided with a second open slot, the sizes of the second open slot and the clamping grooves 203 are matched, and the second baffle 400 is detachably connected with the pull rod 200 through the second open slot and the clamping grooves 203.
Of course, the positions of the limiting member 102 and the limiting seat 202 can be interchanged, and when the limiting member 102 is disposed at one end of the pull rod 200, the control member 101 controls the pull rod 200 to rotate to adjust the height of the fastening assembly; or the pull rod 200 and the pull rod sleeve 100 are both provided with the limiting piece 102.
The fastening tool for the box-free casting, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, is made of metal materials, can be recycled for multiple times, and reduces the production cost.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a use method of any fastening tool for the box-free casting, which comprises the following steps:
during molding, through holes are arranged at the positions where the upper sand mold and the lower sand mold need to be fastened;
after the box is closed, the pull rod sleeve 100 and the pull rod 200 are connected and arranged in the through hole, one end of the pull rod sleeve 100 is exposed out of the upper sand mold, and one end of the pull rod 200 is exposed out of the lower sand mold;
the second baffle 400 is clamped at the exposed end of the pull rod 200, and the first baffle 300 is sleeved at the exposed end of the pull rod sleeve 100;
the pull rod sleeve 100 is rotated, and the length of the fastening assembly is adjusted through interaction of the internal threads 103 and the external threads 201, so that the first baffle 300 and the second baffle 400 are driven to clamp the upper sand mold and the lower sand mold.
Preferably, the upper sand mold and/or the lower sand mold is provided with a platform 500 for placing the first baffle 300 and/or the second baffle 400, the shape of the platform 500 corresponds to the shape and size of the first baffle 300 and/or the second baffle 400, and when the pull rod sleeve 100 is rotated, the platform 500 limits the first baffle 300 and the second baffle 400 to perform a rotational motion so that the first baffle 300 and the second baffle 400 only perform an up-and-down linear motion.
Of course, the fastening tool for the boxless casting disclosed in the embodiment of the invention can be used for fastening not only the upper sand mold and the lower sand mold, but also the sand core and the lower sand mold, and the invention is not particularly limited to this.
