Abstract
The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a variable-diameter drum screen device for sorting plant fibers. Wherein the diameter of the coarse screening roller is gradually reduced from the diameter of the fine screening roller to the diameter of the coarse screening roller, the screen clearance of the coarse screening roller is larger than that of the fine screening roller, and the coarse screening roller and the fine screening roller are internally provided with sparse guide rods which are distributed in a staggered manner. The high efficiency of the plant fiber screening and the pure and loose fiber quality are realized by utilizing the different linear speeds of the screen meshes of the fine screening roller and the coarse screening roller and the guide rods which are distributed in the rollers in a staggered way.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a reducing separation rotary screen device which is suitable for filtering and separating natural plant fibers, such as screening coconut shell fibers, sisal fibers and the like.
Background
The natural plant fiber mainly comprises cellulose, lignin, hemicellulose, pectin substances and the like, the cellulose content in the plant fiber is high, the hemicellulose content is low, the fiber has excellent mechanical properties, and the moisture resistance and the heat resistance are also excellent. The natural plant fiber is extracted and processed to produce rope, cushion, brush and other articles with wide use. The traditional plant fiber screening is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the sorting effect needs to be improved, and in order to further optimize the sorting quality and the production efficiency of the drum-type sorting screen on the plant fibers, the diameter-variable drum screen device for sorting the natural plant fibers is invented.

A reducing drum screen device for sorting plant fibers is characterized in that a drum screen consists of a coarse screening drum (1), a fine screening drum (2), a motor (3), a transmission gear (4), an impurity slideway (5), a rack (6) and a dredging rod (7); wherein the coarse screening roller (1) is a plant fiber feeding hole, the fine screening roller (2) is a plant fiber discharging hole, the diameter of the coarse screening roller (1) gradually decreases from the diameter of the fine screening roller (2), and the screen clearance of the coarse screening roller (1) is larger than that of the fine screening roller (2); sparse guide rods (7) which are distributed in a staggered manner are arranged in the coarse screening roller (1) and the fine screening roller (2); the coarse screening roller (1) and the fine screening roller (2) are obliquely arranged, the side of the coarse screening roller (1) is higher than the side of the fine screening roller (2), and the motor (3) realizes synchronous rotation of the coarse screening roller (1) and the fine screening roller (2) through the transmission gear (4); the sundries slide way (5) is arranged below the rough screening roller (1) and the fine screening roller (2).
The linear velocities of the screens of the fine screening roller and the coarse screening roller are different, so that larger impurities can be screened out at the position with larger diameter of the rollers by means of higher rotating linear velocity, the sorted natural fibers are uniformly distributed and loosened as the linear velocity is reduced along with the gradual reduction of the diameter of the screening rollers, fine impurities are filtered out, and finally, plant fibers with higher quality are obtained through screening; the rough screening roller and the fine screening roller are internally provided with dredging rods which are distributed in a staggered way, which is beneficial to dredging agglomerated plant fibers and leading the fibers to be distributed in an orderly and loose way. Therefore, the invention has the obvious effects that the screening of the plant fiber is high in efficiency and the fiber quality is pure and loose.
