the washing water in the filtering assembly 3 is replaced out in a washing water discharge state, so that the amine liquid brought by the washing water is reduced; opening the nitrogen replacement inlet valve 210, opening the cleaning water replacement outlet valve 412, allowing nitrogen to enter the filter assembly 3, opening the primary filter cartridge valve 301, allowing a duration of time, such as 20 seconds (the duration can be changed and adjusted), to completely close all valves except the bypass valve 503, replacing the cleaning water in the primary filter cartridge 302, and discharging the water through the cleaning water replacement outlet pipe 411 and the cleaning water replacement outlet valve 412; the cleaning water in other filter cylinders is discharged by analogy;
after the whole backwashing is finished, the emptying valve 212 is opened for 2 seconds, and the filtering assembly 3 is closed after emptying; the amine liquid feed valve 203 and the amine liquid discharge valve 407 are opened, the bypass valve 503 is closed, and the primary filter cartridge valve 301, the secondary filter cartridge valve 303, the tertiary filter cartridge valve 305 and the quaternary filter cartridge valve 307 are all opened. The filtering assembly 3 is in a normal filtering working state;
specifically, the number of filter cartridges and corresponding filter elements can be increased or decreased depending on the amine liquid filtration flow rate.

the liquid inlet end of the filtering assembly (3) is connected with a main pipeline of a feeding main pipe (202) through a corresponding valve, the main body of the filtering assembly (3) is fixedly connected with a rear vertical frame (115), the filtering assembly (3) has a certain downward-inclined angle, a discharging main pipe (401) in the discharging assembly (4) is transversely arranged at the liquid outlet end of the filtering assembly (3), corresponding valves are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the discharging main pipe (401), the liquid outlet end of the filtering assembly (3) is connected with the main pipeline of the discharging main pipe (401) through corresponding valves, the left side and the right side of the lower end of the main pipeline of the discharging main pipe (401) are respectively connected with a nitrogen displacement outlet pipe (409) and a cleaning water displacement outlet pipe (411), and the outer ends of the nitrogen displacement outlet pipe (409) and the cleaning water displacement outlet pipe (411) are respectively provided with corresponding valves;
