A portable cystoscope for urological examination comprises a cystoscope (1) and a handheld part (2), wherein the cystoscope (1) is assembled on the handheld part, the cystoscope (1) comprises a cystoscope main body (1.1) and a working lens tube (1.4), one end of the cystoscope main body (1.1) is provided with a lens rod (1.2) and a lens (1.3) in an extending way, the lens rod (1.2) is arranged in the working lens tube (1.4), the other end of the cystoscope main body (1.1) is provided with an endoscope handle (1.6), the portable cystoscope is characterized in that the handheld part (2) comprises a front handheld part (2.1), a rear handheld part (2.2) and a handle (2.3), the connecting ends of the front handheld part (2.1) and the rear handheld part (2.2) are respectively and correspondingly provided with four connecting parts, a connecting rod (2.13) is arranged on the connecting part of the front handheld part (2.1), and a nut (21.2) of the rear handheld part (2) is arranged on the connecting part (2.2), inserting the connecting rod (2.13) into the adjusting nut (2.21), adjusting the distance between the front handheld part (2.1) and the rear handheld part (2.2) by rotating the adjusting nut (2.21), and clamping the electric mirror handle (1.6) between the front handheld part (2.1) and the rear handheld part (2.2) by rotating the adjusting nut (2.21);
a handle (2.3) is connected to the end of the rear hand-held part (2.2), and the end of the handle (2.3) is a spherical shaft (2.31) hinged in the rear hand-held part (2.2) and can rotate.

The portable cystoscope for urological examination as claimed in claim 1, wherein a groove is opened on the rear end face of the rear hand-held part (2.2), and a first fixing sleeve (2.24) and a second fixing sleeve (2.25) are installed therein, the first fixing sleeve (2.24) and the second fixing sleeve (2.25) clamp the spherical shaft (2.31) in the rear hand-held part (2.2).
