本申请提供了一种通信方法和装置,该方法包括:接收高层信令,高层信令包括第一参数集合和第二参数集合,第一参数集合对应终端设备的第一传输方式,第二参数集合对应终端设备的第二传输方式,第一传输方式为上行单发方式,第二传输方式为上行并发方式;接收指示信息,指示信息用于指示第一传输方式或第二传输方式,或者指示信息用于指示终端设备从第一传输方式切换至第二传输方式,或者从第二传输方式切换至第一传输方式。该终端设备支持天线共享能力。本申请提供的通信方法,能够让终端设备时分地工作在上行单发传输方式与上行并发传输方式之间,提高了需要切换传输方式的终端设备与网络设备通信的效率。
