The third two-dimensional code data comprise label issuing data, label quality feedback information, reissue time information, reissue personnel information and reissue equipment information.
Here, since the NFC tag is reissued, the tag issuance data of the third two-dimensional code data should be identical to the tag issuance data of the first and second two-dimensional code data, which is not further described herein. The tag quality feedback information is used for identifying the reissue state of the current NFC tag, the first state information means that the current NFC tag is successfully reissued, the second state information means that the current NFC tag has communication quality problems, and the third state information means that the current NFC tag is normally communicated, but writing of reissued data is wrong, and subsequent reissue is needed. The reissue time information is write-in time information of reissue data of the current NFC label; the reissue personnel information is personnel information responsible for operating the reissue equipment to reissue data of the current NFC label, and the format of the personnel information is similar to that of the information of the issuing personnel, and further description is omitted; the reissue device information is device information of a reissue device for reissuing data of the current NFC tag, and the format of the device information is similar to that of the previously issued device information, which is not further described herein.
It should be noted that, if the second channel is failed to be created or if the second instruction state is failed, the NFC tag reissuing device 32 is specifically configured to generate tag quality feedback information specifically being the second state information; forming current third two-dimensional code data by label issuing data, label quality feedback information, reissue time information, reissue personnel information and reissue equipment information; after the original two-dimensional code pattern printed on the NFC raw material label 11 is eliminated, performing label body two-dimensional code printing processing on the NFC raw material label 11 according to the current third two-dimensional code data; and after the label body two-dimensional code printing treatment is successful, recording the NFC raw material label 11 as an NFC waste label 51 and performing label warehousing treatment on the label to a waste warehouse 5.
It should be noted that, when the second read data is inconsistent with the second write data, the NFC tag complementary transmitting device 32 is specifically configured to generate tag quality feedback information, which is specifically third state information, and execute a secondary complementary write processing procedure after initializing the count value of the first counter to be 1;
when the secondary write-supplementing processing flow is executed, the NFC tag transmission device 32 sends a second write-in instruction carrying second write-in data to the NFC raw material tag 11 through the second channel again, obtains latest second read data through the second read instruction, and continues to identify whether the latest second read data is consistent with the second write-in data; if the identification result is consistent, generating label quality feedback information which is specifically the first state information, resetting the count value of the first counter, and stopping executing the secondary write-in processing flow; if the identification result is inconsistent, maintaining the tag quality feedback information to be the third state information, adding 1 to the count value of the first counter, if the count value of the first counter is less than or equal to a preset complementary writing time threshold (for example, 3 times), continuing to execute the secondary complementary writing processing flow, if the count value of the first counter is greater than the complementary writing time threshold, finally generating the tag quality feedback information which is specifically the second state information, resetting the count value of the first counter, and stopping executing the secondary complementary writing processing flow;
when the execution of the secondary complementary writing processing flow is stopped, the NFC tag complementary sending device 32 identifies the latest tag quality feedback information; if the latest tag quality feedback information is first state information, recording the NFC raw material tag 11 as an NFC finished product tag 61 and performing tag warehousing processing on the finished product warehouse 6; if the latest tag quality feedback information is the second state information, the NFC raw material tag 11 is recorded as an NFC waste tag 51, and the tag is put into the waste warehouse 5.
It should be noted that the designated tag position for two-dimensional code printing on the NFC raw material tag 11 in the system according to the embodiment of the present invention may use a removable print sticker as a printing medium, so that the original two-dimensional code pattern printed on the NFC raw material tag 11 can be eliminated only by removing the removable print sticker printed with the original two-dimensional code pattern from the designated tag position and replacing and pasting an unprinted blank removable print sticker.
The waste product warehouse 5 and the finished product warehouse 6 are similar to the raw material warehouse 1, the waste product warehouse 5 is mainly used for storing a plurality of NFC waste product tags 51, and the finished product warehouse 6 is mainly used for storing a plurality of NFC finished product tags 61.
Here, the total number of NFC raw material tags 11 in the same batch is equal to the total number of NFC finished tags 61 + the total number of NFC waste tags 51; the problem of label loss in the production process can be effectively prevented by counting the number according to the batches.
In summary, according to the NFC tag production management system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, through the raw material library 1, the NFC tag production equipment group 2, the NFC tag inspection equipment group 3, the NFC tag database 4, the waste product library 5, and the finished product library 6, finished tag/waste products can be effectively distinguished, the reuse rate of misissued tags can be improved, and tag loss can be effectively prevented. These processing modes are mainly directed to the management and monitoring of production materials. In order to enhance the monitoring strength on the production environment, the NFC tag production management system according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include an auxiliary monitoring subsystem, which is shown in fig. 2 as a schematic structural diagram of the auxiliary monitoring subsystem of the NFC tag production management system according to the embodiment of the present invention, and includes an environment monitoring device group 101, an access monitoring device group 102, a handheld monitoring device group 103, a personnel database 104, and a monitoring server 105; the monitoring server 105 is connected to the environment monitoring device group 101, the access control monitoring device group 102 and the handheld monitoring device group 103, the access control monitoring device group 102 is connected to the personnel database 104 and the NFC tag database 4 in the foregoing, and the handheld monitoring device group 103 is connected to the personnel database 104 and the NFC tag database 4 in the foregoing.
The environment monitoring equipment group 101 comprises environment video monitoring equipment 1011 and environment sensor equipment 1012; the environment video monitoring equipment 1011 comprises a plurality of high-definition cameras, and the environment video monitoring equipment 1011 is used for performing continuous video monitoring processing on the production environment of the NFC raw material tag 11 through the high-definition cameras, and sending first dangerous case information to the monitoring server 105 if the video monitoring processing outputs the first dangerous case information; the environmental sensor device 1012 comprises a plurality of environmental sensors; the environment sensor device 1012 is configured to perform continuous sensor monitoring processing on the production environment of the NFC raw material tag 11 through an environment sensor, and send second dangerous case information to the monitoring server 105 if the sensor monitoring processing outputs the second dangerous case information.
The dangerous case types corresponding to the first dangerous case information at least comprise building damage dangerous case information, equipment damage dangerous case information, fire dangerous case information, water dangerous case information and power failure dangerous case information; the environment sensor comprises a smoke sensor, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor; the second dangerous case information comprises smoke feeling dangerous case information, high temperature dangerous case information, low temperature dangerous case information, dangerous case information with excessive humidity and dangerous case information with insufficient humidity.
In another specific implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, the environment video monitoring device 1011 is specifically configured to perform continuous video shooting on the production environment of the NFC raw material tag 11 to generate continuous video segment data during video monitoring processing; performing video frame image extraction processing on each video segment data to generate a corresponding extracted image; and identifying the extracted image based on an artificial mode or an artificial intelligent image identification mode, outputting first dangerous case information which is concrete to the building damage dangerous case information if the building damage condition exists in the image is identified, outputting the first dangerous case information which is concrete to the equipment damage dangerous case information if the equipment damage condition exists in the image is identified, outputting the first dangerous case information which is concrete to the fire danger information if the fire condition exists in the image is identified, outputting the first dangerous case information which is concrete to the water danger information if the flood condition exists in the image is identified, and outputting the first dangerous case information which is concrete to the power failure dangerous case information if the power failure condition exists in the image is identified.
In yet another specific implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, the environment sensor device 1012 is specifically configured to perform continuous monitoring on the smoke concentration, the temperature, and the humidity of the production environment of the NFC raw material tag 11 to generate corresponding smoke concentration data, temperature data, and humidity data during sensor monitoring processing; if the smoke concentration data exceeds a preset smoke concentration threshold value, outputting second dangerous case information which is smoke feeling dangerous case information specifically, if the temperature data is higher than a preset temperature range, outputting second dangerous case information which is high temperature dangerous case information specifically, if the temperature data is lower than the preset temperature range, outputting second dangerous case information which is low temperature dangerous case information specifically, if the humidity data is higher than a preset humidity range, outputting second dangerous case information which is humidity-excessive dangerous case information specifically, and if the humidity data is lower than the preset humidity range, outputting second dangerous case information which is humidity-insufficient dangerous case information specifically; and if a plurality of second dangerous case information appears at the same time, combining all the second dangerous case information to generate combined second dangerous case information.
The access control monitoring equipment group 102 comprises an access control personnel identification device 1021 and an access control NFC tag identification device 1022; the entrance guard identity recognition device 1021 is configured to perform first person identity verification processing on identities of persons to be passed at each entrance guard of the production environment of the NFC raw material tag 11 through the person database 104, perform locking processing on a current entrance guard if the first person identity verification processing fails, and send entrance guard position information of the current entrance guard and a person shooting image of a person to be verified to the monitoring server 105; the access control NFC tag identification device 1022 is configured to scan and process a first NFC tag continuously around each access control to obtain a corresponding NFC tag UID information set, perform validity verification on each NFC tag UID information in the set through the NFC tag database 4 if the NFC tag UID information set is not empty, perform locking processing on a current access control if validity verification of any NFC tag UID information fails, and send access control location information of the current access control and NFC tag UID information corresponding to validity verification failure to the monitoring server 105.
The handheld monitoring device group 103 includes a handheld personal identification device 1031 and a handheld NFC tag identification device 1032; the handheld person identification device 1031 is configured to perform a second person identification verification process on the current person to be checked through the person database 104, and if the second person identification verification process fails, send the handheld device position information of the current handheld device and a person captured image of the person to be checked to the monitoring server 105 while performing a local alarm process on the handheld device; the handheld NFC tag identification device 1032 is configured to perform second NFC tag scanning processing on a current NFC tag to be checked to obtain corresponding first NFC tag UID information, perform validity verification on the first NFC tag UID information through the NFC tag database 4, and send handheld device location information of the current handheld device and the first NFC tag UID information of the checked NFC tag to the monitoring server 105 while performing local alarm processing on the handheld device if validity verification of the first NFC tag UID information fails.
The monitoring server 105 is configured to, when receiving first dangerous case information sent by the environment video monitoring device 1011 or second dangerous case information sent by the environment sensor device 1012, perform real-time environment alarm processing according to the first dangerous case information or the second dangerous case information, and alarm each alarm interface provided in the sequence according to a preset alarm information notification sequence.
Here, the alarm information notification sequence is composed of a plurality of alarm interfaces, and the alarm interfaces may specifically include an alarm live telephone interface, an alarm short message interface, an alarm mail interface, and the like.
The monitoring server 105 is further configured to perform real-time non-worker alarm processing according to the entrance guard position information and the person captured image when receiving the entrance guard position information and the person captured image sent by the entrance guard person identification device 1021, and alarm each alarm interface provided in the sequence according to the alarm information notification sequence.
The monitoring server 105 is further configured to, when receiving the access control location information and the NFC tag UID information sent by the access control NFC tag identification device 1022, perform real-time illegal tag alarm processing according to the access control location information and the NFC tag UID information, and alarm each alarm interface provided in the sequence according to the alarm information notification sequence.
The monitoring server 105 is further configured to, when receiving the handheld device location information and the captured image of the person sent by the handheld person identification device 1031, perform real-time non-worker alarm processing according to the handheld device location information and the captured image of the person, and alarm each alarm interface provided in the sequence according to the alarm information notification sequence.
The monitoring server 105 is further configured to, when receiving the handheld device location information and the first NFC tag UID information sent by the handheld NFC tag identification device 1032, perform real-time illegal tag alarm processing according to the handheld device location information and the first NFC tag UID information, and alarm each alarm interface provided in the sequence according to the alarm information notification sequence.
In summary, after the auxiliary monitoring subsystem shown in fig. 2 is added, the NFC tag production management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention can not only manage the distribution state of the materials in the production process, that is, the NFC tags, but also screen the personnel who enter and exit the production site, and also verify the legitimacy of the materials that enter and exit the production site, that is, the NFC tags, thereby ensuring the production safety of the NFC tags from multiple angles.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an NFC tag production management system, including: the system comprises a raw material library, an NFC label production equipment group, an NFC label inspection equipment group, an NFC label database, a waste product library and a finished product library; the system issues data of the NFC labels taken out of the raw material warehouse through the NFC label production equipment group, and tracks the issuing state of the labels; and performing corresponding treatment of warehousing of a waste product warehouse, warehousing of a finished product warehouse and reissuing of the label on the NFC label based on the label issuing state by the NFC label inspection equipment group. The system effectively distinguishes finished label products/waste products, and improves the reuse rate of wrongly sent labels through the label reissue flow. In addition, the system can be additionally provided with an environment monitoring equipment group, an entrance guard monitoring equipment group, a handheld monitoring equipment group, a personnel database and a monitoring server, an auxiliary monitoring subsystem is formed by the environment monitoring equipment group, the entrance guard monitoring equipment group, the handheld monitoring equipment group, the personnel database, the monitoring server and an NFC label database, personnel entering and exiting the production place are screened through the auxiliary monitoring subsystem, the legality of the material entering and exiting the production place, namely the NFC label, is verified, and therefore the production safety of the NFC label is guaranteed from multiple angles.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, a software module executed by a processor, or a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in further detail, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (5)

1. An NFC tag production management system, the system comprising: the system comprises a raw material library, an NFC label production equipment group, an NFC label inspection equipment group, an NFC label database, a waste product library and a finished product library;
the raw material library is used for storing a plurality of NFC raw material labels; the NFC raw material tag comprises tag UID information;
the NFC label production equipment group is connected with the raw material library, the NFC label database and the NFC label inspection equipment group; the NFC label production equipment group comprises NFC label issuing equipment and two-dimensional code printing equipment; the NFC label issuing equipment is used for performing label data issuing processing on the NFC raw material labels taken out of the raw material library according to label issuing data of the NFC label database to generate corresponding label quality feedback information, and if the label quality feedback information is first state information, the label issuing data corresponds to label UID information of the NFC raw material labels in the NFC label database; the two-dimensional code printing device is used for preprocessing the two-dimensional code data to obtain corresponding first two-dimensional code data, and printing the NFC raw material label with the tag body two-dimensional code according to the first two-dimensional code data; wherein the tag quality feedback information comprises first, second and third status information; the first two-dimensional code data comprises the label issuing data and the label quality feedback information;
the NFC label inspection equipment group is connected with the NFC label database, the waste product warehouse and the finished product warehouse; the NFC label inspection equipment group comprises two-dimensional code reading equipment and NFC label reissuing equipment; the two-dimensional code reading device is used for identifying a two-dimensional code graph on the NFC raw material label to generate corresponding second two-dimensional code data; identifying the label quality feedback information of the second two-dimensional code data; if the tag quality feedback information is first state information, recording the NFC raw material tag as an NFC finished product tag and performing tag warehousing processing on the finished product library; if the label quality feedback information is second state information, recording the NFC raw material label as an NFC waste label and performing label warehousing treatment on the waste warehouse; and if the label quality feedback information is third state information, calling the NFC label reissue equipment to perform NFC label reissue processing.
2. The NFC tag production management system of claim 1,
the NFC label issuing equipment is specifically used for performing first person login processing on current issuing personnel of the equipment during label data issuing processing; if the first person is successfully logged in, acquiring and processing the person information to generate corresponding publisher information; acquiring and processing first equipment information of the equipment to generate corresponding issuing equipment information; collecting system time of the equipment to generate corresponding release time information; creating an NFC data transmission channel between the NFC raw material label and the NFC data transmission channel and recording the NFC data transmission channel as a first channel; if the first channel is failed to be established, generating label quality feedback information which is specifically second state information; if the first channel is successfully established, corresponding first write-in data is composed of the tag issuing data, the issuing time information, the issuer information and the issuing equipment information, a first write-in command carrying the first write-in data is sent to the NFC raw material tag through the first channel, a first command state sent back by the NFC raw material tag is received, the first command state is identified, if the first command state is failure, tag quality feedback information which is specifically second state information is generated, if the first command state is success, a first read command is sent to the NFC raw material tag through the first channel, first read data sent back by the NFC raw material tag is received, and whether the first read data and the first write-in data are consistent or not is identified, and if the tag quality feedback information is not consistent, generating the tag quality feedback information which is specifically the third state information, and if the tag quality feedback information is consistent, generating the tag quality feedback information which is specifically the first state information.
3. The NFC tag production management system of claim 1,
the label issuing data at least comprises product information, batch information, same batch quantity information and label application identification information;
the first two-dimensional code data and the second two-dimensional code data respectively comprise the label issuing data, the label quality feedback information, the issuing time information, the issuer information and the issuing equipment information.
4. The NFC tag production management system of claim 3,
the two-dimensional code printing equipment is specifically used for acquiring the issuer information and the issuing equipment information from the NFC label issuing equipment when the two-dimensional code data is preprocessed; the label issuing data, the label quality feedback information, the issuing time information, the issuer information and the issuing equipment information form corresponding first two-dimensional code data;
the two-dimensional code printing equipment is specifically used for carrying out two-dimensional code graphic conversion processing on the first two-dimensional code data based on a preset two-dimensional code algorithm to generate a corresponding first two-dimensional code graphic when the tag body two-dimensional code is printed, and carrying out graphic printing on the first two-dimensional code graphic at the appointed tag body position of the NFC raw material tag.

the NFC label reissuing device is specifically configured to extract the label issue data from the second two-dimensional code data when the NFC label reissue processing is performed; performing second person login processing on the current reissue person of the equipment; if the second person is successfully logged in, acquiring and processing the person information to generate corresponding reissue person information; acquiring and processing second equipment information of the equipment to generate corresponding reissue equipment information; collecting system time of the equipment to generate corresponding reissue time information; creating an NFC data transmission channel of the NFC raw material label and recording the NFC data transmission channel as a second channel; if the second channel is successfully established, corresponding second write-in data is formed by the label issuing data, the reissue time information, the reissue personnel information and the reissue equipment information; sending a second writing instruction carrying the second writing data to the NFC raw material label through the second channel; receiving a second instruction state sent back by the NFC raw material label; if the second instruction state is successful, sending a second reading instruction to the NFC raw material label through the second channel, and receiving second reading data sent back by the NFC raw material label; when the second read data is consistent with the second write data, generating the label quality feedback information which is specifically the first state information, and corresponding the label issue data to the label UID information of the NFC raw material label in the NFC label database; forming corresponding third two-dimensional code data by the label issuing data, the label quality feedback information, the reissue time information, the reissue personnel information and the reissue equipment information; after the original two-dimensional code pattern printed on the NFC raw material label is eliminated, performing label body two-dimensional code printing processing on the NFC raw material label according to the third two-dimensional code data; and after the label body two-dimensional code printing processing is successful, recording the NFC raw material label as the NFC finished product label and performing label warehousing processing on the finished product library.
