As used herein, the term "and/or" includes all or any element and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
First, the technical field related to the present application will be described in detail:
the application relates to the field of business support, in particular to the design and development of business support systems in the telecommunication industry and other industries, and also comprises an application scene of internet products.
Business support systems in various industries may adopt BPMN specifications to implement end-to-end business through service arrangement, which is called a business process.
The main components of the business process are service-class business activities supported by the services, and the business activities complete the actual business logic.
Such as a commodity ordering process, may be orchestrated by several services, such as product query, order submission, order payment, and logistics, as shown in fig. 1. Wherein the leftmost circle of fig. 1 represents the start node and the rightmost circle represents the end node. Starting from the start node, the specific services in the service flow are in turn: product inquiry, order submission, order payment, and logistics distribution.
In the actual business process operation process, different tenants, different products, different channels and other factors may cause differences in service business activity execution in the business process execution process, for example, some tenants may need to check the credit of customers before payment, some tenants may use WeChat payment to replace default bank card payment, some tenants may add an additional notification sending function after payment, and the like.
In order to take the standardability of the business process into account and simultaneously be compatible with the differences of the business logics of different tenants, the business activities of the service classes can be customized on the basis of the standard process so as to achieve the realization of the different business logics of the different tenants.
After a plurality of tenants individually customize one or more service business activities of the standard business process, how to visually display the customized logics becomes a very important problem for the tenants and managers managing all the tenants.
The traditional solution is to use the tenant and the service flow as query conditions, query whether the tenant customizes the service flow, and display the query result through a table, and to know the detailed information of the specific customization, the data to be displayed needs to be found in the table (such as front implementation, rear implementation, etc.), click the line of data, and then display the detailed information of the customization implementation, such as the implementation class and implementation method of the front implementation, etc.
According to the traditional solution, although the tenant can be inquired whether the business process is customized or not and the specific logic of the customization can be inquired, the traditional method is too complicated, and the customized information cannot be intuitively displayed.
The method, the device, the electronic equipment and the computer-readable storage medium for displaying the customized service in the service process aim at solving the technical problems in the prior art.
The method for displaying the customized service in the service process is suitable for general terminals. The terminal can run a platform based on Web technology and support the projects of JavaScript, HTML and CSS. It should be noted that other terminals supporting the service flow making and displaying platform are also applicable to the method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and for simplicity and convenience of description, no further description is given here.
The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the present application provides a method for displaying a customized service in a service process, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, responding to a display instruction aiming at a business process, determining a preset display mode, wherein the business process comprises at least one item of standard business, and the standard business is associated with at least one item of customized business;
the terminal can receive a display instruction aiming at the business process sent by a first user or a second user, and the roles of the first user and the second user are different.
As an example, the first user and the second user may be a tenant or an administrator, respectively. Specifically, the scope of the viewable customization information of the tenant and the administrator is different, for example, when the tenant views, only the business process and the customization details thereof that are responsible for the tenant can be viewed, and when the administrator views, the administrator can view the business process and the customization details thereof that are responsible for the tenant with the identity of a certain tenant, and can view the customization details of the business process of all tenants in a certain business process.
As an example, the commodity ordering process shown in fig. 1 is organized by several services of product query, order submission, order payment, and logistics distribution. Wherein, taking the payment order as the standard service, the customized service that can be added for the payment order is as follows: for example, some tenants may need to check the credit of the customer before payment, and the operation corresponds to the pre-customization service; for another example, some may use the WeChat payment to replace the default bank card payment, and the operation corresponds to replacing the customized service; for example, in the process of paying an order, the network of the payment terminal is disconnected, which causes payment failure, some users may need to send a prompt, and the operation corresponds to an abnormal processing customized service; for another example, there may be an additional function of sending a notification after payment, and the operation corresponds to a post-customization service. I.e. a standard service may be associated with a plurality of customized services. It should be noted that there are many types of customized services of standard services, and the examples provided in the embodiments of the present application are provided for illustrating the embodiments of the present application and are not intended to limit the scope of the methods provided in the embodiments of the present application.
S202, displaying a business flow chart corresponding to the business flow, wherein the business flow chart comprises a first icon for identifying standard business;
and S203, displaying the identification icon of the customized service at the designated position of the first icon according to the preset display mode.
According to the method for displaying the customized service in the service process, the customized service is displayed at the designated position of the first icon for identifying the standard service in the preset display mode, and the purpose of visually displaying the customized service when the service process is displayed is achieved.
The embodiment of the present application provides a possible implementation manner, and due to different operation processes of the customized service, corresponding designated locations are also diversified, which specifically includes:
when the customized service is executed before the standard service, determining the designated position as a first position;
where a pre-customization service is generally defined to be executed before a standard service. Therefore, the locations of the pre-customized service identification icon and the standard service identification icon should embody the logic.
As an example, the front order service schematic of the payment order as shown in fig. 3a or fig. 4 a. Since the credit degree of the customer needs to be checked before the payment order is made, the identity check operation is performed before the payment order, and in order to better visually display the execution logic between the payment order and the identity check to the user, the identity check identification icon needs to be displayed on the left side of the identification icon of the payment order (the execution direction of the business process in the schematic diagram is from left to right, and if the business process is from top to bottom, the business process needs to be placed on the top side of the standard business icon). Thus, the user can intuitively feel whether the customized service exists or not through the fig. 3a or fig. 4a, and can intuitively feel the logic between the standard service and the customized service.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the customized service is executed after the standard service, determining the designated position as a second position;
wherein post customization services are generally defined to be performed after standard services. Therefore, the positions of the post-customization service identification icon and the standard service identification icon should embody the logic.
As an example, a post-customization service schematic of a payment order as shown in fig. 3b or fig. 4 b. Since the notification sending operation is executed after the order payment is completed, in order to visually display the execution logic between the payment order and the notification sending to the user, the identification icon for identity verification needs to be displayed on the right side of the identification icon of the payment order (in the schematic diagram, the execution direction of the business process is from left to right, and if the business process is from top to bottom, the business process needs to be placed below the standard business icon). Thus, the user can intuitively feel whether the customized service exists or not through the fig. 3b or fig. 4b, and can intuitively feel the logic between the standard service and the customized service.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the customized service replaces the standard service, determining the designated position as a third position;
wherein a replacement customized service is generally defined to replace the execution of a standard service. Therefore, the location of the custom service's identification icon and the standard service's identification icon should be replaced to embody the logic.
As an example, an alternative customized business diagram for a payment order is shown in fig. 3c or fig. 4 c. Since the wechat payment replaces the default bank card payment, in order to visually display the execution logic of the payment order in which the bank card payment is replaced, the identification icon of the wechat payment needs to be displayed around the identification icon of the payment order. Thus, the user can intuitively feel whether the customized service exists or not through fig. 3c or fig. 4c, and can intuitively feel the logic between the standard service and the customized service.
Alternatively, the first and second liquid crystal display panels may be,
when the customized service is executed in the standard service execution process, determining the designated position as a fourth position;
wherein exception handling custom services are generally defined to be executed during standard service execution. Therefore, the positions of the identification icon of the exception handling customized service and the identification icon of the standard service should embody the logic.
As an example, the exception handling of the payment order as shown in fig. 3d or fig. 4d customizes the business diagram. Because the payment operation cannot be completed due to network disconnection during the payment of an order, the exception handling needs to be started in the payment process, and in order to visually display the execution logic between the payment order and the exception handling for a user, the identification icon for identity verification needs to be displayed below or above the identification icon of the payment order (the execution direction of the business process in the schematic diagram is from left to right, and if the business process is from top to bottom, the business process needs to be placed on the left side or the right side of the standard business icon). Thus, the user can intuitively feel whether the customized service exists or not through fig. 3d or fig. 4d, and can intuitively feel the logic between the standard service and the customized service.
It can be seen that the first location, the second location, the third location and the fourth location are different from each other due to different customized services.
A plurality of customizing services may be associated according to the payment order service in the goods ordering flow shown in fig. 1. In the following, the embodiment of the present application will use the pre-customization service of the payment order as an example, and use the first user as a tenant and the second user as an administrator to describe in detail how to intuitively display the pre-customization service and the details thereof. Of course, the first user may also be an administrator, and the second user may also be a tenant.
The embodiment of the present application provides a possible implementation manner, and determining a preset display manner in response to a display instruction for a business process includes:
responding to a display instruction aiming at a business process sent by a first user, determining a preset display mode to customize a business by using a second icon identifier, and displaying the second icon at a specified position;
in this embodiment, after presenting the second icon, when the terminal receives a trigger operation sent by the first user, the method further includes:
and responding to the triggering operation of the first user for the second icon, and displaying the first information of the customized service according to the first pop-up frame mode and the designated position.
As an example, when the terminal receives that the tenant manually or mouse clicks the identifier icon or the user moves the mouse onto the identifier icon on the identifier icon (corresponding to the second icon) of the pre-customized service shown in the schematic diagram shown in fig. 3a, it indicates that the terminal receives the trigger operation of the tenant for the identifier icon. The terminal displays details of the pre-customization service of the payment order service in the service flow responsible for the tenant in a first pop-up frame mode, specifically as shown in fig. 5, the details may be a pre-implementation class, a pre-implementation method, or other contents.
The first frame popping mode can pop up a display frame around the reference point by taking the designated position where the second icon is as the reference point, and first information is displayed in the display frame; or directly popping up a display frame at the designated position of the second icon, and displaying the first information in the display frame; a page may also pop up on the display screen of the terminal, on which the first information is presented.
As an example, as shown in fig. 5, since the content amount of the first information is moderate, the first pop-up manner may be specifically a form of popping up one display frame.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and responding to a display instruction aiming at the business process sent by a second user, determining that the preset display mode is to use a third icon to mark the customized business, and displaying the third icon at a specified position, wherein the roles of the first user and the second user are different, and the second icon and the third icon are different.
In this embodiment, after presenting the third icon, when the terminal receives a trigger operation sent by the second user, the method further includes:
and responding to the triggering operation of the second user on the third icon, and displaying second information of the customized service according to the second pop-up frame mode and the specified position.
As an example, when the terminal receives a thermodynamic diagram icon of the front customized service, which is shown in the schematic diagram shown in fig. 4a, and the administrator manually or mouse clicks the identifier icon, or moves the mouse onto the identifier icon, it indicates that the terminal receives a trigger operation for the administrator on the identifier icon. The terminal pop-up box displays details of the pre-customization service of the payment order service in the service flow, and the details can be general details of all tenants aiming at the pre-customization service of the payment order service. Details of the customized content as shown in fig. 6.
The second frame popping mode can pop up a display frame around the reference point by taking the designated position where the third icon is as the reference point, and second information is displayed in the display frame; or a display frame can be popped up directly at the designated position where the third icon is located, and second information is displayed in the display frame; it is also possible to pop up a page on the display of the terminal on which the second information is presented.
The second pop-up mode may be a mode of popping up one page, because the content amount of the second information is large.
The color, size and shape of the second icon and the third chart are not limited, and may be determined according to the requirements of the specific implementation. Moreover, there is at least one distinct difference between the second icon and the third icon.
It should be noted that the frame popping mode of the post customization service, the replacement customization service, and the exception handling customization service may refer to the first frame popping mode or the second frame popping mode, and may also be customized according to the requirement, and the present application is not limited at all.
An embodiment of the present application provides a display apparatus for customized services in a service process, as shown in fig. 7, the display apparatus 70 may include: a determining module 701, a business process showing module 702, a customized business showing module 703, wherein,
a determining module 701, configured to determine a preset display manner in response to a display instruction for a service flow, where the service flow includes at least one standard service, and the standard service is associated with at least one customized service;
a business process display module 702, configured to display a business process diagram corresponding to a business process, where the business process diagram includes a first icon identifying a standard business;
the customized service display module 703 is configured to display an identifier icon of the customized service at an appointed position of the first icon according to a preset display mode.
