Description

Air outlet cover body for air conditioner outdoor unit, air conditioner outdoor unit and control method of air conditioner outdoor unit
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly relates to an air outlet cover body for an air conditioner outdoor unit, the air conditioner outdoor unit and a control method of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Background
When the air conditioner works, indoor/outdoor heat exchange is completed through circulation of a refrigerant; when the refrigerant flows through the heat exchanger, the carried heat is transferred to the fins of the heat exchanger to be dissipated to the outside; and the circulating fan increases the air quantity flowing through the surface of the heat exchanger fin by rotating, thereby accelerating the speed of heat dissipation to the outside. The faster the heat dissipation speed is, the higher the working efficiency of the air conditioner is; the heat dissipation speed is in direct proportion to the air quantity flowing through the surface of the heat exchanger fin, and especially when the temperature difference between the surface temperature of the heat exchanger fin and the ambient temperature is small, it is more important to ensure that the air quantity flowing through the surface of the heat exchanger fin is not attenuated.
A large amount of floccule seeds can be scattered from greening trees such as poplar trees, willow trees, phoenix tree trees and the like in the breeding season, the floccule can cover the ground by drifting along with the wind, and dirty and blockage of a heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be easily caused by severe weather such as air pollution, sand storm and the like. The fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner generates negative pressure during working (the air conditioner is of an air suction structure, the negative pressure is in the machine, the air flow path flows from the outside to the inside of the air conditioner through the heat exchanger, the heat of the heat exchanger is taken away firstly, then the heat of the compressor is taken away, and the air is exhausted to the outside through the forced circulation of the fan), and the outside air is sucked into the air conditioner, and meanwhile, floccule, sand and dust and the like contained in the air are sucked together; air enters the air conditioner through the heat exchanger fins, and floccules, dust and the like cannot pass through gaps among the heat exchanger fins and are retained on the outer surfaces of the heat exchanger fins. In the past, the gaps between the fins of the heat exchanger are blocked by the floccules, so that the air quantity flowing through the heat exchanger is reduced, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is reduced, and the working efficiency of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is reduced. Therefore, the dirty and clogged objects on the surface of the heat exchanger need to be cleaned regularly and timely.
With the importance of preventing the outer surface of the fins of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner from being stained and blocked, the protective cover of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is taken along, the protective cover is directly covered on the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to isolate floccules, dust and the like outside the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and a user only needs to clean the protective cover of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner regularly to clean the floccules attached to the protective cover. However, this method is only suitable for single-storey, door-faced and low-rise users, and is not suitable for office buildings and middle-rise and high-rise users.
Meanwhile, manufacturers of air conditioners seek solutions to this problem, and large-scale and group customers can perform selective cleaning by manual screening during regular maintenance of the air conditioners.
The mode of cleaning filth blockage of the heat exchanger by reversing a fan is adopted on a high-end machine type, namely the fan is controlled manually or automatically, the fan rotates reversely to generate positive pressure inside the air conditioner and blow flocculent attachments away from the heat exchanger of the air conditioner, and the cleaning wind direction is vertical to the outer surface of the heat exchanger; however, the method has a single wind direction, the wind speed flowing through the heat exchanger is low, the cleaning effect is not ideal, fine burrs are arranged on the outer surface of the heat exchanger fin, and flocculent plant fibers are entangled with the burrs to generate a binding effect, so that the cleaning effect is poor.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the application and therefore it may comprise prior art that does not constitute known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
