1. The LED car lamp fault diagnosis feedback system comprises a processor, and is characterized in that the processor is in communication connection with a flicker detection module, a current analysis module, an overhaul recommendation module, a storage module and a service life early warning module;
the flicker detection module is used for detecting and analyzing the flicker condition of the vehicle lamp, judging the flicker level of the vehicle lamp according to the detection and analysis result, and sending the flicker level to the processor;
the processor receives the flicker level and then sends a current detection signal to the current analysis module, the current analysis module detects and analyzes the current of the car light circuit after receiving the current detection signal to obtain an abnormal curve, the coordinate values of the highest point and the lowest point of the abnormal curve are calculated to obtain a current transformation rate, and whether the current of the car light circuit is qualified or not is judged according to the comparison result of the current transformation rate and a current transformation threshold value;
the life early warning module is used for carrying out early warning analysis on the service life of the car lamp and obtaining a life coefficient, and judging whether the residual life of the car lamp meets the service requirement or not according to a comparison result of the life coefficient and a life threshold value;
the specific process of the flicker detection analysis comprises the following steps: when the car lamp works, the illumination intensity value of the car lamp is detected in real time through an illumination sensor arranged in the lamp, the illumination intensity collected by the illumination sensor is marked as light intensity, an illumination threshold value is obtained through a storage module, when the light intensity is lower than the illumination threshold value, the time when the light intensity is lower than the illumination threshold value is marked as a flicker time length, the flicker threshold value is obtained through the storage module, the flicker time length is compared with the flicker threshold value, and if the flicker time length is not smaller than the flicker threshold value, the flicker grade is judged to be a first grade; if the flicker duration is smaller than the flicker threshold, acquiring interval time when the light intensity is lower than the illuminance threshold continuously twice, and comparing the interval time with the interval threshold: if the interval time is smaller than the interval threshold value, judging the flicker level as a second level, and if the interval time is not smaller than the interval threshold value, judging the flicker level as a third level; the flicker detection module sends the flicker level to the processor;
the acquisition process of the abnormal curve comprises the following steps: when the car lamp works, the current value of a car lamp circuit is collected in real time through a current sensor, the car lamp working time is taken as an abscissa, the current value is taken as an ordinate, a rectangular coordinate system is established, a current curve is made in the rectangular coordinate system through the real-time current value of the car lamp circuit, a first intercept and a second intercept are made on the abscissa of the rectangular coordinate system, the first intercept and the second intercept are perpendicular to the abscissa of the rectangular coordinate system, a time constant o is set, the abscissa value of the intersection point of the first intercept and the X axis is marked as X1, the abscissa value of the intersection point of the second intercept and the X axis is marked as X2, x2=x1+o, and the initial value of X1 is zero; and synchronously moving the first and second stubs to the right, marking a current curve cut off by the first and second stubs as an analysis curve, acquiring coordinate values of the highest point and the lowest point of the analysis curve, marking the coordinate values as (DL 1, t 1) and (DL 2, t 2), marking a difference value between DL1 and DL2 as a current difference, acquiring a current threshold value through a storage module, comparing the current difference with the current threshold value, and obtaining an abnormal curve through a comparison result of the current difference and the current threshold value.

The LED lamp fault diagnosis feedback system of claim 5, wherein the processor receives the current fault signal, the hardware fault signal, or the life warning signal and then sends the current fault signal, the hardware fault signal, or the life warning signal to the service recommendation module, and the service recommendation module receives the current fault signal, the hardware fault signal, or the life warning signal and then recommends a service location for the vehicle owner.
