The product demoulding mechanism is used for ejecting a formed product out of the product cavity 3, the product demoulding mechanism comprises a demoulding driving mechanism and an ejector plate 12, the demoulding driving mechanism is connected with the movable mould 1, the ejector plate 12 is connected with the demoulding driving mechanism, and one end, far away from the second color cavity 32, of the movable mould inclined top 5 is connected with the ejector plate 12. After the injection mold completes the first color injection and the hook part demoulding of the plastic product, the injection mold drives the movable mold 1 of the injection mold to rotate 180 degrees, so that the positions of two product cavities 3 are converted, and then the second color injection molding is carried out; after the second color injection molding is finished, the movable mold 1 and the fixed mold 2 are opened, the demolding driving mechanism starts to work, the ejector plate 12 is driven to move, the movable mold is driven to obliquely eject 5 to move, and the movable mold obliquely ejects 5 to extend out of the second color cavity 5 and eject a product out of the product cavity 3.

When the product demoulding operation is carried out, the oil cylinder 14 works, so that the piston rod 142 extends out, and under the action of the thrust of the piston rod 142, the cylinder body 141 and the ejector plate 12 are pushed to move in the direction away from the movable mould fixing plate 13, so that the movable mould inclined top 5 is driven to extend out of the second colour cavity 32, and the formed product is ejected out of the product cavity 3.
In order to limit the movement direction of the movable die lifter 5, a lifter guide mechanism is arranged on the movable die 1 and comprises a fixed rod 15 and a guide block 16, the guide block 16 is sleeved on the outer side of the movable die lifter 5, the movable die lifter 5 is slidably connected with the guide block 16, one end of the fixed rod 15 is connected with the guide block 16, and the other end of the fixed rod 15 is connected with the movable die fixing plate 13. When the oil cylinder 14 works to drive the ejector plate 12 to move, the movable die lifter 5 is limited by the guide block 16 and slides in the guide block 16, and a formed product is ejected out of the product cavity 3; can carry on spacingly to the direction of motion of movable mould lifter 5 to one side through setting up lifter guiding mechanism, also can ensure simultaneously that the motion of movable mould lifter 5 is more steady, improves this double-colored injection mold's motion control precision.
The working process of the double-color injection mold is as follows:
firstly, the double-color injection mold is installed on a double-color injection molding machine, and a movable mold turntable is installed on the double-color injection molding machine.
The injection molding machine controls the double-color injection mold to close the mold to complete the first color injection, after the first color injection molding is finished, the injection molding machine controls the double-color injection mold to open the mold, and the fixed mold slide block 4 moves under the driving of the slide block driving mechanism to complete the demolding operation of the hook part on the first color plastic part product.
Then a movable mould turntable of the injection molding machine drives the movable mould 1 to rotate 180 degrees, so that the positions of the two product cavities 3 are switched; then, the injection molding machine drives the mold to close the mold to complete the injection molding of the second plastic part product; after the second color injection molding, the injection molding machine drives the two-color injection mold to open the mold, the oil cylinder 14 drives the ejector plate 12 and the movable mold lifter 5 to move, and the movable mold lifter 5 ejects a product out of the product cavity 3, so that the demolding operation of a plastic product is completed.
It should be noted that, although the above working process appears to have two mold opening actions, in actual production, when one product cavity 3 is performing first-color injection molding, the other product cavity 3 is performing second-color injection molding at the same time; in other words, the double-color injection mold has the advantages that one double-color plastic part product injection molding and one first color plastic part product injection molding are realized after the double-color injection mold opens the mold once, namely, the double-color plastic part product molding can be completed by opening the mold once, the processing efficiency of the mold is improved, and the processing quality is ensured.
