The arrangement realizes the limit of the pressure-bearing plate 34 and avoids the separation of the pressure-bearing plate 34 and the cover plate 33.
In order to enhance the firmness and convenience of the connection between the cover plate 33 and the base 31, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that one of the base 31 and the cover plate 33 is provided with a magnetic member 36, and the other is made of a material capable of being absorbed by the magnetic member 36. In other embodiments of this embodiment, one magnetic member 36 is provided on each of the base 31 and the cover 33.

Claims (8)

1. A disassembly and assembly device, comprising:
a table (1);
the supporting component (2) comprises a rotating part (21) and a fixing part which are connected with each other, the fixing part is arranged on the workbench (1), and the rotating part (21) can rotate around a first direction (X) relative to the fixing part and is stopped at any position;
a fixed assembly (3), the fixed assembly (3) being connected to the rotating member (21) and configured to fix a workpiece;
the fixing assembly (3) comprises:
a base (31) connected to the rotating member (21), the base (31) being provided with a placement groove for placing the workpiece;
the clamping assembly (32) is arranged on the base (31), and can lock the workpieces in the placing groove;
the clamping assembly (32) comprises a first abutting piece (321) and a second abutting piece (322), the first abutting piece (321) is arranged on the base (31) in a sliding mode along the first direction (X), the second abutting piece (322) is arranged on the base (31) in a sliding mode along the second direction (Y), the first direction (X) and the second direction (Y) are arranged at an included angle, and the first abutting piece (321) and the second abutting piece (322) can abut against the workpiece in the placing groove; the channel (3221) penetrates through two end faces of the second abutting piece (322), and the channel (3221) is opposite to the maintenance part of the workpiece.

A dismounting device according to claim 1, characterized in that said fixed part comprises two fixed seats (22), said two fixed seats (22) are spaced apart from each other on said work table (1), said rotary member (21) is mounted between said two fixed seats (22), and said fixed assembly (3) is located between said two fixed seats (22).
3. A dismounting device according to claim 2, characterized in that said supporting assembly (2) further comprises a damping member, interposed between said rotating member (21) and said two fixed seats (22), configured to stop said rotating member (21) in either orientation.
4. The dismounting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing assembly (3) further comprises a cover plate (33), and the cover plate (33) can abut against the workpiece in the placing groove when being covered on the base (31).
5. The dismounting device according to claim 4, wherein the fixing assembly (3) further comprises a pressing plate (34) and a first elastic member (35), the pressing plate (34) is connected to the cover plate (33) through the first elastic member (35), and when the cover plate (33) is covered on the base (31), the pressing plate (34) abuts against the workpiece in the placing groove.
6. A device according to claim 5, characterized in that a plurality of said first elastic members (35) are provided, and a plurality of said first elastic members (35) are uniformly arranged between said pressure-carrying plate (34) and said cover plate (33).
7. The dismounting device according to claim 5, wherein the press-loading plate (34) is provided with a guide rod (341), the cover plate (33) is provided with a guide hole, and the guide rod (341) is arranged through the guide hole.
8. A dismounting device according to claim 5, characterized in that one of said base (31) and said cover (33) is provided with a magnetic member (36), and the other material can be absorbed by said magnetic member (36); or the base (31) and the cover plate (33) are respectively provided with one magnetic piece (36).
