一种具有祛痘效果的泥膜
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域，特别是涉及一种具有祛痘效果的泥膜。
背景技术
在脸部皮肤出现的痘痘大部分是痤疮引起的，根据痤疮的发病机理，痤疮可分为内源性痤疮、外源性痤疮、痤疮样发疹。其中在化妆品领域中最关注的痤疮为内源性痤疮中的寻常性痤疮。痤疮的分级、分型，目前国内外较为广泛采用的是Pillsbury法及国际改良痤疮分级法，其分类标准见表1，分级标准见图1。

目前，市面上具有祛痘效果的化妆品主要是以维A类、壬二酸、水杨酸或果酸、皮傲宁、炉甘石、升华硫、茶树精油、植物提取液等功效成分为核心，化妆品的剂型通常为水剂、乳液、膏霜类驻留型产品。现有的具有祛痘效果的化妆品存在以下技术问题：
1.具有祛痘效果的化妆品对于皮肤具有一定的刺激性；
2.具有祛痘效果的化妆品若含有高含量的壬二酸、水杨酸或果酸，则该化妆品的肤感会较厚重，这对于使用体验具有负面影响；
3.具有祛痘效果的化妆品若含有维A类、皮傲宁等活性物质则需要避光保存，这对于使用体验具有负面影响。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提供一种泥膜，该泥膜含有具有祛痘功效的中药粉剂，该泥膜使用方法简便具有较好的使用体验，并且能显著减少对于皮肤带来的刺激。
需要说明的是，本发明中记载的泥膜是指膏状面膜，为洗去式面膜的一种，使用该泥膜时只需将该泥膜涂抹在皮肤表面，一段时间后用水洗去。泥膜相对于驻留型的化妆品，泥膜和皮肤的有效接触时间较短。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种泥膜，包括如下重量份的组分：
0.0001-50重量份的多元醇；
0.0001-35重量份的中药粉剂；
0.0001-10重量份的高分子流变调节剂；
0.0001-10重量份的皮肤调理剂。
其中，多元醇包括1，3-丙二醇、甘油、双丙甘醇、双甘油、丁二醇，甲基丙二醇，山梨糖醇，聚甘油-10、聚甘油-6中的至少一种。
其中，中药粉剂为多种中药材料的混合物，出于治疗痤疮的目的，优选的，中药粉剂由当归、白芨、白术粉、黄芪粉、白蔹、川芎、薏苡仁、白茯苓、玉竹、白芍、白僵蚕、益母草、积雪草、红景天、红花、人参粉、破壁灵芝孢子、甘草黄酮、杜仲雄花组成。在一实施例中，所述中药粉剂包括如下重量份的组分：
5重量份的当归；
5重量份的白芨；
5重量份的白术；
5重量份的黄芪；
5重量份的白蔹；
5重量份的川芎；
5重量份的薏苡仁；
5重量份的白茯苓；
5重量份的玉竹；
5重量份的白芍；
2重量份的白僵蚕；

15重量份的人参粉；

其中，高分子流变调节剂包括卡波姆、卡波姆钠、丙烯酸类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸类共聚物、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、羟乙基纤维素、卡拉胶、刺云实胶、小核菌胶、琼脂糖中的至少一种。
其中，皮肤调理剂的功能是为了调理皮肤，使皮肤呈现健康舒适皮肤状态。皮肤调理剂包括保湿剂、美白剂、抗皱剂、抗炎舒缓剂、抗氧化剂。皮肤调理剂的原料来源包括合成的以及各种动植物提取出的，这些原料的功能不一定单一，可能兼具多种调理皮肤的功效。出于治疗痤疮的目的，优选的，皮肤调理剂至少包括尿囊素、泛醇、海藻糖、甜菜碱和透明质酸钠。在一实施例中，所述皮肤调理剂包括如下重量份的组分：
0.001-1重量份的尿囊素；
0.001-6重量份的泛醇；
0.001-5重量份的海藻糖；
0.001-5重量份的甜菜碱；
0.001-0.50重量份的透明质酸钠。
在其中一些实施例中，所述泥膜还包括如下重量份的组分：
0.0001-10重量份的防腐剂；
0.001-1重量份的香精。
其中，防腐剂包括羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、DMDM乙内酰脲、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
其中，香精为液体香精，香型为花果符合香型。
相比于现有技术，本发明提供的技术方案至少存在以下有益效果：
本发明提供的泥膜具有祛痘效果，可以有效抑制痤疮，泥膜中的高分子流变调节剂为成膜组分，多元醇为成膜助剂，中药粉剂为祛痘的有效成分。本发明提供的泥膜能在水合状态形成软膜，涂覆在皮肤表面一段时间后固化成膜，并且该膜能够温和轻松地从皮肤表面剥离，对皮肤的刺激性小，自然清爽，不油腻。本发明提供的泥膜不仅对于皮肤的清洁效果好，并且能有效修复油性肌肤滋生的痤疮，也有利于油性肌肤痤疮滋生的预防和护理。

具体实施方式
应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
痤疮，又叫“青春痘”、“痘痘”“暗疮”或“粉刺闭口”，其主要由皮脂腺功能亢进、毛囊皮脂腺导管角化异常、以及痤疮丙酸杆菌的影响所引发的一种皮肤病。雄激素会使皮脂腺增大以及皮脂分泌增加，当皮脂腺的反应性增加时，就表现为功能亢进，并分泌大量的油脂，这是痤疮引发的基础；毛囊皮脂腺导管角化过度(导管上皮细胞过度的增殖、分化)，会导致管口变小、狭窄或堵塞，影响毛囊壁脱落的上皮细胞和皮脂的正常排出，形成粉刺；皮脂在痤疮丙酸杆菌的作用下，水解甘油三酯为甘油以及游离脂肪酸，刺激毛囊及毛囊周围发生非特异性炎症反应，诱导炎症介质；另外毛囊内容物若溢入真皮会引起毛囊周围程度不等的深度炎症，出现从炎性丘疹到囊肿性损害的一系列临床表现。
本发明提供的泥膜可视为面膜的一种，将泥膜均匀涂覆在皮肤表面可以让有效成分尽可能高效穿透皮肤发挥作用，利用泥膜覆盖在皮肤部位的短暂时间，可以提高肌肤温度和扩张毛孔，促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢，泥膜由于粘附皮肤表面，在清洗泥膜时会同时带走泥膜所粘附的毛孔中的污垢、代谢产物和过多油脂等，从而实现对皮肤的清洁。因此对于泥膜与皮肤的粘附强度需要处于合理的范围，若泥膜与皮肤的粘附强度低于合理的范围则会导致泥膜的清洁效果不佳，若泥膜与皮肤的粘附强度高于合理的范围则会导致皮肤表面的泥膜不容易清洗从而降低使用体验。本发明中通过多元醇、中药粉剂、高分子流变调节剂这三者的合理复配，使得泥膜与皮肤的粘附强度处于合理范围，即保证泥膜的清洁效果也使得在水冲洗的情况下泥膜容易与皮肤分离。
本发明提供的泥膜的主要成分包括固体粉末，多元醇和高分子流变调节剂。现有的泥膜中的固体粉末通常为高岭土、硅胶和粘土，但高岭土、硅胶和粘土并不具有祛痘的效果，本发明提供的泥膜中的固体粉末为中药粉剂，所述中药粉剂具有高岭土、硅胶和粘土相同的技术效果的同时还具有祛痘的效果。本发明提供的泥膜中多元醇在配方中具有分散固体作用，高分子流变调节剂起悬浮稳定作用，二者形成的胶束对泥膜的粘度和稳定性起到协同增效作用。本发明提供的泥膜中，水溶性的高分子流变调节剂为成膜剂，多元醇为成膜助剂，所述泥膜会在水合状态形成软膜，能够温和轻松地从皮肤表面剥离，并且对于皮肤的刺激性较小，能适合敏感肌肤，并且高分子流变调节剂和多元醇的复配使得泥膜在使用过程中不会给肌肤带来粘腻感，泥膜在高湿度下具有较好的弹力保持性，自然清爽，不油腻。
发明人进一步研究发现，油性肌肤更容易导致痤疮，而本发明提供的泥膜中采用中药粉剂能够抑制5α-还原酶，抑制油脂分泌，针对痘痘肌的痤疮丙酸杆菌有效抑制，有效修复油性肌肤滋生的痤疮。
下面对于本发明提供的泥膜的技术效果进行具体说明：
1.成膜机理
采用的高分子流变调节剂与含有活泼氢的多元醇反应产生链合形成聚合物薄膜。高分子流变调节剂与多元醇的复配组合决定了聚合物薄膜的机械性能。
本发明中采用的高分子流变调节剂是一种纯水性分散体，不含N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)或乙醇等溶剂，可适合制备敏感人群化妆品。
2.成膜过程
本发明提供的泥膜的成膜过程完全采用物理干燥成膜技术，室温下，通过水分蒸发，分散的离子结聚，进而成膜。本发明中采用中药粉剂来制备泥膜，通过调节中药粉剂的组分含量配比，将泥膜的干燥时间控制在约为10-20min，符合消费者使用泥膜习惯。
本申请为了满足泥膜的特点，使得泥膜能够在消费者敷膜习惯时间范围10-20min成膜，且成膜完整，本发明采用多元醇作为成膜助剂。多元醇的的组分含量配比能让水分快速挥发，让高分子流变调节剂能够聚集成膜，泥膜中的中药粉剂能参与水分挥发调节。水分挥发后通过氢键的作用力结合成膜。
3.痘痘形成机理
油性肌肤容易导致痤疮，而油性皮肤的特征是受荷尔蒙控制皮脂溢分泌失调。它导致皮肤不自然油亮，常常引起人们的不适：面部发亮，头发油光，产生一种油腻的感觉而毫无清新之感。
有效抑制痤疮形成的机制，由于皮脂分泌受到男性荷尔蒙调控，特别是***的控制，皮脂腺细胞中含有一种酶，5-α还原酶，它能够将***转化为二羟基***(DHT)，DHT对毛囊活动产生影响，刺激皮脂腺，导致皮脂过度分泌。皮脂腺过度分泌常常伴随着菌群的繁殖，特别是在毛孔中生产的痤疮杆菌，菌群繁殖导致疼痛，导致炎症滋生。皮脂腺过度分泌和胶质细胞过度角化，导致堵塞毛孔，痤疮丙酸杆菌属于厌氧菌，在毛孔堵塞的环境，导致细菌大量繁殖，产生脂肪酸酶，促进脂肪酸形成，加剧炎症发生，形成恶性循环。
本发明提供的泥膜中的中药粉剂能进行内源性痤疮机理控制，抑制5-α还原酶，抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌，深层清洁，剥离过度角质化死皮，疏通毛孔，从而从内外根源上修复痘痘肌肤，有效的抑制痤疮的产生。
4.祛痘功效成分
(1)中药粉剂中的当归、白芨、白术粉、黄芪粉、白蔹、川芎、薏苡仁、白茯苓、玉竹和白芍作为祛痘功效组分，基于引起皮肤失衡的各个靶点进行性有效抑制，主要在以下5方面发生功效：
(a)抑制细菌并提升免疫防御，尤其是在低浓度下抑制细菌繁殖，对抗油性痤疮易发型皮肤的细菌；
(b)对抗炎症，减少发炎并保护细胞外介质；
(c)控制过度角质化，从而降低堵塞毛孔，减少粉刺的生成。
(d)抑制5α-还原酶活性，减少DHT(5α-去氢睾酮)的含量，从而减少5α-雄烯二酮(ASD)的生成，抑制皮脂腺活性，从而抑制皮脂腺过度分泌油脂；
(e)抑制脂肪酶活性，控制易被过氧化的游离脂肪产生，控制皮肤的反应和刺激。
(2)中药粉剂中的白僵蚕、益母草、积雪草、红景天、红花能显著增强中药粉剂中祛痘功效组分的活性，提高泥膜的祛痘效果；
(3)中药粉剂中的人参粉、破壁灵芝孢子、甘草黄酮和杜仲雄花能扩大抗菌功效的作用范围，有害微生物，痤疮杆菌，白色葡萄球菌的繁殖是引起易于滋生痤疮的油性皮肤疼痛现象的主要原因。中药粉剂中的人参粉、破壁灵芝孢子、甘草黄酮和杜仲雄花的加入使得在低浓度下对痤疮杆菌、白色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、假丝酵母均有显著想抑制作用，从而进一步提升泥膜的祛痘效果。
本发明一实施例提供的具有祛痘效果的泥膜，其具体组分配比如表2所示。

本实施例提供的泥膜中的中药粉剂包括如下重量份的组分：

本实施例提供的泥膜的制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一，在反应容器内将A1相和A相混合后，在搅拌状态下升温至85-88℃，用均质机均质均匀至无颗粒；
步骤二，向反应容器中加入预先混合均匀的A2相，再加入A3相，85-88℃下保温5-10min后继续均质至无颗粒；
步骤三，将反应容器内的混合物降温至45℃，再依次加入B相、C相、D相，然后搅拌均匀；
步骤四，将反应容器内的混合物降温至室温，取部分膏体送检合格后出料，所制备的泥膜为棕褐色至黑色泥状膏体。
对本实施例提供的泥膜进行如下测试：
1.受试者要求
入选标准：
年龄介于18至50岁，健康男性或女性；
面部有I度、II度痤疮(建议尽量选取II度痤疮者)，并且痤疮区域能够满足空白对照要求；
无严重慢性消耗性疾病的情况(哮喘,糖尿病等)；
能很好按照试验方案的要求配合研究者，在研究期间能保持生活的规律性；
无活动性过敏性疾病，无化妆品及其他外用制剂过敏史；
近一个月没有使用祛痘类产品、没有接受祛痘类治疗(药物、注射、激光等整形美容)；
近一个月未参加其它临床试验者；
能够理解试验过程，自愿参加试验并签署书面知情同意书者。
排除标准：
测试部位有皮肤疾病或者瑕疵而可能影响试验结果判断者；
高度过敏体质者；
妊娠、哺乳或在测试期间打算怀孕的女性；
有严重心、肝、肾功能损害及严重免疫功能低下者，或近一个月内使用免疫抑制剂者；
有精神疾病、严重内分泌疾病以及口服避孕药者；
30d内参加药物临床试验者或其它试验者，或近1周内***使用对试验结果有影响的药物者；
2周内有口服和外用可能对试验结果有影响的美容产品者；
不能配合试验者。

受试者自我评估。
4.数据统计
数据使用SPSS进行统计，对测试数据进行正态分布检验，若测试数据为正态分布，则采用t检验方法进行统计分析；若测试数据为非正态分布，则采用秩和检验方法进行统计分析，统计方法均采用双尾检验，检验水准α＝0.05。
5.测试结果：
(1)皮肤油脂含量
皮肤油脂测试探头(德国CK

SM815)检测皮肤油脂，测试值越高说明皮肤油脂含量高。测试结果如表3所示，D14、D28的面部油脂含量与使用前比较，数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本发明提供的具有祛痘效果的泥膜在使用一段时间后，具有显著的控油效果。

(2)皮肤角质层水分含量
皮肤水分测定仪Corneometer CM 825用于检测皮肤角质层水分含量，皮肤角质层水分含量测量值越高，说明皮肤角质层水分含量越高。测试结果如表4所示，D14、D28的面部水分含量与使用前比较，数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验数据表明，本发明提供的具有祛痘效果的泥膜在使用一段时间后，具有提高皮肤含水量的作用。

(3)皮肤经皮水分流失率
经皮水分流失测试探头(德国CK Tewameter TM Hex)检测皮肤的经皮水分流失率，皮肤经皮水分流失率越低，表明皮肤屏障功能越好。测试结果如表5所示，D14的TEWL值与使用前比较，数据不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05)，D28的TEWL值与使用前比较，数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本发明提供的具有祛痘效果的泥膜在28天的使用周期内，能够显著降低皮肤经皮水分流失率，提高皮肤屏障功能。

(4)志愿者自我评价
85.7％的受试者在使用本实施例提供的泥膜4周后肌肤更加水润保湿；
100％的受试者在使用本实施例提供的泥膜后痘痘缓解了；
100％的受试者在使用本实施例提供的泥膜后面部油腻感减少了；
85.7％的受试者在使用本实施例提供的泥膜后肌肤舒适度改善了。
(5)皮肤不良方应
使用本实施例提供的泥膜期间，0例受试者出现局部红斑、丘疹、风团、水肿或全身的皮肤不良方应。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合，为使描述简洁，未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述，然而，只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾，都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有祛痘效果的泥膜，其特征在于，包括如下重量份的组分：
0.0001-50重量份的多元醇；
0.0001-35重量份的中药粉剂；
0.0001-10重量份的高分子流变调节剂；
0.0001-10重量份的皮肤调理剂；
所述中药粉剂由当归、白芨、白术粉、黄芪粉、白蔹、川芎、薏苡仁、白茯苓、玉竹、白芍、白僵蚕、益母草、积雪草、红景天、红花、人参粉、破壁灵芝孢子、甘草黄酮、杜仲雄花组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泥膜，其特征在于，所述多元醇包括1，3-丙二醇、甘油、双丙甘醇、双甘油、丁二醇，甲基丙二醇，山梨糖醇，聚甘油-10、聚甘油-6中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泥膜，其特征在于，所述中药粉剂包括如下重量份的组分：
5重量份的当归；
5重量份的白芨；
5重量份的白术；
5重量份的黄芪；
5重量份的白蔹；
5重量份的川芎；
5重量份的薏苡仁；
5重量份的白茯苓；
5重量份的玉竹；
5重量份的白芍；
2重量份的白僵蚕；
2重量份的益母草；
2重量份的积雪草；
4.5重量份的红景天；
2重量份的红花；
15重量份的人参粉；
15重量份的破壁灵芝孢子；
5重量份的甘草黄酮；
2.5重量份的杜仲雄花。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泥膜，其特征在于，所述高分子流变调节剂包括卡波姆、卡波姆钠、丙烯酸类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸类共聚物、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、羟乙基纤维素、卡拉胶、刺云实胶、小核菌胶、琼脂糖中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的泥膜，其特征在于，所述皮肤调理剂包括尿囊素、泛醇、海藻糖、甜菜碱和透明质酸钠。
6.根据权利要求5所述的泥膜，其特征在于，所述皮肤调理剂包括如下重量份的组分：
0.001-1重量份的尿囊素；
0.001-6重量份的泛醇；
0.001-5重量份的海藻糖；
0.001-5重量份的甜菜碱；
0.001-0.50重量份的透明质酸钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的泥膜，其特征在于，所述泥膜还包括如下重量份的组分：
0.0001-10重量份的防腐剂；
0.001-1重量份的香精。
8.根据权利要求7所述的泥膜，其特征在于，所述防腐剂包括羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、DMDM乙内酰脲、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
