At present, the relay protection device of an intelligent substation has no DHCP function, equipment directly connected with the relay protection device can only manually configure an IP address, and an intelligent constant value checking instrument is used for comparing constant values of the relay protection device of the intelligent substation, checking and issuing equipment is directly connected with the relay protection device through a network, and can be connected only by manually inquiring and configuring the IP.
Although the network is widely used, most operators working on the transformer substation site are not thoroughly aware of the network principle, and only simply use the network, when the network problem is encountered, the network is almost always in the way, and people often need to resort to the network, so that the network can be solved only for a long time. The intelligent fixed value checking instrument also needs to communicate with the relay protection device through a network, and the network problems exist.
