In particular, the cover sheet with the appropriate style can more easily attract the corresponding target users. The incentive mode is an incentive scheme after the interviewee completes the questionnaire, the electronic equipment can perform algorithm calculation according to answer point selection of the questions and options, and different result pages are popped up for each answering person according to the algorithm result, so that the purpose of personalized incentive is achieved.
The editing elements are decoration elements used in the process of making the questionnaire.
The recommended package information is various package information recommended by the electronic equipment according to the questionnaire characteristic information.
The recommended package information has limited types, and each type of recommended package information is applicable to a plurality of types of questionnaire characteristic information, so that the electronic device prestores the questionnaire characteristic information applicable to each type of recommended package information. After the electronic device determines the questionnaire characteristic information, the corresponding recommended package information can be searched according to the questionnaire characteristic information.
Step S105: and displaying the recommended package information on a questionnaire making interface.

In another possible implementation manner, if the questionnaire characteristic information includes the questionnaire subject, when determining the questionnaire characteristic information based on the basic questionnaire information in step S102, the method specifically includes (step S1021 to step S1026) (not shown in the figure):
step S1021: a plurality of keywords are extracted based on the basic questionnaire information.
Specifically, after the electronic device acquires the basic questionnaire information, word segmentation processing is performed on the basic questionnaire information, some conjunctions, media, pronouns and the like are deleted, and then a plurality of words are acquired. Specifically, in order to quickly determine the questionnaire topics from a plurality of different topics, the electronic device needs to filter keywords and retain keywords with high relevance to the questionnaire topics. The electronic equipment presets a word-taking proportion, and determines the number of the words to be taken according to the number of the keywords, so that the keywords with reasonable number can be guaranteed to be reserved.

For example, the subject matter is "a symptom set, a product survey, a use experience, and a product effect," respectively, and where the product survey, the use experience, and the product effect are all consumer symptoms, the electronic device may determine the questionnaire subject matter as the symptom set, and in particular, as the subject matter of the survey on the product test.
Further, the questionnaire feature information includes questionnaire subject, questionnaire length, and target user features corresponding to the questionnaire, and then step S103 determines the recommended package template based on the questionnaire feature information, and specifically includes (step S1031 to step S1034) (not shown in the figure):

The method is suitable for questionnaire subjects such as package opinion collection and complaint report.
And the psychological test is to package the question answering process of the questionnaire into the psychological test, utilize the psychological motivation of the interviewee to explore and discover the interviewee, arouse curiosity, improve the response enthusiasm of the questionnaire, avoid false information caused by the maintenance image of the consumer, and have high authenticity. The method is suitable for packaging questionnaire themes such as consumer characteristics, life forms, value views, interest preferences, demand mining and the like.
And (3) fractional examination, namely packaging the answering process of the questionnaire into fractional examination, setting a score for each question, feeding back correct and wrong results after the interviewee selects options, and returning examination scores after complete answering. The method is suitable for packaging questionnaire topics such as public popular science dissemination, knowledge testing, internal/external assessment, performance assessment and the like.

Therefore, when the target user characteristics are not clear, the electronic device may determine any packaging template corresponding to the questionnaire type as the recommended packaging template.
When the target user characteristics are definite, for example, the target user characteristics are a user group seeking self exploration, the recommended package template can be determined as a psychological test template; alternatively, the target user characteristic is a particular offer to the venue user, then the recommendation package template may be determined to be the creative aggregate template.
Specifically, among the target user characteristics corresponding to the above packaging templates, the user group seeking self exploration and the specific invitation field users are special groups, the two special groups respectively correspond to a unique packaging template, and other target user characteristics may correspond to multiple packaging templates.
Therefore, when the electronic device judges that the target user characteristics corresponding to the questionnaire are special groups, the recommended packaging template is determined according to the target user characteristics, and when the target user characteristics corresponding to the questionnaire are not special groups, the electronic device relies more on determining the recommended packaging template according to the questionnaire subject.

If the cover page style with the highest frequency is selected to be the cartoon style, the cartoon style is not included in the primarily recommended package information. And when the electronic equipment acquires that the user selects the WeChat dialogue template, the electronic equipment uses the selection frequency of the cover page with the cartoon style and acquires the selection frequency of the primary recommendation information. And when a plurality of pieces of preliminary recommendation information exist, acquiring the preliminary recommendation information with the highest selection frequency.
For example, the cartoon style is selected with a frequency of 100, and the flat style is selected with a frequency of 80, which is the highest frequency in the initial recommendation information flat/geometric/business styles.
Further, the electronic device presets a ratio, generally, the preset ratio is greater than 1. In the implementation of the application, the preset proportion can be set to be 1.1, and when the proportion of the highest selection frequency to the selection frequency of the preliminary recommended information is greater than 1 and smaller than the preset proportion, the preference degree of the packaging information corresponding to the highest selection frequency is high, but the packaging information may be accidental and is not enough to replace the preliminary recommended packaging information; and when the ratio of the highest selection frequency to the selection frequency of the preliminary recommended information is greater than the preset ratio, the probability that the package information corresponding to the highest selection frequency is selected is much greater than that of the preliminary recommended package information, and the preliminary recommended package information cannot represent the preference of the user in the WeChat dialogue mode. In another possible implementation manner, in order to determine the second descending sequence more accurately, the method further includes (step S21 to step S24) (not shown in the figure):

For example, when the electronic device determines to use the WeChat dialog template, the second descending sequence in the style of cover pages is selected to be flat, geometric, business, cartoon, mystery, campus. If the electronic equipment determines that the number of times of continuous calling of the cover page with the geometry style selected by the user is 5 and is greater than the preset value by 4, the electronic equipment improves the sequence of the geometry style in the second descending sequence: geometry, flat, business, cartoon, mystery, campus. When the electronic equipment determines the recommended package information according to the second descending sequence, the reference value of the second descending sequence is higher, and the obtained result is more accurate.
In another possible implementation manner, the method further includes (step S31 to step S32) (not shown in the figure):
step S31: the method comprises the steps of obtaining pre-operation information of a user, wherein the pre-operation information is any item of packaging information selected by the user in advance.
Specifically, the electronic device displays an operation frame, wherein the operation frame comprises a material editing plate and an excitation mode editing plate, the material editing plate comprises a question book packaging plate, a cover editing plate, a question answering page interaction mode editing plate and a rest page editing plate, and the excitation mode editing plate comprises a result page algorithm editing plate and a result page editing plate. When a user makes a questionnaire, the user can upload pictures, edited characters, background colors and the like in corresponding operation boxes, each operation box is provided with a material library, and the user can select corresponding contents from the material library to upload.
For example, the user can upload a cover page picture, a text of a custom editing cover start button, a text of a custom editing privacy agreement and a text and a color of a custom editing button on a cover editing plate, and the cover page picture editing system further comprises a cover page material library.
The electronic equipment sets multiple corresponding options for each item of packaging information, a user can select different packaging information according to the options, and the electronic equipment can acquire the pre-operation information of the user. For example, the electronic device stores a plurality of styles of cover page pictures in the cover page material library, and when the user clicks the flat style of cover page picture, the pre-operation information acquisition unit acquires the pre-operation information of the user as the flat style of cover page picture.
Step S32: and when the pre-operation information is inconsistent with the recommended package information, displaying questionnaire effects of the pre-operation information of the user and the preliminary recommended package information respectively.
Specifically, before the user selects the packaging information, a plurality of pieces of pre-operation information may be selected for comparison with the packaging effect. acquiring various items of packaging information correspondingly selected by a user when the user applies the recommended packaging template each time, and generating various items of selection record information;
determining the selection frequency corresponding to each item of packaging information corresponding to the recommended packaging template based on the selection record information;
and determining each item of recommended packaging information corresponding to the packaging template based on the relation between the selection frequency of each item and the preliminary recommended packaging information of the corresponding item.
In another possible implementation manner, when determining, based on the relationship between the selection frequency of each item and the preliminary recommended packing information of the corresponding item, each item of recommended packing information corresponding to the packing template, the second determining module 204 is specifically configured to:
determining a corresponding second descending sequence according to the selection frequency of each item of packaging information;
determining the order of each item of preliminary recommended packing information in the corresponding second descending sequence;
acquiring the packaging information with the highest selection frequency of the corresponding items based on the second descending sequence;
judging whether each item of preliminary recommended packaging information comprises packaging information with the highest selection frequency of the corresponding item, and if so, determining that the preliminary recommended information is recommended packaging information of the corresponding item; if not, determining the proportion of the highest selection frequency of each item to the selection frequency of the preliminary recommendation information of the corresponding item, and when the proportion is larger than a preset proportion, determining the package information with the highest selection frequency as the recommended package information; and when the proportion is smaller than the preset proportion, determining the preliminary recommended package information as the recommended package information.
In another possible implementation manner, the questionnaire wrapping information recommending apparatus 200 further includes:
the current operation information acquisition module is used for acquiring current operation information when a user makes a questionnaire, wherein the current operation information comprises any item of packaging information selected when the user uses any one packaging template;

and the questionnaire effect display module is used for respectively displaying questionnaire effects when the pre-operation information is not consistent with the recommended package information and when the pre-operation information is applied and the recommended package information.

In order to better implement the above method, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, and referring to fig. 3, the electronic device 300 may be a terminal such as a mobile phone, a PC, a tablet computer, and the electronic device 300 includes: a processor 301 and a memory 303. Wherein the processor 301 is coupled to the memory 303, such as via a communication bus 302. Optionally, the electronic device 300 may further include a transceiver 304. It should be noted that the transceiver 304 is not limited to one in practical applications, and the structure of the electronic device 300 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The Processor 301 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a general-purpose Processor, a DSP (Digital Signal Processor), an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or other Programmable logic device, a transistor logic device, a hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. The processor 301 may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessors in combination, a DSP and a microprocessor in combination, or the like.
Bus 302 may include a path that transfers information between the above components. The bus 302 may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus 302 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like.
The Memory 303 may be a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory) or other optical Disc storage, optical Disc storage (including Compact Disc, laser Disc, optical Disc, digital versatile Disc, blu-ray Disc, etc.), a magnetic Disc storage medium or other magnetic storage device, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to these.
The memory 303 is used for storing application program codes for executing the scheme of the application, and the processor 301 controls the execution. The processor 301 is configured to execute application program code stored in the memory 303 to implement the aspects illustrated in the foregoing method embodiments.
The electronic device 300 shown in fig. 3 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the program is executed by a processor, the method for recommending questionnaire packaging information is implemented.
In this embodiment, the computer-readable storage medium may be a tangible device that holds and stores instructions for use by an instruction execution device. The computer readable storage medium may be, but is not limited to, an electronic memory device, a magnetic memory device, an optical memory device, an electromagnetic memory device, a semiconductor memory device, or any combination of the foregoing. In particular, the computer readable storage medium may be a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a U-disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), a podium random access memory (SRAM), a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), a Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), a memory stick, a floppy disk, an optical disk, a magnetic disk, a mechanical coding device, and any combination thereof.
The computer program in the present embodiment includes a program code for executing all the methods described above, and the program code may include instructions corresponding to the method steps provided in the foregoing embodiments. The computer program may be downloaded to the respective computing/processing device from a computer-readable storage medium, or may be downloaded to an external computer or external storage device via a network, such as the internet, a local area network, a wide area network, and/or a wireless network. The computer program may execute entirely on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (7)

1. A questionnaire package information recommendation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring basic questionnaire information input by a user;
determining questionnaire characteristic information based on the questionnaire basic information;
determining a recommended packaging template based on the questionnaire characteristic information;
determining recommended package information based on the recommended package template, wherein the package information comprises at least one of a cover page style, an answer page interaction mode, an excitation mode and an editing element;
displaying the recommended package information on a questionnaire making interface;
the questionnaire characteristic information comprises questionnaire subjects, questionnaire lengths and target user characteristics corresponding to the questionnaire, and the determination of the recommended packaging template based on the questionnaire characteristic information comprises the following steps:
determining a questionnaire type based on the length of the questionnaire, wherein the questionnaire type comprises a single set of questionnaire and a plurality of sets of questionnaires, the single set of questionnaire corresponds to at least one single set of packaging template, and the plurality of sets of questionnaires correspond to at least one plurality of sets of packaging templates;
judging whether the target user characteristics corresponding to the questionnaire are a special group or not; if yes, determining a recommended packaging template corresponding to the questionnaire type based on the target user characteristics corresponding to the questionnaire;
otherwise, determining a recommended packaging template corresponding to the questionnaire type based on the questionnaire theme;
the determining recommended package information based on the recommended package template includes:
acquiring various pieces of preliminary recommended packaging information corresponding to the recommended packaging template;
acquiring various items of package information correspondingly selected by the user when the recommended package template is applied every time, and generating various items of selection record information;
determining the selection frequency corresponding to each item of packaging information corresponding to the recommended packaging template based on the selection record information;
determining various recommended packaging information corresponding to the packaging template based on the relation between the selection frequency of each item and the preliminary recommended packaging information of the corresponding item;
determining recommended packing information items corresponding to the packing template based on the relationship between the selection frequency of each item and the preliminary recommended packing information of the corresponding item, including:
determining a corresponding second descending sequence according to the selection frequency of each item of packaging information;
determining the order of each item of preliminary recommended packing information in the corresponding second descending sequence;
acquiring the packaging information with the highest selection frequency of the corresponding items based on the second descending sequence;
judging whether each item of the preliminary recommended packaging information comprises the packaging information with the highest selection frequency of the corresponding item, if so, determining that the preliminary recommended packaging information is the recommended packaging information of the corresponding item; if not, determining the proportion of the highest selection frequency of each item to the selection frequency of the preliminary recommended package information of the corresponding item, and when the proportion is greater than a preset proportion, determining the package information with the highest selection frequency as the recommended package information; and when the proportion is smaller than a preset proportion, determining the preliminary recommended package information as recommended package information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the questionnaire feature information comprises a questionnaire subject, and the determining questionnaire feature information based on the questionnaire basic information comprises:
extracting a plurality of keywords based on the basic questionnaire information;
determining a theme corresponding to each keyword;
counting the frequency of occurrence of each theme;
determining a first descending sequence according to the frequency of each theme;
determining word-taking quantity based on the number of the keywords and a preset word-taking proportion;
and determining the questionnaire subject according to the first descending sequence and the word-taking quantity.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring current operation information when a user makes a questionnaire, wherein the current operation information comprises any item of packaging information selected when the user uses any one packaging template;
executing a circulation step until the obtained last operation information is inconsistent with the current operation information, and determining the continuous calling times of the operation information, wherein the last operation information comprises corresponding item packaging information selected by a user when the user uses any one packaging template last time;
when the continuous calling times are larger than a preset value, improving the sequence of the packaging information corresponding to the current operation information in a second descending sequence of the corresponding item;
the step of cycling, comprising:
acquiring the last operation information;
and judging whether the last operation information is consistent with the current operation information, if so, increasing the continuous calling times of the operation information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring pre-operation information of a user, wherein the pre-operation information is any item of packaging information selected by the user in advance;
and when the pre-operation information is inconsistent with the recommended package information, displaying questionnaire effects when the pre-operation information is applied and when the recommended package information is applied respectively.
5. A questionnaire packing information recommendation device characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring basic questionnaire information input by a user;
the first determination module is used for determining questionnaire characteristic information based on the questionnaire basic information;
the second determination module is used for determining a recommended packaging template based on the questionnaire characteristic information;
the third determination template is used for determining recommended package information based on the recommended package template, and the package information comprises at least one of a package template, a cover page style, an answer page interaction mode, an excitation mode and an editing element;
and the display module is used for displaying the recommended package information on a questionnaire making interface.
6. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor;
a memory;
at least one application, wherein the at least one application is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the at least one processor, the at least one application configured to: performing a method of recommending questionnaire package information according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized by storing a computer program that can be loaded by a processor and executes the method for recommending questionnaire wrapping information according to any one of claims 1 through 4.
