Claims (9)

1. A building closed central air-conditioning air exhaust and water supplement system comprises an air-conditioning terminal device, an air-conditioning refrigeration outer machine, a water supply pipe, a water return pipe and a pump set, wherein two ends of the water supply pipe and two ends of the water return pipe are respectively communicated with the air-conditioning terminal device and the air-conditioning refrigeration outer machine to form a circulating water path, and the pump set is installed on the water supply pipe; the method is characterized in that: the water replenishing tank is arranged at a position higher than the circulating water path, the top of the water replenishing tank is communicated with an external water source, the bottom of the water replenishing tank is provided with a water replenishing pipe, and the water replenishing pipe extends downwards to be communicated with the water supply pipe; the upper side of the water return pipe is connected with an exhaust pipe, and the exhaust pipe extends upwards and is communicated with the top of the water replenishing tank; and a first water valve is arranged at the communication position of the exhaust pipe and the water return pipe.
2. The exhaust and water supplement system of the closed central air conditioner for the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the exhaust pipe is larger than that of the water return pipe, and the exhaust pipe is connected with the water return pipe through a reducing adapter.
3. The exhaust and water replenishing system of the closed central air conditioner for the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water return pipe is bent and extended adjacent to the downstream of the connection of the water return pipe and the exhaust pipe.
4. The exhaust and water supplement system of the closed central air conditioner for the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water supplement valve is provided at the communication position of the water supplement pipe and the water supply pipe.
5. The exhaust and water supplement system of the closed central air conditioner for the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second water valve is provided at the connection of the water supplement tank and an external water source.
6. The closed central air-conditioning exhaust and water supplementing system for the buildings according to claim 1, wherein a drain valve is further arranged at the bottom of the water supplementing tank, and an overflow pipe for controlling the water level is further arranged at the upper end of the side wall of the water supplementing tank.
7. The exhaust and water supplement system of the closed central air conditioner for the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein a filtering mechanism is arranged in the water supplement tank.

The exhaust and water supplement system of the closed central air conditioner for the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top seal of the water supplement tank is provided with a communication hole for communicating the outside air or the water supplement tank is provided with an empty top without a top seal cover.
9. An exhaust method of a closed central air-conditioning exhaust and water supplementing system of a building, comprising the closed central air-conditioning exhaust and water supplementing system of any one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: opening the first water valve, the second water valve and the water replenishing valve, filling an external water source into the water replenishing tank, and allowing water in the water replenishing tank to flow into the circulating pipeline through a water replenishing pipe;
step two: when the water is filled into the circulating pipeline from the water replenishing tank to 70% of the total capacity of the circulating pipeline, starting the pump set to circulate the water in the circulating pipeline and generate water pressure; air in the circulating pipeline is discharged along with water flow from the exhaust pipe, and meanwhile, the water replenishing tank continuously replenishes water;
step three: and observing that the water flow sprayed by the exhaust pipe in the water replenishing tank in a certain time is free from bubble spraying, considering that the air is exhausted, and closing the first water valve at the moment.
