s3: and mixing the early-stage slurry with the mixed base material, adding the thickening agent, and stirring at 800r/min for 20min to obtain the high-weather-resistance decorative coating.

This comparative example provides a water-borne acrylic decorative coating which, compared with example 1, is identical to example 1 in the amounts of the other components, the specific selection of the components and the preparation process, except that the polyethylene wax a-C575A containing a double bond structure is replaced by an equal amount of polyethylene wax PEW-2016 without a double bond structure.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example provides a water-borne acrylic decorative coating which, in comparison with example 5, is identical to example 5 in the amounts of the other components, the specific selection of the components and the preparation process, except that the components do not contain polyethylene wax and the amount of the ultraviolet absorber is 10%.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example provides a water-borne acrylic decorative coating which, in comparison with example 5, is identical to example 5 in terms of the amounts of the remaining components, the specific selection of the components and the preparation process, except that no UV absorber is included in the components and the amount of polyethylene wax is 10%.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example provides a water-based acrylic decorative coating which, compared with example 1, is identical to example 1 in the amounts of the other components, the specific selection of the components and the preparation process, except that BYK-028 is used as the component antifoaming agent.
Comparative example 5
This comparative example provides a water-based acrylic decorative coating which, compared to example 1, is consistent with example 1 in terms of the amounts of the components, the specific selection of the components and the preparation process, except that the component defoamer is used only with Tego-902 w.

Example of detection
The performance of the coatings obtained in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-7 was tested according to GB/T4758-,
wherein: the coatings obtained in comparative examples 2 and 3 have poor stability, delamination and soft precipitation phenomena occur in heat storage, and the water resistance and the salt water resistance are sharply reduced;
the paint films obtained by the comparative examples 4 and 5 respectively have shrinkage cavity defects and pinhole defects on the surfaces, and the gloss measurement is influenced in the paint film aging resistance experiment, so that the judgment on the weather resistance authenticity of the paint films is influenced; the water resistance and the salt water resistance of the paint film are greatly influenced.
The final performance test results are shown in table one:

From the test results, it can be seen that: the high weather-resistant water-based acrylic decorative coating provided by the invention has the advantages that the hardness can reach 2H, the friction coefficient is 0.12, the weather resistance experiment can still keep stable for 1500H, the water resistance and salt water resistance experiment can reach 240H, the coating has outstanding weather resistance, and the coating does not delaminate, precipitate or agglomerate after being stored for 7 days at 50 ℃, has outstanding storage stability and good application prospect.

Claims (9)

1. The water-based decorative coating is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 45-60% of water-based acrylic emulsion, 0.1-0.25% of defoaming agent, 0.5-0.85% of wetting dispersant, 0.3-0.75% of flatting agent, 0.4-1.0% of pH regulator, 3-5.5% of ultraviolet absorbent, 5-10% of pigment, 6-11% of barium sulfate, 3.8-6.6% of polyethylene wax, 3.2-4.5% of film-forming additive, 0.2-0.4% of thickening agent, 0.3-0.9% of organic bentonite and the balance of deionized water; the ultraviolet absorbent consists of benzophenone and benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbents, and the polyethylene wax is a double-bond polyethylene wax.
2. The water-based decorative coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the benzophenone-based ultraviolet absorber to the benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber in the ultraviolet absorber is 1-1.5: 1.
3. the water-based decorative coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 3-4: 1 and a silicone defoamer.
4. The water-based decorative paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wetting dispersant is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 1-2: 1, a macromolecular block copolymer solution containing pigment affinity groups and a polyphosphate dispersing agent.
5. The water-based decorative coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the leveling agent to the water-based decorative coating is 2-3: 1 and an organic modified siloxane solution without solvent.
6. The water-based decorative paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH regulator is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 1-2: 1 dimethylethanolamine and triethanolamine.
7. The aqueous decorative coating according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous acrylic emulsion is one or more of a pure acrylic emulsion; and/or
The thickening agent is a polyurethane associative thickening agent; and/or
The pigment is one of carbon black, wood red powder, titanium dioxide and scarlet powder.
8. The water-based decorative paint of claim 1, wherein the particle size of the barium sulfate is 1500-1600 meshes.
9. The preparation method of the water-based decorative coating is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: preparing raw materials according to the formula amount of the water-based decorative coating of any one of claims 1 to 8, mixing the dispersing agent, the pH regulator with the formula amount of 1/2 to 2/3, the antifoaming agent with the formula amount of 1/2 to 7/10 and the deionized water with the formula amount of 3/4, stirring and mixing uniformly at the speed of 400 to 500r/min, adding the organic bentonite, the ultraviolet absorbent, the pigment and the barium sulfate, stirring for 15 to 20min at the speed of 700 to 800r/min, and grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 25 mu m to obtain early-stage slurry;
s2: mixing the water-based acrylic emulsion, the film forming auxiliary agent, the flatting agent, the polyethylene wax, the residual defoaming agent, the residual pH regulator and the residual deionized water, and stirring at the speed of 400-500 r/min for 15-20 min to obtain a mixed base material;
s3: and mixing the early-stage slurry and the mixed base material, adding a thickening agent, and stirring at a rotating speed of 700-900 r/min for 15-20 min to obtain the water-based decorative coating.
