Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a high-speed polishing head for polishing a large area of a wooden board, comprises: the polishing device comprises a support 1, a rotating shaft mounting block 2 which is arranged on the support 1 in a back-and-forth sliding mode, a first rotating shaft 3 which is rotatably mounted with the rotating shaft mounting block 2, a polishing disc mounting rack 4 which is fixed with the first rotating shaft 3, at least three second rotating shafts 5 which are arranged on the polishing disc mounting rack 4, and polishing discs 6 which are respectively connected with the second rotating shafts 5.
The polishing disk 6 is a sponge polishing disk or a wool polishing disk, and a polishing agent is arranged on the polishing disk 6.
In actual work, the whole high-speed polishing head is connected with a polishing device through a support 1, the rotating shaft mounting block 2 is driven by the first driving mechanism to move back and forth on the support 1, the first rotating shaft 3 rotates under the drive of the second power mechanism, so that the second rotating shafts 5 are driven to revolve around the axis of the first rotating shaft 3 as a circle center, and the second rotating shafts 5 rotate under the drive of the corresponding third power mechanisms respectively, so that the rotation of the polishing discs 6 is realized.
Compared with the prior polishing technology, the invention has the following advantages: at least three autorotation polishing disks 6 are adopted for polishing, so that the polishing efficiency is high; meanwhile, the three polishing disks 6 revolve around the axis of the first rotating shaft 3, the problem of uneven polishing caused by the introduction of a plurality of polishing disks is avoided, the requirement on polishing uniformity is met while the polishing efficiency is high, and the polishing device is particularly suitable for polishing large-area boards, so that the polishing speed of the large-area boards is more than twice that of the conventional technology.
In this embodiment, the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism, and the third driving mechanism are all motors. In other embodiments, the motor may be replaced with other drive mechanisms that are known in the art or that may be implemented in the future.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the second rotating shaft 5 is an output shaft of a motor 8, each motor 8 having the second rotating shaft 5 is directly fixed to the polishing disk mounting rack 4, and each polishing disk 6 is directly connected to the corresponding output shaft, so that the polishing machine is simple in structure, convenient to mount and use, and capable of meeting the requirement of high-speed polishing.
Further preferably, each of the motors 8 having the second rotating shaft 5 is a frequency modulation motor, so as to adjust the rotating speed of each of the motors according to actual requirements.
Furthermore, each motor 8 with the second rotating shaft 5 is a direct current motor and is respectively supplied with power through a storage battery; therefore, additional external power supply is not needed for power supply, and wiring is more convenient. In other embodiments, each of the motors having the second rotating shaft 5 is an ac motor, and then power is supplied through a brush provided on the first rotating shaft 3, which is not limited to the embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 again, a buffer spring 7 is arranged on the support 1, and after the high-speed polishing head is connected with the polishing equipment through the support 1, the buffer spring 7 gives the support 1 a buffer force acting on the polishing equipment. Thus, in the actual polishing process, the bracket 1 has a movement margin relative to the polishing equipment, so that the pressure between the polishing disc and the wood board to be polished can be properly changed, and the polishing requirements of the wood boards to be polished with different thicknesses can be matched.
In this embodiment, the sliding installation structure of the rotating shaft installation block 2 and the bracket 1 is as follows: two parallel slide rails 1-1 are arranged on the bracket 1, and a slide block 2-1 matched with each parallel slide rail 1-1 is arranged on the rotating shaft mounting block 2; the first rotating shaft 3 is positioned in the middle of the interval between the two parallel sliding rails 1-1. Thus, the running stability of the spindle mounting block 2 on the carrier 1 can be ensured to the greatest extent during the actual polishing process.
Further preferably, the sliding rail 1-1 and the sliding block 2-1 are assembled together through a T-shaped structure matched with each other. Therefore, when the pressure or thrust changes, the rotating shaft mounting block 2 can still normally and stably run on the bracket 1.
In other embodiments, the positions of the slide rail and the slide block may be changed according to actual needs, for example, the slide rail is disposed on the rotating shaft mounting block 2, and the slide block is disposed on the bracket 1, so that similar technical effects can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the number of the motors 8 having the second rotating shaft 5 is three, three mounting portions 4-1 are uniformly distributed on the polishing disk mounting rack 4 and extend outward, a fixing plate 4-2 perpendicular to each mounting portion 4-1 is arranged on each mounting portion 4-1, and each motor 8 is locked and fixed on the outer side of the corresponding fixing plate 4-2. In this way, not only is the installation of each motor 8 facilitated, but also the volume of the polishing disk mounting frame 4 is effectively reduced, so that the driving load of the first rotating shaft 3 is reduced.
In this embodiment, the fixing plate 4-2 is preferably installed on the outer side of the installation plate 4-1, and a triangular support plate 4-3 is disposed at the joint of the fixing plate 4-2 and the installation portion 4-1, so as to ensure that the fixing plate 4-2 has sufficient strength.
It should be noted that when the number of the motors 8 having the second rotating shaft 5 is three, a better polishing effect can be obtained. Obviously, those skilled in the art can also increase the number of the motors 8 appropriately according to different actual needs, for example, to four, five, or even more, and accordingly, the cost will also increase.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art from the foregoing description of construction and principles that the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and that modifications and substitutions based on the teachings of the art may be made without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents. Details not described in the detailed description are prior art or common general knowledge.
