Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning process for cleaning a tray.
Background
In crude oil extraction enterprises and chemical enterprises, the transfer is realized by using the tray, the bearing surface of the tray is provided with positioning grooves with various shapes, and because of accidents, running, leakage and the like, oil stains containing aromatic substances can be formed on the bearing surface of the tray by crude oil or petroleum, and the oil stains are dangerous pollutants;
looking at the washing and the inspection link of current tray, its process mostly washes the tray with the manual work and is given first place to, and work load is big, needs cooperation detection device to detect the loading end of tray to confirm whether the tray sanitization, wash and detect unable while, and unable timely cleaning work that stops under the condition of up to standard, the cost time is long, and working strength is big, and the cleaning efficiency is low, and causes the waste to the washing liquid.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cleaning process for cleaning a tray, which can perform online detection on tray cleaning, reduce the execution of ineffective cleaning in the cleaning process and improve the cleaning efficiency under the condition that the tray cleaning reaches the standard.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a cleaning process for cleaning a tray, which comprises the following steps:
fixing the tray, and spraying and cleaning the bearing surface of the tray at multiple angles;
detecting the cleaning liquid sliding on the bearing surface, detecting the oil content in the cleaning liquid, and adjusting the spraying angle of spraying cleaning according to the oil content;
and comparing the oil content with a preset standard value, and adjusting the cleaning angle if the oil content is smaller than the standard value and is in a descending trend.
By adopting the technical scheme, one angle of the tray bearing surface is sprayed and cleaned, the cleaning liquid sprayed at the angle is detected on line by an ultraviolet fluorescence method, the oil content in the cleaning liquid is detected, effective reference is provided for the oil stain cleanliness of the tray bearing surface under the condition that the angle is sprayed, the online detection of the cleaning of a plurality of spraying angles of the tray bearing surface is realized, other spraying angles can be replaced under the condition that the angle is sprayed and cleaned to reach the standard, the execution of ineffective cleaning is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Preferably, during the detection of the cleaning liquid sliding off the bearing surface, the cleaning liquid sliding off the bearing surface is temporarily stored for 10s, and the temporarily stored cleaning liquid is detected. By adopting the technical scheme, the accuracy and the reliability of detecting the oil content in the cleaning fluid are improved.
Preferably, in the process of spraying and cleaning the bearing surface at the same angle, if the oil content is in an ascending trend, the spraying flow keeps high-flow spraying; if the oil content exceeds the peak value and is in a descending trend, the spraying flow keeps low-flow spraying. By adopting the technical scheme, the consumption of the cleaning liquid is reduced under the condition of ensuring the cleaning efficiency of the tray.
Preferably, the used cleaning solution needs to be subjected to a filtering step before entering the detection step, and the filtering step is used for performing adsorption filtration on metal residues and particles in the used cleaning solution. By adopting the technical scheme, the metal residues and particles in the cleaning liquid can be well filtered, and the influence on the oil content detection result is avoided.
Preferably, the cleaning angle is an angle between the cleaning liquid and the bearing surface of the tray during spray cleaning, and the cleaning angle adjusted each time is 30 degrees.
Preferably, the high-speed spraying is 12-15L/s, and the low-speed spraying is 8-10L/s.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the cleaning process for cleaning the tray is provided, and firstly, the online detection can be realized for the spray cleaning of the tray carrying surface at different angles, so that the detection is more standardized, convenient, scientific and automatic; secondly, by adjusting the spraying angle, the cleaning process reduces the execution of ineffective cleaning and improves the cleaning efficiency under the condition that the tray cleaning reaches the standard; and thirdly, the accuracy, continuity and reliability of the detection of the oil content in the cleaning liquid are improved when the bearing surface of the tray is sprayed and cleaned.
