本发明公开了一种医疗器械用高效除锈剂及制备方法。所述的一种医疗器械用高效除锈剂由表面活性剂、酸、清洗助剂以及螯合剂等经过合理配方设计,复配而成的水基溶液。本发明提供的医疗器械用高效除锈剂,除锈除垢速度快,不会损伤不锈钢器械,生产简单,环境友好。

技术领域
本发明属于一种医疗器械用高效除锈剂,本发明涉及这种除锈剂的制备方法。
背景技术
在世界各个医院里,各种医疗器械每天都频繁使用,特别是各种手术器械包括普通手术器械以及精密微创手术器械等,在手术使用过程中接触了血迹等污染物,这些污染物如果不及时处理往往会很容易加速这些医疗器械的生锈腐蚀,导致器械失灵,无法正常使用。现在的医疗器械往往价格高昂,为了降低器械的使用成本,器械在使用之后要及时清洗和保养,发现生锈要及时去除锈斑,以免锈迹扩大,导致器械报废无法修复。
现在医院使用的通常是强酸型除锈剂,这类除锈剂可以高效去除锈斑,锈迹,特别是大面积的锈迹,但是对器械腐蚀严重,这是一个矛盾。而现在的医疗器械价格昂贵,所以这种强酸性的除锈剂并不适合对这些器械进行除锈,而是应该选择比较温和的除锈剂。但是温和的除锈剂,往往除锈时间长,效率低,甚至除锈不彻底,无法满足使用要求。
为了克服现在医疗器械用除锈剂存在的上述问题,本发明开发了一种高效除锈剂及其制备方法。本发明使用了复合的表面活性剂,有效降低器械表面能,降低了酸剂使用量,降低了酸对器械腐蚀性,并且使用了复合螯合剂与缓蚀剂,有效保护器械的腐蚀。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种医疗器械用高效除锈剂及制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:一种医疗器械用高效除锈剂的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
将表面活性剂加入去离子水搅拌混合,至完全溶解;
向1)溶液中加入酸混合物,搅拌至完全溶解;
向2)溶液中加入除锈助剂后搅拌至完全溶解;
向3)溶液中加入螯合剂,搅拌定容得到高效除锈剂。
步骤1)中,表面活性剂包括但不限于高碳醇聚氧乙烯醚,改性油脂乙氧基化物,烷基醇酰胺,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,烷基磷酸酯以及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的一种或几种混合物;
步骤1)中,表面活性剂的使用量优选1-15%;
步骤2)中,酸剂包括但不限于硝酸,磷酸,盐酸,氨基磺酸中的一种或几种混合物;
步骤2)中,酸剂的使用量优选1-30%,进一步优选1-15%;
步骤3)中,除锈助剂包括但不限于磷酸钠,葡萄糖酸钠,硼酸钠中的一种或几种;
步骤3)中,除锈剂助剂使用量1-10%;
步骤4)中,缓蚀剂包括但不限于EDTA4Na,三乙醇胺油酸皂,HEDP,三聚磷酸钠,焦磷酸钠以及单杂苯环多氨基己酸防锈剂中一种或几种混合物;
步骤4)中,缓蚀剂的使用量优选1-5%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例、对比例和应用例对本发明技术方案做进一步详细、完整地说明。
实施例1
1)称取异构13碳醇聚氧乙烯醚,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,APGIC08异构醇葡萄糖苷,三者按照质量比3:3:4混合,合计15%的量加到去离子水搅拌混合,至完全溶解;
2)向1)溶液中加入5%硝酸,10%磷酸,搅拌至完全溶解;
3)向2)溶液中加入5%焦磷酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
4)向3)溶液中加入螯合剂三乙醇胺磷酸酯2%,HEDP1%以及EDTA4Na2%,搅拌定容得到高效除锈剂。
实施例2
1)称取十二烷基醇酰胺,十二烷基磷酸酯,异构十三碳醇聚氧乙烯醚1307,三者按照质量比2:5:3混合,合计10%的量加到去离子水搅拌混合,至完全溶解;
2)向1)溶液中加入盐酸5%,磷酸5%和硫酸3%,三者按照质量比3:4:3混合,合计加入搅拌至完全溶解;
3)向2)溶液中加入5%硼酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
4)向3)溶液中加入螯合剂单杂苯环多氨基己酸3%,焦磷酸钠2%和EDTA4Na3%,搅拌定容得到高效除锈剂。
实施例3
1)称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,十二烷基磷酸酯,LF305脂肪醇EO-PO嵌段聚醚,三者按照质量比4:3:2混合,合计15%的量加到去离子水搅拌混合,至完全溶解;
2)向1)溶液中加入磷酸5%,氨基磺酸6%,硝酸2%,加入后搅拌至完全溶解;
3)向2)溶液中加入5%葡萄糖酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
4)向3)溶液中加入螯合剂三乙醇胺磷酸酯2%,三乙醇胺油酸皂3%,EDTA4Na2%,搅拌定容得到高效除锈剂。
实施例4
1)称取十二烷基苯磺酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,十二烷基磷酸酯,三者按照质量比5:3:2混合,合计12%的量加到去离子水搅拌混合,至完全溶解;
2)向1)溶液中加入氨基磺酸,磷酸以及柠檬酸三者按照质量比4:4:2混合,合计加入量15%,搅拌至完全溶解;
3)向2)溶液中加入3%硼酸钠和2%焦磷酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
4)向3)溶液中加入螯合剂三乙醇胺磷酸酯2%,三乙醇胺油酸皂2%,单杂苯环多氨基己酸1%,搅拌定容得到高效除锈剂。

1.一种医疗器械用高效除锈剂的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
1)将表面活性剂加入去离子水搅拌混合,至完全溶解;
2)向1)溶液中加入酸混合物,搅拌至完全溶解;
3)向2)溶液中加入除锈助剂后搅拌至完全溶解;
4)向3)溶液中加入螯合剂,搅拌定容得到高效除锈剂。
2.步骤1)中,表面活性剂包括但不限于高碳醇聚氧乙烯醚,改性油脂乙氧基化物,烷基醇酰胺,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,烷基磷酸酯以及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的一种或几种混合物。
3.步骤1)中,表面活性剂的使用量优选1-15%。
4.步骤2)中,酸剂包括但不限于硝酸,磷酸,盐酸,氨基磺酸中的一种或几种混合物。
5.步骤2)中,酸剂的使用量优选1-30%,进一步优选1-15%。
6.步骤3)中,除锈助剂包括但不限于磷酸钠,葡萄糖酸钠,硼酸钠中的一种或几种。
7.步骤3)中,除锈剂助剂使用量1-10%。
