The production process comprises the following steps:
1. sequentially adding water and hydroxyethyl cellulose at a rotating speed of less than 600rpm of the reaction kettle, and dispersing for 2-4 min;
2. keeping the rotating speed of the reaction kettle unchanged, adding a natural plant antibacterial mildew preventive, and dispersing for 2-5 min;

1. sequentially adding water and hydroxyethyl cellulose at a rotating speed of less than 600rpm of the reaction kettle, and dispersing for 2-4 min;

The performance of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 of the invention are compared, wherein the low-temperature film forming property, the alkali resistance and the scrubbing resistance are referred to the national standard GB/T9756-; the antibacterial and mildewproof test is referred to HG/T3950-2007.
The properties of the coatings produced in the examples are given in the following table:
