Description

Light-weight platform door optical fiber indicator lamp system
Technical Field
The invention relates to an indicator light, in particular to an improved structure of the indicator light for a platform door.
Background
The existing platform door indicator lamps are arranged in a row on a platform door, and each movable platform door is provided with one indicator lamp. The door opening control system controls the door opening mechanical device and the indicating lamp at the same time, so that passengers can judge the motion state of the movable platform door by observing the opening and closing or flashing of the indicating lamp, and the door opening and closing and fault indicating effects of the platform door are achieved.
In addition, the platform door indicator lamp is used as a door opening and closing and fault indicating device, generally provided with one bulb, or provided with a plurality of bulbs, and additionally provided with linkage accessories such as a buzzer, a broadcast horn, a fault reporting device and the like, wherein the linkage accessories for enhancing the indicating capability do not exceed the actual functions of the platform door indicator lamp as a platform door opening and closing and fault indicating device.
The luminous light source of the existing platform door indicating lamp is generally one or more bulbs installed in a lamp shade, the bulbs are turned on and off along with the power supply of a power connection wire, the visual effect of the indicating lamp mainly depends on the light source of the bulbs to illuminate the lamp shade from inside to outside, the visual art value of the indicating lamp is limited in the design of the lamp shade, the existing platform door indicating lamp is similar in shape, the visual design is limited by the bottleneck of the design of the lamp shade, and the novel platform door indicating lamp with the visual art value cannot be further developed.
Therefore, a platform door indicating lamp which does not need a lampshade, does not adopt a bulb type light source and breaks through the visual design limitation of the existing platform door indicating lamp needs to be developed.
Another lighting device is a fiber optic illumination system, which consists of a light source and an optical fiber. The light source forms a beam of approximately parallel light, and a color filter can be additionally arranged to change the beam of light into colored light. When the light beam enters the optical fiber, the colored light is sent to a preset place along the path of the optical fiber.
The color filter is a part for changing the color of light beams, and corresponding color light sources can be obtained by replacing filters with different colors according to requirements.
An optical fiber is a body in a fiber lighting system, and the function of the optical fiber is to transmit or emit light to a predetermined place. The optical fiber is divided into end light emitting and body light emitting. The former is that the light beam reaches the end point after, throws light on through the tail lamp, and the latter is the luminous body itself, forms a flexible light column.
The optical fiber has three types, namely single strand, multi-strand and net. The diameter of the single-stranded optical fiber ranges from phi 6 to phi 20 mm. The diameter of the stranded optical fiber is generally phi 0.5-phi 3mm, and the number of strands is usually from several to hundreds. The reticular optical fibers are all made of body luminous optical fibers with small diameters and can form a flexible light band.
The optical fiber is polymerized by liquid high molecular compound, and has the characteristics of strong light guiding property, electricity saving, durability, no heating, no pollution, flexibility, color changing, wide environment application range, safe use and the like. The light guide mode of the optical fiber is divided into a soft and warm line optical fiber and a sparkling point optical fiber, and the optical fiber is widely applied to various decoration and brightening projects such as building decoration illumination, landscape decoration illumination, cultural and handicraft article illumination, special occasion illumination, billboards, entertainment places and the like.
It can be seen that the optical fiber lighting system has many advantages, but there is no technical solution in the prior art to apply the optical fiber lighting system to the platform door indicator light.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a light-weight platform door optical fiber indicating lamp system which does not need a lamp shade and does not adopt a bulb type light source, so that the visual design limitation of the existing platform door indicating lamp is broken through, and an innovative indicating lamp light transmission mode is adopted to communicate the indicating lamp on a sliding door body and an electrical box fixed on a platform door base.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a lightweight platform door fiber optic indicator light system, comprising: the platform door control unit and the platform door body;
further comprising: the platform door control unit controls a light source machine for emitting a light source of an optical fiber lamp, a fixed optical fiber and more than two beams of door body optical fibers arranged on a platform door body;
at least one part of the structure of the platform door body is made of a light-transmitting material;
one end of the fixed optical fiber is in butt joint with the position of a light outlet of the light source machine, and the other end of the fixed optical fiber is arranged below a platform door body;
the lower end of each beam of the door body optical fiber is arranged at the bottom of the platform door body, and the other end of each beam of the door body optical fiber is butted with the light-transmitting material of the platform door body;
the lower end face of each door body optical fiber is close to and vertically opposite to the end face of the fixed optical fiber arranged below the platform door body when the platform door body moves to a certain set position;
light emitted by the light source machine is transmitted by the platform door body finally through transmission of the fixed optical fiber and a certain beam of door body optical fiber, wherein the end faces of the fixed optical fiber and the door body optical fiber are close to each other.
Preferably, different bundles of door body optical fibers are arranged on the platform door body to present different characters and/or patterns.
Preferably, a color filter is provided at a lower end surface of each bundle of door body optical fibers, and colors of the color filters are different from each other.
Each bundle of door body optical fiber is a single optical fiber or is formed by bundling a plurality of optical fibers.
In one embodiment, the door body optical fiber is provided with two beams; when the platform door body is positioned at the fully closed position before opening, the end face of the fixed optical fiber arranged below the platform door body is close to and vertically opposite to the lower end face of one bundle of door body optical fibers; when the platform door body is located at the fully opened position before closing, the end face of the fixed optical fiber arranged below the platform door body is close to and vertically opposite to the lower end face of the other bundle of door body optical fibers.
Compared with the prior art, the light-weight platform door optical fiber indicator lamp system has the advantages that the optical fiber lighting technology is creatively improved and is specially used for the platform door indicator lamp, the light source machine and the turntable motor drive the conversion disc to switch the optical fiber bundles in different arrangement modes on the platform door light-transmitting door body, so that the platform door does not depend on the fixed point light emission of a bulb light source but emits light through a plurality of optical fibers arranged at free positions on the platform door light-transmitting door body, light-emitting points can be used for randomly arranging various patterns or characters in the light-transmitting area of the whole platform door body, and the patterns or characters can be controllably changed in color or in a controlled manner; the indicating lamp does not need a lampshade, and the light source does not adopt a bulb style, thereby subverting the technical route of the traditional bulb light source type platform door indicating lamp, breaking through the visual design limitation of the existing platform door indicating lamp, and improving the overall visual artistic value of the platform door; in addition, the invention adopts a novel structure that a plurality of optical fiber bundles capable of synchronously and automatically switching the door lighting mode to be switched on and off are butted with one light source machine only by the inherent motion mode of the door body.
