Description

Anti-pollution sunscreen composition, anti-pollution sunscreen skin care composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-pollution sunscreen compositions, and particularly relates to an anti-pollution sunscreen composition, an anti-pollution sunscreen skin care composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
PM2.5(particulate matter) refers to fine particles with an aerodynamic equivalent diameter of less than or equal to 2.5 μm, and is an important pollutant of the atmosphere at present. The skin, which acts as a barrier to the human body, is the organ with the largest area exposed to air and is most vulnerable to injury. PM2.5 causes a series of problems such as allergic dermatosis, skin aging, pigmentation and the like, and aggravates skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, eczema and the like. Air pollution affects the skin mainly through four aspects: ozone in the air reacts with vitamin E and vitamin C in the skin to reduce the content of vitamin E and vitamin C in the skin, thereby increasing oxidative stress; polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in automobile exhaust cause damage to DNA, affect antioxidant enzymes, cause cytotoxicity and apoptosis; the heavy metal inhibits the synthesis of antioxidant enzyme and inhibits the function of enzyme; the dust causes skin inflammation, increases skin sensitivity and blocks pores.
When people are exposed to outdoor activities, the skin is not only exposed to uv light, but also attacked by PM2.5 and other harmful chemical particles. Ultraviolet rays can cause direct damage to the skin, including direct damage to cellular DNA, and killing of cells through phototoxic effects, as well as indirect damage to the skin, including induction of inflammation, free radicals, formation of immunosuppression, and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a sunscreen cosmetic having both excellent sunscreen effect and anti-pollution effect.
The currently available anti-fouling products have the following disadvantages: the function is single, the physical barrier is mainly used, and the film forming effect is difficult to ensure. Based on the consideration of actual use environment, the sun-proof mechanism and the anti-pollution mechanism are combined to develop a composition, so that the sun-proof mechanism and the anti-pollution mechanism complement each other, the actual use effect is improved, and the formula cost is reduced.

The examples and the anti-pollution sunscreen skin care composition prepared in comparative example 1 were subjected to the following relevant tests.
1. Test of patch Effect
The test method comprises the following steps: according to the seventh chapter of human safety inspection methods in the cosmetic safety technical Specification 2015, the sunscreen compositions of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-3 were respectively selected for open patch experiments.
TABLE 1 Patch test results
Figure BDA0003524266700000101
Figure BDA0003524266700000111
As can be seen from Table 1, in comparative example 3, there were 2 suspected reactions in the subject, 1 weakly positive reaction (erythema), and all subjects had no response to the sunscreen compositions of examples 1-3. It can be seen that the application of mild, non-burdening and anti-fouling sunscreen composition systems has higher safety and lower skin irritation.
2. Test of anti-pollution Effect
2.1 anti-inflammatory Capacity test:
the environmental pollution can trigger the inflammatory reaction of skin, and NF-kb (transcription factor) is known to be a main regulatory protein in the inflammatory reaction of the body and controls the production and release of various inflammatory protein factors. Many actives exert anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting NF-kb. NF-kb is used as an inflammation marker, and inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) or interleukin and the like are used for stimulating human keratinocytes, activating the NF-kb and inducing cell inflammation reaction. The cells were treated with a certain concentration of the samples of examples 1 to 4 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 3, and their ability to inhibit NF-kb expression was observed.
The specific test mode is as follows: 10 volunteers aged 20-50 are selected from each experimental group, and all the volunteers live in large cities, are affected by deep pollution and have rough and dark skin; the using method comprises the following steps: about 2 grams of the samples of inventive examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-3 were applied to the face once a day. And taking pictures and archiving after 1 month. The results of comparing examples 1-4 with comparative examples 1-3, the percent inhibition of the inflammatory response of the cells by the agent was obtained and are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 inhibition of NF-kb by the anti-fouling sunscreen skin care composition
Figure BDA0003524266700000121
Figure BDA0003524266700000131
2.2 Spot Effect test
The PM particles floating in the air are only one-fiftieth of the diameter of pores and easily enter the pores, and the PM particles contain chemical components and seriously damage the stratum corneum renewal cycle and rate, causing a series of skin problems. Such as dull skin tone, yellow skin tone, rough skin, increased spots, etc. Observed using a VISIA tester.
The specific test mode is as follows: 10 volunteers are selected from each experimental group, are healthy, have no skin disease or allergic disease history, are non-sensitive to skin, can use cosmetics according to a range, are matched with workers to complete evaluation work according to requirements, have certain expression capability, and can truly reflect the feeling after use. About 2 grams of the samples of inventive examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-3 were applied to the face once a day for 1 month, and the data on day 0 and day 30 were compared as shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 reduction of stain resistance of sunscreen skin care compositions
Figure BDA0003524266700000132
Figure BDA0003524266700000141
From the above anti-inflammatory ability test and the two-spot effect test, it can be seen from tables 2 and 3 that example 3 has a higher NF-kb inhibition ratio and a higher mottle reduction ratio than examples 1, 2 and 4, and it is a preferred example of the present invention that the content ratio of each component in example 3 is an optimal ratio. As can be seen from comparison of examples 1 to 4 with comparative examples 1 to 3, the effect is the best when the components of the anti-pollution composition of the invention are used together, which shows that the components of the anti-pollution composition of the invention have synergistic effect. The extracellular polysaccharide and the traditional Chinese medicine composition are added in the anti-pollution combination, so that the anti-pollution performance and the anti-allergy performance are enhanced, the product performance of the anti-pollution combination is improved, the anti-pollution combination has higher performance than other products of the same type, and the anti-pollution combination has the effect of resisting air pollution.
As can be seen from the above table, comparative examples 2 and 3 have no anti-pollution effect, comparative example 1 has slight anti-pollution effect, and examples have good anti-pollution effect, and thus, the anti-pollution sunscreen composition of the present invention has good anti-pollution effect.
3. In vivo determination of Sun Protection Factor (SPF)
The Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of sunscreen cosmetics was determined as specified in the 2007 edition of the cosmetic hygiene Specification, and the SPF value was calculated according to the formula SPF ═ H1/H2.
H1 is the minimum erythema dose to protect skin with sunscreen cosmetics; h2 is the minimum erythema dose of unprotected skin; the minimum erythema dose is the minimum dose (J/m) of ultraviolet irradiation required to cause erythema of the skin in the range of reaching the edge of the irradiated spot2)。
The test subjects are 15 healthy volunteer subjects aged 18-35, no history of the prior photosensitivity disease exists, no medicine influencing the photosensitivity is used in the recent time, and the test results are averaged.
TABLE 4 Sun protection index of anti-fouling sunscreen skin care compositions
Figure BDA0003524266700000151
As can be seen from table 4, compared with the comparative ratio, the anti-pollution sunscreen skin care composition prepared by the embodiment of the present invention has a good synergistic effect on the sun protection index.
