Abstract

It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a rack for cookware, from which cookware is easily and conveniently removed. The cooker storage rack (1) is a storage rack for vertically storing cookers (20) and includes a seat (2) and a storage (3). The seat section (2) includes a pair of base members (5) that support the storage section (3) in an upright state, and a pair of support members (6) that protrude upward from respective one ends (5a) of the pair of base members (5). The storage part (3) is structured such that the cooker (20) is partially stored between the pair of storage parts (7). The pair of storage members (7) includes a pair of standing portions (8) standing at the respective other ends (5b) of the pair of base members (5), a pair of inclined portions (9) inclined obliquely downward from the upper ends (8a) of the pair of standing portions (8) toward the respective one ends (5a) of the base members (5), and a pair of horizontal portions (10) extending horizontally from the end portions (9a) of the pair of inclined portions (9) to the pair of support members (6).

Cooking utensil storage rack and floor cabinet

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a cooker storage rack for storing cookers such as pot covers and frying pans, and a floor cabinet including the same.

Background

Conventionally, a known cooker storage rack for storing cookers such as pot covers and frying pans is constituted by partition members each made of a wire and bent into an M-shape and configured to store a cooker between the partition members. Such a cooker storage rack has problems in that: when the cookware is to be taken out, the cookware may be caught by a protrusion at a central portion of the partition member having an M-shape, and therefore, a cookware storage shelf composed of the partition member installed obliquely having an M-shape is proposed in order to take out the cookware smoothly (patent document 1).

The cooker storage rack thus proposed is constituted by the partition member installed obliquely in an M-shape, and therefore, depending on the storage direction of the cooker, the cooker is likely to be caught by the partition member when the cooker is to be taken out, which limits the direction in which the cooker can be placed on the cooker storage rack when the cooker is stored.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to improve the storing operability of the cooker regardless of the storing direction of the cooker when the cooker is stored.

A cooker rack of one aspect of the present invention is a cooker rack configured to vertically store cookers, and includes a seat portion and a storage portion. The seat section includes a pair of base members that support the storage section in an upright state and a pair of support members that project upward from respective first ends of the pair of base members. The storage part includes a pair of storage parts and is structured such that the cooker is to be partially stored between the pair of storage parts. The pair of storage members includes a pair of standing portions standing at respective second ends of the pair of base members, a pair of inclined portions inclined obliquely downward from upper ends of the pair of standing portions toward respective first ends of the pair of base members, and a pair of horizontal portions extending horizontally from end portions of the pair of inclined portions to the pair of support members.

The floor cabinet of one aspect of the present invention is a floor cabinet including the cooker storage rack. The floor cabinet includes a drawer configured to be pulled out forward. The cookware storage shelf further includes a cabinet coupler member configured to couple an upper end of the rear wall of the drawer to upper ends of the pair of support members. A bin coupler member couples the cookware storage rack to the drawer.

Embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings. However, the embodiments described below provide exhaustive or specific examples. The numerical values, shapes, materials, components, arrangement positions of components, connection configurations, and the like described in the following embodiments are merely examples, and are not intended to limit the present invention. Further, among the components in the following embodiments, components that are not recited in the independent claims representing the most important concept will be described as optional components.

Further, in each drawing, substantially the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof may be omitted or simplified.

(first embodiment)

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cooker storage rack 1 according to a first embodiment, in which cookers 20 are stored vertically in the cooker storage rack 1.

In fig. 1, a pot cover is shown as an example of a cooker 20, and the cover has an outer periphery with a tubular inner rim protruding to the opposite side of the grip portion of the cover, but instead of such a cover, a substantially flat cooker 20, for example a frying pan with a slightly raised outer peripheral rim, may also be stored vertically.

Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the cooker storage rack 1 according to the first embodiment. The cooker storage rack 1 includes a seat portion 2 and a storage portion 3. Each of the seat section 2 and the storage section 3 is formed by bending a linear member made of a material such as stainless steel, titanium, or resin.

Further, the seat section 2 and the storage section 3 are connected to each other by being welded or by being bonded with an adhesive.

The seat 2 includes: a pair of base members 5 for supporting the storage section 3 in an upright state; and a pair of support members 6 projecting upward from respective one ends (first ends) 5a of the pair of base members 5. That is, the pair of support members 6 correspond one-to-one to the pair of base members 5, and each support member 6 protrudes upward from one end 5a of a corresponding one of the base members 5.

Further, the storage portion 3 includes a pair of storage parts 7 and is structured such that the cooker 20 is to be partially stored between the pair of storage parts 7. The pair of storage members 7 includes: a pair of standing portions 8 standing at respective other ends (second ends) 5b of the pair of base members 5; a pair of inclined portions 9 inclined obliquely downward from upper ends 8a of the pair of standing portions 8 toward the respective one ends 5a of the base member 5; and a pair of horizontal portions 10 horizontally extending from the end portions 9a of the pair of inclined portions 9 to the pair of support members 6. The pair of horizontal portions 10 extending to the support member 6 have end portions 10a at the support member 6, and from the end portions 10a, the pair of horizontal portions 10 each extend horizontally toward the corresponding other support member 6 to be coupled to each other.

In the case where the cooker 20 is a pot cover, the grip portion of the cover is supported by the inclined portion 9 or the horizontal portion 10 depending on the size of the cover.

When the cooker 20 is stored in the pair of storing parts 7 having such a shape, when the cooker 20 is to be taken out, the circumferential end of the cooker 20 is less likely to be caught by the storing part 7 because the horizontal part 10 extends to the support part 6, and therefore, the cooker 20 is easily taken out. Further, the shape of the pair of the storage parts 7 is symmetrical and does not restrict the storage direction of the cooker 20, which thereby improves the operability when the cooker 20 is stored vertically.

(second embodiment)

Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a cooker storage rack 1 according to a second embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the first embodiment may further include a holder 4.

The holder 4 is formed by bending a linear member made of a material such as stainless steel, titanium, or resin, and in addition, the seat 2 and the holder 4 are connected to each other by being welded or by being bonded with an adhesive.

The holder 4 is formed by bending one linear member and includes a pair of holder parts 11. The pair of holder members 11 extend horizontally from the upper ends 6a of the pair of support members 6 in a direction toward the respective other ends 5b of the base member 5, project downward, and extend horizontally to the support members 6. The pair of holder members 11 have end portions 11a at the support members 6 and each extend horizontally from a corresponding one of the end portions 11a toward the respective other support member 6, so that the holder members 11 are joined to each other. The space between the lower edge of the retainer 4 and the pair of horizontal portions 10 is horizontally open. As shown in fig. 4, the cooker 20 is to be stored between the storing portion 3 and the holder 4, and therefore, the cooker 20 is further suppressed from shaking when the cooker 20 is stored in the storing portion 3, which enables the cooker 20 to be stored vertically.

The pair of holder members 11 has a pair of upper portions 11b, a pair of intermediate portions 11c, a pair of lower portions 11d, and a pair of extension portions 11 e. That is, each holder member 11 has an upper portion 11b, an intermediate portion 11c, a lower portion 11d, and an extended portion 11 e. The upper portion 11b extends horizontally from the upper end 6a of the support member 6 toward the corresponding other end (second end) 5b of the base member 5. The intermediate portion 11c protrudes downward from the upper portion 11 b. The lower portion 11d extends horizontally from the intermediate portion 11c to the support member 6. The extended portions 11e extend horizontally from the end portions 11a of the lower portion 11d in the direction in which the pair of support members 6 are aligned, and the extended portions 11e are joined to each other.

(third embodiment)

As shown in fig. 5, the pair of storage sections 7 may include a pair of horizontally extending portions 12, the pair of horizontally extending portions 12 including linear members that horizontally connect the pair of standing portions 8 to the boundary sections 10b, each boundary section 10b being positioned between a corresponding one of the pair of inclined portions 9 and a corresponding one of the pair of horizontal portions 10. That is, each storage section 7 may include a horizontally extending portion 12. The horizontal extension portion 12 is a linear member that horizontally connects the standing portion 8 to the boundary member 10b between the inclined portion 9 and the horizontal portion 10.

(fourth embodiment)

As shown in fig. 6, the pair of storage sections 7 may include a pair of vertical portions 13, the pair of vertical portions 13 including linear members vertically connecting the base section 5 to the boundary sections 10b, each boundary section 10b being positioned between a corresponding one of the pair of inclined sections 9 and a corresponding one of the pair of horizontal sections 10. That is, each storage part 7 may include the vertical portion 13. The vertical portion 13 is a linear member vertically connecting the base member 5 to the boundary member 10b between the inclined portion 9 and the horizontal portion 10.

In the examples of the third and fourth embodiments, the pair of the stocking parts 7 includes the horizontally extending portion 12 or the vertical portion 13, and therefore, the circumferential end portion of the cooker 20 is less likely to be caught by the stocking part 7, and the cooker 20 is also suppressed from shaking, so that the cooker 20 is more easily taken out than in the first embodiment.

Note that the third and fourth embodiments adopt the second embodiment, and the first embodiment may be adopted.

(fifth embodiment)

As shown in fig. 7, the cooker storage rack 1 may be formed of a plate-shaped member. The plate-like outer edge portion (outer edge portion of the plate-like member) includes the seat 2, the storage portion 3, and the retainer 4 in a similar manner to the case of the linear member. The seat 2 comprises a base part 5 and a support part 6. The base member 5 has a rectangular shape formed by integrating a pair of base members 5 with each other. The pair of base members 5 support the storage section 3 in an upright state. The support member 6 is formed by integrating a pair of support members 6 with each other. The pair of support members 6 protrude upward from the respective one ends 5a of the base member 5. The storage part 7 is a plate-shaped member and is structured such that the cooker 20 is to be partially stored on the outer edge of the storage part 7 and between the pair of storage parts 7. The pair of storage members 7 includes a pair of standing portions 8, a pair of inclined portions 9 inclined obliquely downward from upper ends 8a of the pair of standing portions 8 toward the respective one ends 5a of the pair of base members 5, and a pair of horizontal portions 10 extending horizontally from end portions 9a of the pair of inclined portions 9 to the pair of support members 6. That is, each storage section 7 includes a standing section 8, an inclined section 9, and a horizontal section 10. The inclined portion 9 is inclined obliquely downward from the upper end 8a of the standing portion 8 toward the one end 5a of the base member 5. The horizontal portion 10 extends horizontally from the end portion 9a of the inclined portion 9 to the support member 6.

In the example of the fourth embodiment, the pair of the storage parts 7 includes the plate-like member, and therefore, the circumferential end portions of the cookware 20 are no longer caught by the storage parts 7, so that the cookware 20 is more easily taken out than in the first embodiment.

As shown in fig. 8, the cooker storage rack (first cooker storage rack) 1 may include a spacer member 14. The spacer member 14 is detachably attached to the seat part 2 so as to fix a distance between the first cooker storage rack 1 and the second cooker storage rack 1 of the second embodiment installed adjacent to the first cooker storage rack 1. The spacer member 14 has a tubular recess 15, into which tubular recess 15 the base part 5 of the seat 2 is to be attached. Each tubular recess 15 has a substantially circular cross-section. A tubular recess 15 extends through the spacer member 14. In fig. 8, four tubular recesses 15 are provided, but the number of tubular recesses 15 is not limited to four. Three tubular recesses 15 may be provided, or five or six tubular recesses 15 may be provided. The tubular recess 15 is not limited in terms of its number. When the distance between the tubular recesses 15 corresponds to the distance between the pair of base members 5, another cooker storage rack 1 may be installed adjacent to each other at the same distance as the distance between the pair of base members 5. However, when considering the cookers 20 to be stored between the cooker racks 1, the distance between the tubular recesses 15 is not limited to the distance between the pair of base members 5.

By using the spacer member 14, a plurality of cooker racks 1 are installed adjacently, and thus, cookers 20 can also be vertically stored between the cooker racks 1, and therefore, the storage space of the cookers 20 is effectively utilized.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cooker storage rack 1 may further include a cabinet coupler member 16, the cabinet coupler member 16 being configured to couple an upper end 111a of the rear wall 111 of the drawer 110 to an upper end 6a of the support part 6. In fig. 9, the cabinet coupler member 16 is provided to the holder 4 at the upper end 6a of the support part 6, and the upper end 111a of the rear wall 111 of the drawer 110 is coupled to the upper end 6a of the support part 6 via the holder 4. The cabinet coupler member 16 has a gripping mechanism that engages the upper end 4a of the holder 4 and is coupled to the upper end 111a of the rear wall 111 of the drawer 110. The holding mechanism may include a screw for maintaining a holding state in which the holding mechanism holds the upper end 111a of the rear wall 111 of the drawer 110.

Fig. 10 is a perspective view of a floor cabinet 100 for a kitchen, in which a plurality of cooker storage racks 1 are attached to the floor cabinet 100. The floor cabinet 100 has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, wherein the floor cabinet 100 has a length direction in the left-right direction and a width direction in the front-rear direction. The floor cabinet 100 includes: a cabinet part 101 to be installed in a kitchen and which is elongated in a left/right direction; and a top plate 102 provided at an upper end of the cabinet part 101. The top plate 102 is provided with an oven 103, which oven 103 is a thermal cooking apparatus, a water tank 104, and a table top 105.

The cabinet part 101 has a substantially rectangular opening 106. In the opening 106, there is provided a drawer 110, the drawer 110 being inserted or pulled out in the front-rear direction, the cooker storage rack 1 being to be coupled to the drawer 110, and the drawer 110 being substantially rectangular when viewed from the side. Under the drawer 110, a similar drawer 90 is further provided.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cooker storage rack 1 is coupled to a drawer 110 of a floor cabinet 100 for a kitchen via a cabinet coupler member 16.

In case that a plurality of cooker racks 1 are provided to the floor cabinet 100, the distance between the cooker racks 1 adjacent to each other is adjusted to the distance between the pair of base parts 5, so that the cookers 20 can also be vertically stored between the cooker racks 1, and thus the storage space of the cookers 20 is effectively utilized.

Further, the distance between the adjacent cooker racks 1 may be adjusted for deep type cookers such as pots or the like. In this case, the cookers that cannot be stored in the storage section 3 can be stored vertically between the cooker storage racks 1.

Further, in the case where the cooker is an apparatus including a cover corresponding to the cooker, the cover may be stored in the storage section 3 adjacent to the cooker. The cookware and the lid are arranged next to each other, which facilitates finding the lid corresponding to the cookware.

According to other use examples, it is possible to provide a floor cabinet including a cooker storage rack having improved operability in taking out and storing cookers regardless of the direction in which the cookers are stored. Further, when a plurality of cooker storage racks are provided to the floor cabinet, it is possible to store cookers having a size that cannot be stored in the storage section 3, and depending on how the cooker storage racks are arranged, cookers and their corresponding covers can be stored adjacent to each other, which improves operability.

Note that this usage example and other usage use the second embodiment, but other embodiments may be employed.

In the present disclosure, "horizontally extending" means that something extends in the horizontal direction, and includes both the case where something "extends in the horizontal direction" and the case where something "extends in a direction close to the horizontal direction". The case where something "extends in a direction close to the horizontal direction" refers to, for example, such a case: the pair of horizontal portions 10 extend such that, when the pair of horizontal portions 10 extend horizontally from the end portions 9a of the pair of inclined portions 9 to the pair of support members 6, the angle of the pair of horizontal portions 10 with respect to the horizontal direction is smaller than the angle of the pair of inclined portions 9 with respect to the horizontal direction.

The present specification discloses the following aspects.

The cooker rack (1) of the first aspect is a rack configured to vertically store cookers (20). The cooker storage rack (1) comprises a seat part (2) and a storage part (3). With the cooker storage rack (1) of the first aspect, when the cookers (20) are stored in the pair of storage parts (7), the circumferential end of the cookers (20) is less likely to be caught by the storage parts (7) when the cookers (20) are to be taken out, because the horizontal part (10) extends to the support part (6), and therefore, the cookers (20) are easy to take out. Further, the shape of the paired storage parts (7) is symmetrical, and the storage direction of the cookware (20) is not restricted, which thereby allows the operability when the cookware (20) is stored vertically to be improved.

In a cooker storage rack (1) of a second aspect with reference to the first aspect, the pair of storage parts (7) is formed of a linear member.

In a cooker storage rack (1) of a third aspect with reference to the second aspect, the pair of storage members (7) further includes a pair of horizontal extensions (12). The pair of horizontal extensions (12) includes a linear member that horizontally connects the pair of standing portions (8) to a pair of boundary members (10b), each boundary member (10b) being positioned between a corresponding one of the pair of inclined portions (9) and a corresponding one of the pair of horizontal portions (10).

Since the cooker storage rack (1) of the third aspect includes the horizontally extending portion (12), the circumferential end of the cooker (20) is less likely to be caught by the storage part (7), and the cooker (20) is also suppressed from shaking, so that the cooker (20) is more easily taken out.

In a cooker storage rack (1) of a fourth aspect with reference to the second aspect, the pair of storage members (7) further includes a pair of vertical portions (13). The pair of vertical portions (13) includes a linear member vertically connecting the pair of base members (5) to a pair of boundary members (10b), each boundary member (10b) being positioned between a corresponding one of the pair of inclined portions (9) and a corresponding one of the pair of horizontal portions (10).

Since the cooker storage rack (1) of the fourth aspect includes the vertical portion 13, the circumferential end of the cooker (20) is less likely to be caught by the storage part (7), and the cooker (20) is also suppressed from shaking, so that the cooker (20) is more easily taken out.

In a cooker storage rack (1) of a fifth aspect with reference to the first aspect, the pair of storage parts (7) is formed of a plate-like member.

In the cooker storage rack (1) of the fifth aspect, the pair of storage parts (7) includes a plate-like member, and therefore, the circumferential ends of the cookers (20) are no longer caught by the storage parts (7), so that the cookers (20) are more easily taken out.

A cooker storage rack (1) of a sixth aspect with reference to any one of the first to fifth aspects further comprises a pair of holder members (11). The pair of holder members (11) extend horizontally from the upper ends (6a) of the pair of support members (6) in a direction toward the respective second ends (the other ends 5b) of the pair of base members (5), project downward, and extend horizontally to the pair of support members (6). The pair of holder members (11) have end portions (11a) at the pair of support members (6), and each extend horizontally from a corresponding one of the end portions (11a) toward the corresponding other support member (6) so that the pair of holder members are joined to each other.

In the cooker storage rack (1) of the sixth aspect, the cooker (20) is to be stored between the storage part (3) and the holder (4), and therefore, when the cooker (20) is stored in the storage part (3), the cooker (20) is further suppressed from shaking, which enables the cooker (20) to be stored vertically.

In a cooker storage rack (1) of a seventh aspect with reference to the sixth aspect, the pair of holder members (11) has a pair of upper portions (11b), a pair of intermediate portions (11c), a pair of lower portions (11d), and a pair of extension portions (11 e). The pair of upper portions (11b) extend horizontally from the upper ends (6a) of the pair of support members (6) in a direction toward the respective second ends (the other ends 5b) of the pair of base members (5). The pair of intermediate portions (11c) protrude downward from the pair of upper portions (11 b). The pair of lower portions (11d) extend horizontally from the pair of intermediate portions (11c) to the pair of support members (6). The pair of extending portions (11e) extend horizontally from the ends (11a) of the pair of lower portions (11d) in a direction in which the pair of support members (6) are aligned, and the pair of extending portions (11e) are joined to each other.

A cooker storage rack (1) of an eighth aspect with reference to any one of the first to seventh aspects further comprises a spacer member (14). The spacer member (14) is detachably attached to the seat part (2) to fix a distance between a first cooker storage rack (1) as a cooker storage rack (1) and a second cooker storage rack (1) installed adjacent to the first cooker storage rack (1).

In the cooker rack (1) of the eighth aspect, a plurality of cooker racks (1) are installed adjacently by using the spacer member (14), and thereby, the cookers (20) can also be stored vertically between the cooker racks (1), and therefore, the storage space of the cookers (20) is effectively utilized.

The floor cabinet (100) of the ninth aspect is a floor cabinet including the cooker storage rack (1) of any one of the first to eighth aspects. The floor cabinet (100) comprises a drawer (110) configured to be pulled out forward. The cookware storage rack (1) further comprises a cabinet coupler member (16). The cabinet coupler member (16) is configured to couple an upper end (111a) of a rear wall (111) of the drawer (110) to upper ends (6a) of the pair of support members (6). A cabinet coupler member (16) couples the cookware storage rack (1) to the drawer (110).

4. A cookware storage rack as claimed in claim 2 wherein

The pair of storage components further includes a pair of vertical portions including linear members vertically connecting the pair of base components to a pair of border components, each border component being positioned between a corresponding one of the pair of inclined portions and a corresponding one of the pair of horizontal portions.

5. A cookware storage rack as claimed in claim 1 wherein

The pair of storage parts are formed of plate-like members.

6. A cookware storage rack as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5 further comprising:

a pair of holder members horizontally extending from upper ends of the pair of support members in a direction toward the respective second ends of the pair of base members, protruding downward, and extending horizontally to the pair of support members, the pair of holder members having ends at the pair of support members, the pair of holder members each extending horizontally from a corresponding one of the ends toward the respective other support member so that the pair of holder members are coupled to each other.

7. A cookware storage rack as claimed in claim 6 wherein

The pair of holder members includes:

a pair of upper portions extending horizontally from the upper ends of the pair of support members in a direction toward the respective second ends of the pair of base members,

a pair of intermediate portions projecting downward from the pair of upper portions,

a pair of lower portions extending horizontally from the pair of intermediate portions to the pair of support members, an

A pair of extending portions extending horizontally in a direction in which the pair of support members are aligned from ends of the pair of lower portions, the pair of extending portions being coupled to each other.

8. A cookware storage rack as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7 further including a spacer member removably attached to the seat to fix the distance between a first cookware storage rack mounted adjacent to the first cookware storage rack and a second cookware storage rack.

9. Floor cabinet, it includes:

a cookware storage rack as claimed in any of claims 1 to 8; and

a drawer configured to be pulled out forward,

the cookware storage shelf further comprising a cabinet coupler member configured to couple an upper end of the rear wall of the drawer to upper ends of the pair of support members,

the cabinet coupler member couples the cookware storage rack to the drawer.
