The working interface of the chat tool is a display interface with different functions of a chat application integrating multiple functions of chatting, working, entertainment and the like, and comprises a conversation list interface, a group chat interface, an article reading interface, a video playing interface, a friend dynamic interface and the like, a preset focus attention area occupies one part of the working interface, and the preset focus attention area can be used for displaying the head portrait and the name of at least one part of focus attention objects, an unread message prompt corresponding to each focus attention object and an unread message which is just received newly.

According to any one or a combination of multiple optional embodiments, the embodiment of the present invention can achieve the following advantages:
the message management method provided by the embodiment of the invention monitors the unread messages of the key attention objects in real time by setting the key attention objects in the chat tool, and when the unread messages from any key attention object are received, the working interface of the chat tool is kept to be displayed, and at least a part of objects of the key attention objects and corresponding unread message prompts thereof are displayed in the key attention area preset in the working interface, so that the most striking positions in the chat tool are provided for the unread messages of the key attention users, the unread messages of the key attention objects can be more visually noticed by the users, the subsequent viewing is facilitated, and the important messages are prevented from being submerged by a large amount of messages.
Furthermore, the invention displays the unread message of the selected key attention object on the quick viewing interface in response to the selection operation aiming at any key attention object in the key attention area after at least a part of objects of the key attention object and the corresponding unread message prompt are displayed in the key attention area preset in the working interface by setting the ejectable quick viewing interface, thereby ensuring that a user can more conveniently and quickly view the unread message of each key attention object and improving the efficiency of collecting the important information.
Furthermore, the method and the device have the advantages that after the unread message of the selected key attention object is displayed on the quick viewing interface in response to the selection operation of any key attention object in the key attention area, the quick reply interface is popped up in response to the quick reply operation, and the reply message is sent in response to the reply message input and sending operation on the quick reply interface, so that the user can conveniently and quickly reply the key attention object.
In addition, the invention also responds to the retracting operation after responding to the clicking operation of any key attention object in the key attention area and displaying the unread message of the clicked key attention object on the quick viewing interface, and responds to the retracting operation to retract the quick viewing interface, thereby realizing that the viewing and/or replying efficiency of the unread message sent by the key attention object is improved and the influence on the current work task is avoided.

Claims (12)

1. A method for managing messages in a chat facility, comprising:
monitoring unread messages of key attention objects in the chat tool;
when receiving an unread message from any key attention object, keeping displaying a working interface of the chat tool, and displaying at least a part of the key attention objects and corresponding unread message prompts thereof in a key attention area preset in the working interface.
2. The message management method according to claim 1, wherein after displaying at least a part of the objects of the focused attention object and the corresponding unread message prompts in a focused attention area preset in the work interface, the method further comprises:
responding to the selection operation of any important attention object in the important attention area, and displaying the unread message of the selected important attention object on the quick viewing interface.
3. The message management method according to claim 2, wherein after, in response to a click operation for any of the focus attention objects in the focus attention area, displaying an unread message of the clicked focus attention object on a shortcut viewing interface, the method further comprises:
responding to the quick reply operation on the quick viewing interface, and popping up a quick reply interface;
and responding to the reply message input and sending operation on the quick reply interface, and sending the reply message.

The message management method according to claim 2, wherein after, in response to a click operation for any of the focus attention objects in the focus attention area, displaying an unread message of the clicked focus attention object on a shortcut viewing interface, the method further comprises:
and in response to the retracting operation aiming at the quick viewing interface, retracting the quick viewing interface.
5. The message management method of claim 2, wherein the focus attention object comprises a contact and/or a group chat object, and the work interface comprises a session list interface, a group chat interface, or a non-chat interface;
the position of the important attention area is preset according to at least one of the type of the important attention object and the type of the working interface.
6. The message management method according to claim 5, wherein when the focus attention object is a group chat object, after an unread message of the selected focus attention object is displayed on a shortcut viewing interface in response to a selection operation for any of the focus attention objects in the focus attention area, the method further comprises:
and responding to the clicking operation of any unread message in the quick viewing interface, jumping to the group chat interface, and positioning to the position corresponding to the clicked unread message.
7. The message management method according to claim 5, wherein when the focus attention object is a group chat object, a screening object content button is arranged in the shortcut viewing interface; and is

when the key attention area fails to display all key attention objects, acquiring sliding operation aiming at the key attention area;
in response to the sliding operation, displaying the important attention object which is not displayed.
9. The message management method according to claim 1, wherein the important attention object is set in advance by:
acquiring a key attention triggering operation aiming at any chat object in the chat tool;
and responding to the key attention triggering operation, and setting the chat object as a key attention object.
10. The message management method according to claim 9, wherein the focus triggering operation includes:
and firstly, carrying out long press on the head portrait of any chat object, dragging the head portrait of the chat object in the long press to a key focus area in the working interface, and then removing the operation of the long press.
11. The message management method of claim 9, further comprising:
when an attention canceling operation for any key attention object is acquired, canceling the attention of the key attention object;
when the attention canceling operation for all the important attention objects in the important attention area is acquired, canceling the attention of all the important attention objects in the important attention area.
