In this embodiment, when a target vehicle leaves a parking lot, the obtaining unit 301 obtains license plate information of the target vehicle from a parking lot management system, and then obtains traffic violation information of the target vehicle from a traffic violation management system according to the license plate information, and then the determining unit 302 determines whether a traffic violation record exists in the vehicle information, if yes, the matching unit 303 matches a first violation category corresponding to the vehicle information from at least one violation category, the determining unit 304 determines a parking charging rule of the target vehicle based on the first violation category, and finally the calculating unit 305 calculates a parking fee of the target vehicle according to the license plate information and the parking charging rule, dynamically calculates the parking fee according to a condition that a vehicle owner complies with the traffic rule, and improves user experience.
Referring to fig. 4, another embodiment of the parking fee calculation apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application includes:
a sending unit 401, configured to send a request to a traffic violation management system, where the request is used to obtain traffic violation information of a target vehicle;
an obtaining unit 402, configured to obtain vehicle information of a target vehicle when the target vehicle leaves a parking lot, where the vehicle information includes license plate information and traffic violation information;
a first judgment unit 403, configured to judge whether there is a traffic violation record in the vehicle information;
a saving unit 404, configured to save at least one violation category in advance;
the matching unit 405 is configured to, when the first determining unit 403 determines that the vehicle information has the traffic violation record, match a first violation category corresponding to the vehicle information from at least one violation category;
a determining unit 406 that determines a parking charging rule of the target vehicle based on the first violation category;
a second judging unit 407, configured to judge whether the parking charging rule meets a preset parking limit condition;
the first calculating unit 408 is configured to calculate parking fees of the target vehicle according to the license plate information and the parking charging rules;
and a second calculating unit 409, configured to calculate a parking fee of the target vehicle according to the license plate information when the first judging unit 403 determines that the vehicle information does not have the traffic violation record.
In this embodiment, the matching unit 405 may include a query module 4051 and a generation module 4052.
The query module 4051 is configured to query at least one violation category, where the violation category includes a driving age type of a vehicle owner, a vehicle type, a traffic violation type, a deduction fine type, a violation number type, and a violation frequency of the same traffic violation type;
the generating module 4052 is configured to generate the first violation category after matching, according to the at least one violation category, the driving age of the vehicle owner, the vehicle model, the traffic violation item, the deduction fine, the number of violations, and the violation frequency of the same traffic violation type corresponding to the vehicle information.
In this embodiment, the determining unit 406 may include a setting module 4061 and a determining module 4062.
A setting module 4061, configured to set a scoring rule corresponding to at least one violation category;
the determining module 4062 is configured to determine the parking charging rule of the target vehicle after calculating the scores of the first violation categories one by one according to the scoring rule.
In this embodiment, the second determination unit 407 may include a sending module 4071 and a feedback module 4072.
The sending module 4071 is configured to send an early warning signal to a client terminal corresponding to the target vehicle when the parking charging rule meets a preset parking limit condition;
and the feedback module 4072 is configured to feed back a signal meeting the parking condition to the client terminal corresponding to the target vehicle when the parking charging rule does not meet the preset parking limit condition.
Referring to fig. 5, another embodiment of the parking fee calculation apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application includes:
a processor 501, a memory 502, an input/output unit 503, and a bus 504;
the processor 501 is connected with the memory 502, the input/output unit 503 and the bus 504;
the processor 501 performs the following operations:
when a target vehicle leaves a parking lot, vehicle information of the target vehicle is obtained, wherein the vehicle information comprises license plate information and traffic violation information;
judging whether the vehicle information has a traffic violation record, if so, matching a first violation category corresponding to the vehicle information from at least one violation category;
determining a parking charging rule for the target vehicle based on the first violation category;
and calculating the parking fee of the target vehicle according to the license plate information and the parking charging rule.
Optionally, the functions of the processor 501 correspond to the steps in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2-1 and fig. 2-2, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A parking fee calculation method, comprising:
when a target vehicle leaves a parking lot, vehicle information of the target vehicle is acquired, wherein the vehicle information comprises license plate information and traffic violation information;
judging whether the vehicle information has a traffic violation record, if so, matching a first violation category corresponding to the vehicle information from at least one violation category;
determining a parking charging rule for the target vehicle based on the first violation category;
and calculating the parking fee of the target vehicle according to the license plate information and the parking charging rule.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the matching a first violation category corresponding to the vehicle information from the at least one violation category comprises:
inquiring at least one violation category, wherein the violation categories comprise a driving age type of a vehicle owner, a vehicle type, a traffic violation type, a withholding fine type, a violation number type and violation frequency of the same traffic violation type;
and matching the driving age of the vehicle owner, the vehicle model, the traffic violation item, the deduction fine, the violation frequency and the violation frequency of the same traffic violation type corresponding to the vehicle information according to the at least one violation category, and then generating a first violation category.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein before the matching of the first violation category corresponding to the vehicle information from the at least one violation category, the method further comprises:
the at least one violation category is pre-saved.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the parking billing rules for the target vehicle based on the first violation category comprises:
setting a scoring rule corresponding to the at least one violation category;
and calculating the scores of the first violation categories one by one according to the scoring rules, and then determining the parking charging rules of the target vehicle.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before the calculating the parking fee of the target vehicle according to the license plate information and the parking charging rules, the method further comprises:
and judging whether the parking charging rule meets a preset parking limiting condition, if so, sending an early warning signal to a client terminal corresponding to the target vehicle.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining whether the parking charging rules satisfy a preset parking limit condition comprises:
and if not, feeding back a signal meeting the parking condition to a client terminal corresponding to the target vehicle.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the determining whether the vehicle information has a traffic violation record, the method further comprises:
if not, the parking fee of the target vehicle is calculated according to the license plate information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the obtaining vehicle information of the target vehicle, the method further comprises:
and sending a request to a traffic violation management system, wherein the request is used for acquiring traffic violation information of the target vehicle.
9. A parking fee calculation apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a traffic violation information acquisition unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring vehicle information of a target vehicle when the target vehicle leaves a parking lot, and the vehicle information comprises license plate information and traffic violation information;
