The invention relates to the field of maintenance of variable-rail rolling mills, in particular to an auxiliary trolley for maintenance of a variable-rail rolling mill and a using method thereof.
Background
The hot-rolling roughing mill is the main equipment of the hot-rolling sheet strip steel production line, and most of the equipment (including working rolls, pressing packages and the like) of the hot-rolling roughing mill is positioned inside a mill housing. In order to facilitate the extraction and installation of the working rolls, a working roll track for extracting and installing the working rolls is arranged in the rolling mill housing. When the equipment in the housing of the rolling mill is replaced, the hook head of the travelling crane cannot reach, and the heavy object is difficult to transport, particularly the relevant equipment in the housing of the rolling mill and at the top of the hot rolling roughing mill. In the prior art, when the equipment is replaced, the equipment is often required to be replaced by drawing and installing the working roller.

In the maintenance process of the production line, the hydraulic equipment is maintained without stopping, and potential safety hazards exist, so that in the maintenance process, the hydraulic equipment on the whole line is required to be powered off to hang the plate. Secondly, because when the pressure package 230 is replaced, the replacement personnel need to change the position of the pressure package, the auxiliary trolley 100 is adopted, and only the driving motor 170 needs to be started to drive the auxiliary trolley 100 back and forth, so that the back and forth movement of the working roller is avoided, the replacement time of the pressure package 230 is directly reduced to 5 hours from the original 10.2 hours, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
After step S4, the full-line hydraulic equipment is started, the work rolls are installed in the mill housing 200, and the maintenance of the whole hot-rolling roughing mill is finished.
