When the longitudinal base 42 moves to the uppermost end, the second press-touch switch 323 is pressed and touched, the second press-touch switch controls the high-pressure nozzle 43 to stop spraying water, the second electromagnet 322 is started to adsorb the longitudinal base 42, so that the longitudinal base does not move any more, and meanwhile, the first electromagnet 12 is released, so that the cathode plate 2 after being cleaned automatically rises under the action of the third elastic part 22, and is separated from the first press-touch switch 13, and the cleaning of the cathode plate 2 is completed at one time.
