A double-seal pipeline plugging device comprises a support rod (1), an expansion ring (2), a left seal cover (3) and a right seal cover (3 '), and is characterized in that the support rod (1) is of a tubular structure, a motor (11) and a plugging disc (12) are correspondingly and hermetically fixed at the left end and the right end of the support rod (1), a left sliding ring (4) and a right sliding ring (4') are sleeved on the support rod (1), a sliding seal structure is arranged between the left sliding ring (4) and the support rod (1) and between the right sliding ring (4 ') and the support rod (1), a transmission mechanism connected with the motor (11) is arranged in the support rod (1), the transmission mechanism drives the left sliding ring (4) and the right sliding ring (4') to reversely slide, the expansion ring (2) is formed by combining a first arc-shaped piece (21) and a second arc-shaped piece (22) which are alternately distributed, guide surfaces (211) which are inwards inclined and symmetrically distributed are arranged at the two ends of the first arc-shaped piece (21), a sliding groove (212) is arranged on the guide surface (211), guide holes (213) are arranged on two side walls of the sliding groove (212), the guide holes (213) on the adjacent first arc-shaped parts (21) are splayed, a support lug (221) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the second arc-shaped part (22), the support lug (221) is hinged with the left sliding ring (4) and the right sliding ring (4 ') through symmetrically distributed connecting rods (5), sliding blocks (222) matched with the sliding groove (212) are arranged at two ends of the second arc-shaped part (22), guide posts (223) positioned in the guide holes (213) are arranged at two sides of each sliding block (222), the left end of the left sealing cover (3) is fixedly connected with the left sliding ring (4) in a sealing manner, the right end of the left sealing cover (3) is sleeved on the expansion ring (2) and fixedly connected with the first arc-shaped parts (21), and the right end of the right sealing cover (3 ') is fixedly connected with the right sliding ring (4 ') in a sealing manner, the left end of the right sealing cover (3') is sleeved on the expansion ring (2) and is fixedly connected with the first arc-shaped part (21);
the transmission mechanism comprises a lead screw (6), a left-handed nut (7) and a right-handed nut (7 '), the lead screw (6) is arranged in the support rod (1) through a bearing and is connected with the motor (11), the left-handed nut (7) and the right-handed nut (7') are screwed on the lead screw (6), the left-handed nut (7) is provided with left lug plates (71) which are symmetrically distributed, the left lug plates (71) extend out of a left guide groove (13) on the support rod (1), the right-handed nut (7 ') is provided with right lug plates (71') which are symmetrically distributed, the right lug plates (71 ') extend out of a right guide groove (13') on the support rod (1), the left guide groove (13) and the right guide groove (13 ') are positioned between the left sealing cover (3) and the right sealing cover (3'), the right side of the left slip ring (4) is provided with a left push-pull rod (41 ') connected with the left lug plates (71'), and the left slip ring (4 ') is provided with a right push-pull rod (41'); first arc (21) are including first left extrusion portion (214) and first right extrusion portion (215) of symmetric distribution, and first left extrusion portion (214) and first right extrusion portion (215) link as an organic wholely through first connecting portion (216), second arc (22) are including second left extrusion portion (224) and the right extrusion portion of second (225) of symmetric distribution, and second left extrusion portion (224) and the right extrusion portion of second (225) link as an organic wholely through second connecting portion (226), form the air vent between adjacent first connecting portion (216) and second connecting portion (226), the left end of bracing piece (1) is equipped with coupling (14) rather than the inner chamber intercommunication.

The dual-seal pipe plugging device according to claim 1, wherein said left sliding ring (4) is provided with a left seal groove (42) on its inner wall, a left seal ring is provided in said left seal groove (42), said right sliding ring (4 ') is provided with a right seal groove (42 ') on its inner wall, and a right seal ring is provided in said right seal groove (42 ').

The double sealed pipe stopper according to claim 2, wherein the support bar (1) is provided with a left ring stand (15) at a position between the left slip ring (4) and the left guide groove (13), a left gasket (16) is embedded at the left side of the left ring stand (15), a right ring stand (15 ') is provided at a position between the right slip ring (4 ') and the right guide groove (13 ') with the support bar (1), and a right gasket (16 ') is embedded at the right side of the right ring stand (15 ').

Double seal pipe plugging device according to claim 3, wherein said left slide ring (4) is left pressure plate (43) fixed to the left side by screws, said left seal cover (3) is pressed at its left end between said left slide ring (4) and said left pressure plate (43), said right slide ring (4 ') is right pressure plate (43 ') fixed to the right side by screws, and said right seal cover (3 ') is pressed at its right end between said right slide ring (4 ') and said right pressure plate (43 ').

The dual-seal pipeline plugging device according to claim 3, wherein said left sealing cover (3) is provided with a left expansion joint (31), the outer wall of the left sealing cover (3) corresponding to the expansion ring (2) is provided with left grooves (32) distributed at intervals, said right sealing cover (3 ') is provided with a right expansion joint (31'), and the outer wall of the right sealing cover (3 ') corresponding to the expansion ring (2) is provided with right grooves (32') distributed at intervals.
6. The dual-sealed pipe sealer according to claim 3, wherein two guide posts (223) are provided at both sides of the slider (222), respectively, and a bushing is fitted over the guide posts (223).

The double-sealed pipeline plugging device according to claim 3, wherein said motor (11) and plugging disc (12) are connected to the support rod (1) by flanges respectively, the motor (11) is provided with a hinge seat, and said left sealing cover (3) and right sealing cover (3') are made of rubber.
8. Double sealed pipe sealers according to claim 3, wherein there are four of said first (21) and second (22) arc-shaped members, respectively.
