The starting clamping piece 21 comprises a starting guide block 211, a starting clamping block 212 and a starting spring 213, wherein the starting guide block 211 is fixedly connected to one side, close to the starting connecting piece 22, of the starting clamping block 212, and the starting spring 213 is arranged above the starting guide block 211; the actuation guide block 211 is in contact with the reset docking rod 221. In principle, only one actuating clamp 21 is required, the pen is pushed into the actuating clamp block 212 to move horizontally, the actuating guide block 211 is pushed, and the actuating spring 213 is compressed. That is, the position where the actuation guide block 211 contacts the reset connecting rod 221 is provided with a chamfer to form the pushing force to the reset connecting rod 221. However, for better operation, two actuating clamps 21 are typically provided, one of which is identical to a single one and the other of which is not in contact with the reset connecting rod 221, and is provided only on opposite sides, so that a bi-directional clamp is formed, which can better clamp the pencil to be shaved. Naturally, three or more may be provided to better achieve clamping. Of course, in principle, only one can be provided, which cooperates with the housing of the upper part 61, so that a clamping effect is achieved.
Specifically, the position of the starting clamping block 212 close to the pen inlet is provided with an arc-shaped groove surface 214, and the thickness of the arc-shaped groove surface 214, which is formed by the whole of the upper side and the lower side, is increased towards the middle, namely, the middle distance from the pen inlet is the farthest from the upper side and the lower side, and the middle is nearest; the arc surface is arc-shaped from left to right. The arc-shaped groove surface 214 can better guide the pencil to be cut to enter, and can also better push the starting clamping block 212 open.
The gear adjusting structure comprises a gear adjusting part 41, a pen assisting block 42 and a gear guide 43, wherein the gear adjusting part 41 controls the pen assisting block 42 to move through the gear guide 43 so as to control the length of a pen point to be sharpened. Namely, a pen-assisting block 42 is arranged at the penpoint cutting part where the knife rest 3 operates to limit the length of the penpoint. The pen-assisting block 42 is pushed and limited in moving distance by the gear guide 43. The pen-assisting block 42 is thus arranged in a corresponding space of the holder 3 and can be moved in this space. In general, the gear guide 43 is axially movable, and an auxiliary fixing member 45 is provided on the outer side thereof in order to protect the gear guide 43. The detachable pencil sharpener is convenient to detach and install, and different positions corresponding to the detachable pencil sharpener are divided, so that the detachable pencil sharpener can be better detached and installed integrally and maintained later.
The gear position adjusting portion 41 is a circular cylindrical gear as a whole, and the height of the gear portion 411 is gradually increased, and the highest portion is the same as the middle position of the gear position adjusting portion 41 (i.e., the highest portion of the gear portion 411 is the same as the height of the gear position adjusting portion 41 and extends a certain distance). I.e., the distance that the gear guide 43 is pushed is formed at the height of the gear part 411, thereby limiting the distance that the pen-assisting block 42 moves.
Preferably, the gear adjusting structure further comprises an adjusting piece 44, wherein the adjusting piece 44 adopts a gear, and the gear is in contact fit with the gear adjusting part 41; the lower part 63 of the detachable pencil holder is provided with a notch 631 exposing the adjusting member 44. Thus, the user can rotate the adjusting member 44 through the notch 631, so that the gear of the adjusting member 44 is linked with the circular cylindrical gear to realize the height selection of the gear part 411, and further control the pen assisting block 42 to realize the limitation of the pen point length.
The lower part 63 of the detachable penholder is provided with a support column 632 for supporting the adjusting piece 44, the whole support column 632 is in a circular column shape, and the outer side of the support column 632 is provided with a limiting boss 633 so as to support the adjusting piece 44, thereby being convenient for adjusting and rotating and controlling the gear adjusting part 41.
The pen point protection structure at least comprises a limiting turntable 114, a driving fluted disc 119 and a delay connection structure 51, wherein the delay connection structure 51 controls linkage of the limiting turntable 114 and the driving fluted disc 119. Both the limit turntable 114 and the drive fluted disc 119 are dual-purpose parts. The limit turntable 114 and the driving fluted disc 119 are connected by the time delay connecting structure 51, and when the limit turntable and the driving fluted disc 119 are communicated, the pencil sharpener is in a working state. After the pencil sharpener is finished, the delay connection structure 51 can disconnect the drive fluted disc 119 and rotate for a while, the limit turntable 114 does not work any more, and at the moment, the pencil to be sharpened can rotate along with the drive fluted disc 119 and cannot be limited by the limit turntable 114, so that the pencil point protection function of the pencil to be sharpened is achieved. When the pencil is cut, the pencil is cut immediately to cause the damage of the cut pencil point, and the phenomenon of barbs can not occur in the scheme. I.e. the condition similar to the idling of the pencil to be cut occurs, so as to protect the nib of the pencil to be cut.
Specifically, the delay connection structure 51 may be a complete whole rod, or may be a two-stage structure for convenient disassembly, as shown in fig. 18 and 19.
As shown in fig. 20 to 24, the delay connection structure 51 includes a linkage rotating rod 52 and a control box 53, and the control box 53 controls the axial movement of the linkage rotating rod 52, so as to control the connection of the limit turntable 114 and the driving fluted disc 119. One end of the linkage rotating rod 52, which is close to the limiting turntable 114, is provided with a gear, and the driving fluted disc 119 and the limiting turntable 114 are linked through the end. When the link lever 52 moves downward, the end near the limit turntable 114 is caused to contact the drive sprocket 119 only.
Preferably, the end of the linkage rotating rod 52 far away from the limiting turntable 114 is provided with threads, the control box 53 comprises a control box body 531 and a delay block 532, and the control box body 531 controls the position where the delay block 532 extends into the linkage rotating rod 52 to be provided with threads. Thereby forming a lead screw-like structure that controls the axial movement of the linkage rod 52.
The control box body 531 includes control frame 5311 and drive block 5312, and the time delay piece 532 takes place to remove according to drive block 5312, and the direction of movement of time delay piece 532 is different with the direction of movement of drive block 5312, all sets up the chamfer on time delay piece 532, the drive block 5312, and both pass through the chamfer contact. Namely, the delay block 532 is controlled to move in the direction of the link lever 52 by the up-and-down movement of the driving block 5312. Namely, the linkage rotating rod 52, the delay block 532 and the driving block 5312 are combined into a clutch structure, so that the communication and disconnection of the delay connecting structure 51, the driving fluted disc 119 and the limiting rotary disc 114 are controlled.
The control box body 531 further includes a delay spring 5313, the delay spring 5313 being connected to one end of the control frame 5311 and one end of the delay block 532. The gear adjusting structure of this kind also has two functions, the other of which has been described in the foregoing.
As shown in fig. 25 to 28, the time delay connection structure 51 is similar to that shown in fig. 20 to 24 as a whole. The driving block 5312 is integrated with the gear adjusting portion 41, a circular column is arranged at the middle position of one side, far away from the upper portion 61, of the gear adjusting portion 41, a limiting convex disc is arranged below the circular column in a protruding mode, the limiting convex disc is connected through a corresponding spring, and a guide column is arranged at the middle position of the limiting convex disc. Wherein the guide posts can limit the corresponding springs from deviating. An end of the circular column protruding away from the gear position adjusting portion 41 is provided with an annular chamfer instead of the driving block 5312.
Preferably, the control box body 531 may be provided with a corresponding guide sliding region according to the shape of the driving block 532.

the automatic pen feeding structure compatible with various pen sizes comprises at least two clamping units, and the clamping units form a rotary pattern; the clamping unit axially moves within a certain range; the clamping unit comprises a clamping limit sleeve, a clamping rotating wheel, a clamping tooth rotating sleeve, a limit rotating disc and a clamping polished rod, wherein the clamping limit sleeve, the clamping rotating wheel and the clamping tooth rotating sleeve are sequentially sleeved on the clamping polished rod, the limit rotating disc is arranged below the clamping polished rod, and a gear on the limit rotating disc is in contact with the clamping tooth rotating sleeve; the clamping rotating wheel is made of rubber materials; friction blocks are distributed on the contact surfaces of the clamping limiting sleeve, the clamping rotating tooth sleeve and the clamping rotating wheel, and the friction blocks are integrally triangular columns; a clamping limit boss is arranged on one side of the clamping rotary tooth sleeve, which is close to the clamping rotary wheel, and the section of the clamping limit boss is isosceles trapezoid, and the whole clamping limit boss is arc-shaped; the clamping unit further comprises a clamping sleeve, wherein the clamping sleeve is arranged at the middle part of the clamping polished rod and is positioned at the inner side of the clamping rotating wheel; the clamping sleeve is a plastic piece, and a certain distance is reserved between the clamping sleeve and the clamping limiting sleeve as well as between the clamping rotating tooth sleeve; the driving fluted disc is matched with the limiting rotary disc, and a buckle is arranged in the middle of the driving fluted disc and used for limiting the limiting rotary disc and connecting other parts of the pencil sharpener;
the self-starting structure comprises a starting clamping piece, a starting connecting piece and a starting switch, wherein the starting clamping piece starts the starting switch through the starting connecting piece; the starting clamping piece moves under external force, the starting connecting piece moves according to the starting clamping piece, the moving direction of the starting clamping piece is different from that of the starting connecting piece, the starting clamping piece and the starting connecting piece are both provided with chamfer surfaces, and the starting clamping piece and the starting connecting piece are contacted through the chamfer surfaces; the starting connecting piece comprises a resetting connecting rod and a guide rod, and a certain distance is reserved between the resetting connecting rod and the guide rod; the reset connecting rod is integrally F-shaped and comprises a first reset cross rod, a second reset cross rod, a reset vertical rod and a reset spring, wherein the second reset cross rod is fixed at a certain position of the reset spring, and one end of the reset spring is fixed at one side of the first reset cross rod, which is close to the second reset cross rod; a mounting groove is formed in the upper part of the detachable penholder and corresponds to the second reset cross rod, and the second reset cross rod moves in the mounting groove; the starting clamping piece comprises a starting guide block, a starting clamping block and a starting spring, wherein the starting guide block is fixedly connected to one side, close to the starting connecting piece, of the starting clamping block, and the starting spring is arranged above the starting guide block; the starting guide block is contacted with the reset connecting rod; the contact position of the starting guide block and the reset connecting rod is provided with a bevel; the position of the starting clamping block close to the pen inlet is provided with an arc-shaped groove surface, and the thickness of the arc-shaped groove surface, which is formed by the whole of the arc-shaped groove surface, is increased from the upper side to the lower side towards the middle, namely, the middle distance from the pen inlet is the farthest from the upper side and the lower side, and the middle is nearest; the arc-shaped surface is arc-shaped from left to right; wherein at least 1 of the grippers are actuated; the starting switch controls the motor of the pencil sharpener to work;
