Description

Long-life diesel engine oil composition suitable for national VI emission engine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating oil products, in particular to a long-life diesel engine oil composition suitable for a national VI emission engine.
Background
With the attention of people on environmental protection and the stricter environmental protection regulations, diesel engines begin to step into the energy-saving and emission-reducing stage. At present, light automobile pollutant emission limit and measuring method (GB 18352.6-2016) and heavy diesel vehicle pollutant emission limit and measuring method (GB 17691-2018) are firstly implemented in partial areas. In order to realize the national VI emission standard, the design of an engine needs to be improved, and the national host plants mostly adopt the technical route of low EGR + DOC + DPF + SCR to develop the national VI engine at present. Since post-treatment technologies such as DPF, SCR, etc. are adopted, diesel engine oil is required to have low sulfur content (not more than 0.4%), phosphorus content (not more than 0.12%) and sulfated ash content (not more than 1.0%).
At present, the oil change period of commercial vehicles in China is 2-4 kilometers, and the oil change period of commercial vehicles in developed countries in Europe and America is 6-15 kilometers. In recent years, with the general promotion of diesel engine technology in China, some main engine plants begin to recommend long-life engine oil, such as first gasoline, heavy gasoline and the like.
Patent CN105542922 discloses a long-mileage diesel engine oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein alkyl poly benzyl toluene is added into base oil to improve the oxidation resistance of oil products and prolong the oil change period of the oil products. Patent CN105602655 discloses a composite additive for lubricating oil of diesel engine with super-long oil change period, which is prepared by using boride cermet, polyalkoxy polyol, alkyl diphenylamine and other compositions, and can reach 5 kilo kilometers oil change period. Patent CN107892978 reports a long-life energy-saving diesel engine oil composition, which uses polyol ester to improve the fuel economy of oil products.
Rubber sealing elements are used at a plurality of parts of the diesel engine, such as an oil pan sealing washer, a front oil seal, a rear oil seal, a cooling module sealing washer, an O-shaped ring at the joint of an oil duct in the engine body, a housing sealing washer, sealing washers of various valves and the like. In the use process of the rubber sealing elements, rubber aging occurs due to long-term use under high temperature conditions, so that the sealing of each part of the engine is not tight, and the normal operation of the engine is influenced.
The engine oil circulates to various parts of the engine through the engine oil pump, and the engine oil is also in close contact with the rubber seal of the engine. Although the antioxidant is added into the diesel engine oil in the prior art, the service life of the diesel engine oil and the protection effect on a rubber sealing element are still difficult to meet the use requirements, and the use requirements are further improved.
