The belt cutting mechanism 2 comprises a swing arm 21, a pressing roller assembly 22 and a cutter assembly 23, the swing arm 21 is located on one side of the revolving frame 11 corresponding to the winding station, the pressing roller assembly 22 and the cutter assembly 23 are connected to the swing arm 21 respectively, and the execution end of the cutter assembly 23 is connected to the execution end of the pressing roller assembly 22. When the swing arm 21 rotates to the tape cutting position, the compression roller assembly 22 can press the material roll on the unwinding shaft 12 of the winding station, and the cutter assembly 23 can cut off the material tape.
When the automatic roll changing device in the embodiment is used, after the winding of the reel on the unwinding shaft 12 of the winding station is completed, the rotating mechanism 1 rotates 180 degrees, the positions of the other unwinding shaft 12 on which an empty reel is placed and the unwinding shaft 12 on which winding is completed are exchanged, then the swing arm 21 rotates to the tape cutting position, the compression roller assembly 22 presses the material roll on the unwinding shaft 12 of the winding station, finally the material tape between the two unwinding shafts 12 is cut through the cutter assembly 23, the full-reel of the lower winding station is removed, the empty reel is placed, and the empty reel located at the winding station starts to wind the material tape, so that automatic roll changing of the winding station is realized, and the winding efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, the surface of the empty reel is provided with a double faced adhesive tape, so that after the material belt is cut off, one end of the material belt to be coiled can be pasted on the empty reel, and then the material belt is coiled on the empty reel.
As shown in fig. 2, the pressing roller assembly 22 includes a pressing roller 221 and a first driving element 222, the first driving element 222 is connected to the swing arm 21, the pressing roller 221 is connected to an executing end of the first driving element 222 through a connecting structure, and the first driving element 222 can drive the pressing roller 221 to approach or move away from the swing arm 21.
Further, the swing arm 21 includes two supporting plates 211 disposed at an interval, a connecting member 212 is connected between the two supporting plates 211, and the pressing roller assembly 22 and the cutter assembly 23 are disposed between the two supporting plates 211.
Preferably, the revolving rack 11 includes a revolving body 111 and two supporting assemblies 112, the supporting assemblies 112 include supporting bodies 1121 and supporting rollers 1122 on a side of the supporting bodies 1121 away from the revolving body 111, and the unreeling shafts 12 are respectively disposed on the revolving body 111.
More preferably, the two support assemblies 112 are respectively disposed on the upper and lower sides of the revolving body 111, the support 1121 is connected to the revolving body 111, and the support roller 1122 is connected to one end of the support 1121 opposite to the revolving body 111.
Further preferably, the two supports 1121 are arranged with central symmetry with respect to the rotation axis of the turret 11 itself.
When the reel is transferred to the empty reel position, the tape passes through the supporting rollers 1122 disposed on the upper portion of the supporting member 112.
Referring specifically to fig. 3 and 4, when the two spools are switched between positions, the empty spool acts as the support spool, and the strip of material is pressed against the empty spool by the roller assembly 22 and then passes through the support rollers 1122 on the support assembly 112 to form the wrap angle.
Preferably, the pressing roller assembly 22 and the cutter assembly 23 are arranged on the same supporting plate 211, the cutter assembly 23 and the pressing roller assembly 22 are arranged on one side of the supporting plate 211, and the roller is arranged on the other side of the supporting plate 211.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cutter assembly 23 includes a second driving member 231, a connecting rod 232 and a cutter 233, and the second driving member 231 is disposed on the swing arm 21. One end of the connecting rod 232 is hinged to the output end of the second driving member 231, and the other end is hinged to the pressing roller 221. The cutter 233 is connected to the link 232. The second driving member 231 can drive the connecting rod 232 to rotate around the axis of the pressing roller 221 so as to drive the cutter 233 to cut off the material tape.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the cutter assembly 23 includes two oppositely disposed second driving members 231 and two oppositely disposed connecting rods 232, each of the connecting rods 232 is connected to one of the second driving members 231, and the cutting blades 233 are connected to two of the connecting rods 232.
Preferably, when the unreeling shaft 12 rotates to exchange positions, the supporting plate 211 rotates around a center of a circle, which is the axis of the roller.
It can be understood that the supporting plate 211 rotates around the center of circle, so that the tape cutting operation of the cutter assembly 23 and the press roller assembly 22 does not affect the tape moving manner of the material tape.
In detail, the rotation body 111 is connected to a rotation shaft, and the rotation shaft is driven to rotate so as to rotate the rotation body, thereby changing the positions of the two unreeling shafts 12. By means of the supporting component 112, the tape before the two unreeling shafts 12 can be tensioned by the supporting component 112, so that the cutter component 23 can cut off the tape.
Particularly preferably, the connecting rod 232 is connected to the cutting knife 233, and when the second driving member 231 drives the connecting rod 232 to rotate around the axis of the pressing roller 221, the connecting rod 232 drives the cutting knife 233 to cut off the material tape.
It can be understood that the present application improves the continuity of the tape cutting operation by combining the first driving element 222, the second driving element 231, the connecting rod 232 and the pressing roller 221, and simplifies the driving and assembling forms of the tape cutting mechanism 2 and the pressing roller assembly 22, thereby improving the precision.
Particularly preferably, the tape cutting mechanism 2 further comprises a tension roller 24, and the tension roller 24 is disposed at one side of the cutter assembly 23 to tension the tape when the cutter assembly 23 cuts the tape.
