Firstly, the telescopic member 406 drives the upper roller body 408 to rise upwards, after the steel plate which finishes the rolling work of the bone ribs in any region is conveyed rightwards, the right edge of the rolled bone ribs of the steel plate is positioned between the lower pressing plate 410 and the upper pressing plate 411, then the telescopic member 406 drives the upper roller body 408 to move downwards, so that the lower pressing plate 410 is contacted with the right edge of the rolled bone ribs of the steel plate, if the photosensitive sensor 412 on the lower pressing plate 410 is not triggered, the right edge of the bone ribs of the steel plate is not attached to the lower pressing plate 410, namely the positioning of the steel plate has a right deviation, the main motor 101 drives the upper feeding roller 105 and the lower feeding roller 103 to slightly move the steel plate leftwards, so that the photosensitive sensor 412 is triggered, the right edge of the bone ribs of the steel plate is attached to the lower pressing plate 410, if the photosensitive sensor 412 is not triggered, the positioning of the steel plate has a left deviation, the main motor 101 drives the upper feeding roller 105 and the lower feeding roller 103, the steel plate is slightly moved to the right, so that the photosensitive sensor 412 is triggered, the right side edge of the bone rib of the steel plate is attached to the lower pressing plate 410, and the positioning accuracy of rolling work on the steel plate is improved.
Then, the telescopic member 406 continues to drive the upper roller body 408 to move downwards, so that the right side edge of the rib rolled by the steel plate is clamped by the lower pressing plate 410 and the upper pressing plate 411, the third spur gear 404 is meshed with the fourth spur gear 409, then the output shaft of the secondary motor 401 drives the lower roller body 403 and the third spur gear 404 to rotate, the third spur gear 404 is meshed with the fourth spur gear 409 to drive the upper roller body 408 to rotate, the upper roller body 408 and the lower roller body 403 respectively drive the upper pressing plate 411 and the lower pressing plate 410 to move in opposite directions, the right side edge of the steel plate rib with slight upwarp is clamped and corrected by the upper pressing plate 411 and the lower pressing plate 410, and therefore the flatness of the corrugated steel plate obtained through production is improved.

1. A corrugated steel plate rolling device for an oil field camping house shell comprises a base frame (1), an upper support (2), a press machine (3), a pressure rod component (31) and a support table (4); the middle part of the upper side of the base frame (1) is connected with two upper brackets (2); a press machine (3) is fixedly connected between the upper ends of the two upper brackets (2); the press machine (3) is connected with a press rod component (31); a support table (4) is connected to the right part of the upper side of the base table (1); the device is characterized by also comprising a feeding unit, a rolling unit and a blank pressing unit; the left part of the upper side of the base table (1) is connected with a feeding unit for conveying corrugated steel plates; the middle parts of the inner sides of the two upper brackets (2) are connected with rolling units for rolling corrugated steel plates; the bottom of the lower side of the rolling unit is connected with a bottom stand platform (1); the lower end of the pressure bar component (31) is connected with a rolling unit; the right side of the rolling unit is connected with a blank holder unit for preventing the corrugated steel plate from rolling; the left part of the upper side of the edge pressing unit is connected with an upper bracket (2).

The device for rolling the corrugated steel plate of the housing of the oilfield camping house according to claim 1, wherein the feeding unit comprises a main motor (101), a first shaft seat (102), a lower feeding roller (103), a first spur gear (104), an upper feeding roller (105) and a second spur gear (106); a main motor (101) is fixedly connected to the left part of the front side of the base frame (1); the left parts of the front side and the rear side of the base frame (1) are respectively fixedly connected with a first shaft seat (102); a lower feeding roller (103) is rotatably connected between the lower parts of the two first shaft seats (102); an output shaft of the main motor (101) is fixedly connected with a lower feeding roller (103); the left end of the lower feeding roller (103) is fixedly connected with a first straight gear (104); an upper feeding roller (105) is rotatably connected between the upper parts of the two first shaft seats (102); the left end of the upper feeding roller (105) is fixedly connected with a second straight gear (106); the first spur gear (104) is meshed with the second spur gear (106).

The device for rolling the corrugated steel plate of the housing of the oilfield camping house according to claim 2, wherein the rolling unit comprises a middle shell (201), a sliding fixing frame (202), a middle pressing block (203), a left bracket (204), a left pressing block (205) and a movable pressing edge assembly; the middle part of the inner side of the upper bracket (2) is fixedly connected with a middle shell (201); the inner side of the middle shell (201) is connected with a sliding fixing frame (202) in a sliding way; the lower end of the pressure lever part (31) is fixedly connected with a sliding fixing frame (202); a middle pressing block (203) is fixedly connected to the bottom side of the sliding fixing frame (202); a left support (204) is fixedly connected to the left side of the middle pressing block (203); a left pressing block (205) is connected to the lower side of the left bracket (204); the right side of the middle pressing block (203) is connected with a movable edge pressing assembly for preventing the right side of the corrugated steel plate from rolling.

The device for rolling the corrugated steel plate of the housing of the oilfield camping house according to claim 3, wherein the movable edge pressing assembly comprises a right bracket (206), an elastic member (207), a right pressing block (208), a first fixing frame (209), a side pressing plate (210), a base (211), a side supporting block (212) and a middle supporting block (213); two right brackets (206) are fixedly connected to the right side of the middle pressing block (203) respectively; the lower sides of the two right brackets (206) are respectively fixedly connected with an elastic piece (207); a right pressing block (208) is fixedly connected between the lower telescopic ends of the two elastic pieces (207); a first fixing frame (209) is fixedly connected to the right side of the right pressing block (208); a side pressing plate (210) is fixedly connected to the lower part of the first fixing frame (209); the side pressing plate (210) is connected with the edge pressing unit; the base (211) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the base frame (1); the left part and the right part of the upper surface of the base (211) are respectively fixedly connected with a side supporting block (212); a middle supporting block (213) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the upper surface of the base (211); the left and right sides of the middle supporting block (213) are respectively tightly attached to the adjacent side supporting blocks (212).
