judging whether the user position information belongs to a power-limiting area;
if the user position information belongs to a power-limiting area, sending a power-limiting notification to the user terminal, and acquiring the total power-limiting amount of the power-limiting area and historical power purchasing data of the user account information;
determining a priority value of the user account information and a power limit coefficient corresponding to the priority value according to the historical electricity purchasing data;
establishing a prediction electricity purchasing function according to the priority numerical value, the total electricity limiting amount and the electricity limiting coefficient according to the following algorithm:

dividing a plurality of management areas according to the user position information;
when receiving a power-limiting signal, analyzing position range information of the power-limiting signal and corresponding power-limiting information;
and transmitting the electricity limiting signal to a management area corresponding to the position range information so that the management area forms an electricity limiting area.
3. The electricity purchase management method according to claim 2, further comprising:
adding user type identification in each management area, wherein the user type identification comprises a house type, a merchant type and other types;
if the user position information does not belong to the electricity-limiting area, acquiring the user type in the user account information;
and if the user type in the user account information belongs to a residence type or a merchant type, calculating the corresponding electricity purchasing amount according to the electricity purchasing demand and the electricity purchasing coefficient corresponding to the residence type or the merchant type.
4. The electricity purchase management method of claim 3, wherein after the step of obtaining the user type in the user account information, the method further comprises:
if the user type in the user account information belongs to other types, acquiring the historical electricity purchasing total amount and the corresponding historical electricity purchasing unit price of the user account information in a preset period;
acquiring the current electricity purchasing unit price, and calculating the difference between the electricity purchasing demand and the historical electricity purchasing total amount;
and constructing electricity purchasing coefficients corresponding to other types according to the difference and the current electricity purchasing unit price, and calculating corresponding electricity purchasing amount according to the electricity purchasing coefficients corresponding to other types, the current electricity purchasing unit price and the electricity purchasing demand.
5. The power purchase management method according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the power purchase request sent by the user terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a registration request sent by a user terminal;
generating a registration signal according to a registration request sent by the user terminal, and sending the registration signal to the user terminal, wherein the registration signal at least comprises user identity information and user position information;
receiving user identity information and user position information sent by the user terminal, and verifying the user identity information;
and if the verification is passed, creating user account information of the user according to the user identity information and the user position information.
