according to one aspect of the invention, a printing device with privacy and confidentiality functions comprises a printer body for printing a file, a plurality of printing transmission ports for receiving the printed file, and a transmitting device for transmitting the printed file to the corresponding printing transmission ports, wherein the transmitting device is provided with a file transmission output port, the transmission end of the transmitting device is butted with the printing output end of the printer body, the file transmission port corresponds to each printing transmission port in position, the file transmission port is connected with the output end of each printing transmission port in a wired or wireless manner, and the input ends of the printer body and each printing transmission port are connected with intelligent equipment;
a confidential box capable of receiving printed files is arranged at the printing transmission port, a file inlet is formed in the side face of the confidential box, and the file inlet corresponds to the file output end of the conveying device;
during operation, the intelligent device transmits a printing signal to the printer, and the printer transmits a file to the printing output port through the transmission device after printing the file and enters the confidential box.
Preferably, the conveying device comprises a conveying belt, a fixing groove for fixing the document and a transmission assembly capable of enabling the document to move into the confidential box from the fixing groove, one end of the conveying belt corresponds to the printing end of the printing assembly, the fixing groove is formed in the upper surface of the conveying belt, and the transmission assembly is arranged in the fixing groove.
Preferably, the printing device is detachably arranged on an office table, and each printing transmission port is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with each work position on the office table.
Preferably, the transmission assembly comprises a lifting transmission assembly capable of pushing the document out of the fixing groove and a horizontal pushing assembly capable of horizontally pushing the document into the confidential box from the document inlet, and the lifting transmission assembly and the horizontal transmission assembly are both arranged in the fixing groove; and a coded lock is arranged at the opening and closing position of the secrecy box.
Preferably, the lifting transmission assembly comprises a bottom plate, a stepping motor and a telescopic rod, the stepping motor is embedded in the bottom of the fixing groove, one end of the telescopic rod is connected with the stepping motor, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected to the bottom of the bottom plate.
Preferably, the horizontal transmission assembly comprises a plurality of electric pushing rollers capable of pushing the documents to the document inlet in a rotating mode, and the electric pushing rollers are fixed on the bottom plate through a support.
According to another aspect of the invention, the printing and conveying integrated table comprises a table main body, a printer body, a conveying device with a plurality of file conveying output ports, a confidential box and printing and conveying ports capable of respectively receiving corresponding printed files, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the table main body, the printer body and the conveying device are integrally arranged in the mounting groove, a plurality of stations are arranged on the table main body, the confidential box is embedded in the stations, the file conveying ports correspond to the positions of the printing and conveying ports, and the printing and conveying ports correspond to the stations one by one.
Preferably, the side surface of the office table main body is provided with a paper adding port capable of adding paper to the printer body.
Preferably, the conveying device comprises a conveying belt, a fixing groove for fixing the document and a transmission assembly capable of enabling the document to move into the confidential box from the fixing groove, one end of the conveying belt corresponds to the printing end of the printing assembly, the fixing groove is formed in the upper surface of the conveying belt, and the transmission assembly is arranged in the fixing groove.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: this printing device can install on the desk, and the file can directly transmit the station that corresponds after printing, places in secret case, has reduced the risk that the file divulged a secret, has saved the staff simultaneously and has run the time of printer department and take the file, has improved work efficiency.

In fig. 1-6, a printing apparatus with privacy function includes a printer body 1 for printing a document, a plurality of printing ports 7 for receiving the printed document, and a transmitting device for transmitting the printed document to the corresponding printing ports 7, wherein the transmitting device has a document output port 8, the transmitting end of the transmitting device is connected to the printing output end of the printer body 1, the document output port corresponds to each printing port 7, the document output port is connected to the output end of each printing port 7 by wire or wireless, and the input ends of the printer body 1 and each printing port 7 are connected to an intelligent device 6;
a confidential box 4 capable of receiving printed files is arranged at the printing transmission port 7, a file inlet 5 is arranged on the side surface of the confidential box 4, and the file inlet 5 corresponds to the file output end of the conveying device;
the intelligent device 6 sends a printing signal to the printer body 1, meanwhile, the electric signal is transmitted to the corresponding printing transmission port 7, the printer body 1 prints a file, the corresponding position information is transmitted to the file transmission output port 8 through the printing transmission port 7, and the printed file is transferred to the corresponding confidential box 4 through the transmission device according to the received position information.
In this embodiment, the conveying device comprises a conveying belt 2, a fixing groove 3 for fixing the document, and a transmission component for moving the document from the fixing groove 3 to the security box 4, wherein one end of the conveying belt 2 corresponds to the printing end of the printing component, the fixing groove 3 is arranged on the upper surface of the conveying belt 2, and the transmission component is arranged in the fixing groove 3.
In this embodiment, the printing apparatus is detachably disposed on a desk 14, and each printing transmission port 7 is disposed in one-to-one correspondence with each work position on the desk 14; printing device can sell alone also can sell with the desk integration, can give more choices of customer.
In the embodiment, the transmission components comprise a lifting transmission component capable of pushing the document out of the fixed groove 3 and a horizontal pushing component capable of horizontally pushing the document into the confidential box 4 from the document inlet 5, and the lifting transmission component and the horizontal transmission component are both arranged in the fixed groove 3; a coded lock 13 is arranged at the opening and closing position of the secret box 4; the lifting transmission assembly comprises a bottom plate 9, a stepping motor 10 and a telescopic rod 11, wherein the stepping motor 10 is embedded at the bottom of the fixed groove 3, one end of the telescopic rod 11 is connected with the stepping motor 10, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the bottom of the bottom plate 9; the horizontal transmission component comprises a plurality of electric pushing rollers 12 capable of pushing the documents to the document inlet 5 in a rotating mode, and the electric pushing rollers 12 are fixed on the bottom plate 9 through a support.
In the present embodiment, the combination lock 13 may be a digital lock or a fingerprint lock, which are commonly known in the art; the bottom can set up pressure sensor in the secret case 4, and secret case 4 outside sets up the LED pilot lamp that can indicate that there is the filing in the secret case 4 of user, and pressure sensor, LED pilot lamp all with 6 telecommunications connections of smart machine, and when pressure sensor experienced the pressure of filing, the LED pilot lamp was bright, reminds the user.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a pushing device for pushing a file out of the confidential box 4 can be further arranged in the confidential box 4, the pushing device includes a linear motor 17, a lifting platform 16 for placing the file, a switch and a rail 18, the rail 18 is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the confidential box 4, the linear motor 17 is located on the rail 18, one side of the lifting platform 16 is connected with the linear motor 17, when the file in the confidential box 4 needs to be taken out, the switch is turned on, and the linear motor 16 can move upwards on the rail 18, so that the lifting platform 16 is driven to ascend, and the file is convenient for a user to take.
In another embodiment, an integrative table of printing conveying, including desk main part 15, printer body 1, conveyer that has a plurality of file biography delivery outlets 8, secret case 4, can receive the printing transmission port 7 of the corresponding file after printing respectively, be equipped with the mounting groove in the desk main part 15, printer body 1, conveyer integral type set up in the mounting groove, be equipped with a plurality of stations on the desk main part 15, the secret case 4 is embedded on the station, and the file transmission port corresponds with every printing transmission port 7 position, and printing transmission port 7 sets up with every station one-to-one.
In this embodiment, a paper adding port for adding paper to the printer body 1 is provided on a side surface of the desk main body 15; the conveying device comprises a conveying belt 2, a fixing groove 3 for fixing the file and a transmission assembly capable of enabling the file to move into the confidential box 4 from the fixing groove 3, wherein one end of the conveying belt 2 corresponds to the printing end of the printing assembly, the fixing groove 3 is formed in the upper surface of the conveying belt 2, and the transmission assembly is arranged in the fixing groove 3.
In the embodiment, the transmission components comprise a lifting transmission component capable of pushing the document out of the fixed groove 3 and a horizontal pushing component capable of horizontally pushing the document into the confidential box 4 from the document inlet 5, and the lifting transmission component and the horizontal transmission component are both arranged in the fixed groove 3; the lifting transmission assembly comprises a bottom plate 9, a stepping motor 10 and a telescopic rod 11, wherein the stepping motor 10 is embedded at the bottom of the fixed groove 3, one end of the telescopic rod 11 is connected with the stepping motor 10, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the bottom of the bottom plate 9; the horizontal transmission assembly comprises a plurality of electric pushing rollers 12 capable of pushing the documents to the document inlet 5 in a rotating mode, and the electric pushing rollers 12 are fixed on the bottom plate 9 through a support; the telescopic rod 11 is a spiral telescopic rod 11 commonly used in the prior art, and the electric pushing roller 12 is a technical means commonly used in the prior art, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiment, in specific implementation: the intelligent device 6 transmits a printing signal to the printer body 1 and the printing transmission port 7, the printing transmission port 7 transmits a position signal to the file transmission output port 8, after the printer body 1 finishes printing the file, the file falls in the fixed groove 3, after the printer body 1 finishes working, the intelligent device 6 transmits a signal to the conveyor belt 2 to enable the conveyor belt 2 to move to drive the fixed groove 3 to move to the corresponding printing transmission port 7, then the intelligent device 6 transmits a signal to the stepping motor 10 to enable the stepping motor 10 to rotate to a set position (which can be set in the intelligent device 6 according to actual conditions), and the electric pushing roller 12 rotates to set turns (which can be set according to the distance pushed in actual needs), so that the file is pushed into the confidential box 4 from the file inlet 5, after the working is finished, the stepping motor 10 and the conveyor belt 2 reset in sequence, for the next file transfer.
