Preferably, a water level detection device is installed in the water storage tank 42, and the water level detection device is in signal connection with the travel switch. The water level detection means is capable of detecting the depth of water in the storage tank 42.

The travel switch can control the direction of travel and the speed of the trolley 41.

The flow rate adjusting part 4411 rotates to achieve adjustment of the degree of water mist sprayed from the spraying part 4412.
In one embodiment, the turning mechanism 442 can adjust the spraying direction of the atomizing head 441, so as to adjust the position of the dust removing mist curtain 45 sprayed by the spraying mechanism 44. It should be noted that the steering mechanism 442 can only adjust the position of the dust removing mist curtain 45 in a short distance, and when the distance of the dust removing mist curtain 45 needs to be changed greatly, the horizontal rail 3 can be adjusted to move up and down along the vertical support 2, so as to adjust the position height of the dust removing mist curtain 45.
Preferably, the steering mechanism 442 includes a first motor 4421 fixed to the pulley 41, a second motor 4422, a first rotating shaft 4423 connecting the first motor 4421 and the second motor 4422, and a second rotating shaft 4424 connecting the second motor 4422 and the atomizer 441, wherein the first motor 4421 can drive the first rotating shaft 4423 to rotate around the axis of the first rotating shaft 4423, and the second motor 4422 can drive the second rotating shaft 4424 to rotate around the axis of the second motor 4422. The adjustment of the spraying direction of the atomizer 441 is realized by the provision of the steering mechanism 442.
In an embodiment, the second motor 4422 drives the second rotating shaft 4424 to rotate around the second motor 4422, so as to drive the atomizer 441 to rotate around the second motor 4422, thereby spraying the two sides of the horizontal rail 3 by the atomizer 441. The first motor 4421 drives the first rotating shaft 4423 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 4423, which helps to increase the spraying range of the atomizer 441.
Preferably, several groups of thrust fans 443 are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the atomizing nozzle 441, and each thrust fan 443 is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 4424 through a supporting rod 444. The thrust fan 443 facilitates increasing the distance that the mist is ejected by the misting mechanism 44.
In one embodiment, 4 sets of thrust fans 443 are uniformly distributed around the atomizing nozzle 441, and each thrust fan 443 is simultaneously activated to wind-convey the water mist sprayed by the spraying mechanism 44, so as to increase the distance of the water mist sprayed by the spraying mechanism 44 and correspondingly increase the width of the dust removing mist curtain 45.
Preferably, a pressure-regulating water pump 422 is installed at the bottom of the water storage tank 42, and the pressure-regulating water pump 422 is connected to the spraying mechanism 44 through a high-pressure water pipe 423. The pressure-regulating water pump 422 increases the distance of the water mist sprayed out by the spraying mechanism 44 and the spraying efficiency of the spraying mechanism 44 by regulating the water pressure.
In one embodiment, the pressure-regulating water pump 422 adjusts the water pressure to increase the distance of the water mist sprayed by the spraying mechanism 44, thereby increasing the width of the dust removing mist curtain 45.

the road construction raise dust treatment device further comprises a water pipe conveying fixing frame mounted to the ground, a water inlet is formed above the water storage tank, a water pipe support fixed on the horizontal rail and used for fixing the water pipe is arranged in the water adding section, and when the water pipe support moves downwards along the vertical support along with the horizontal rail, the water pipe conveying fixing frame conveys the water pipe to prolong the length of the water pipe in the foundation pit;

A road construction raise dust processing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the steering mechanism includes a first motor fixed to the tackle, a second motor, a first rotating shaft connecting the first motor and the second motor, and a second rotating shaft connecting the second motor and the atomizer, the first motor can drive the first rotating shaft to rotate around the first rotating shaft axis, and the second motor can drive the second rotating shaft to rotate around the second motor.
