In still another embodiment of the present application, wire stripping limiting clamps 23 are fixedly disposed on two sides of the wire clamp movable seat 2, and the positions of the wire stripping limiting clamps 23 correspond to the positions of the main wire notch 331 up and down, so as to realize sliding fit between the upper jointing clamp 53 and the lower jointing clamp 62 along the length direction of the main wire 8, so that the wire stripping mechanism 63 protects the wire jacket of the main wire 8 located in the external area of the jointing clamp 1 when the wire stripping mechanism strips the main wire. Specifically, when the wire sleeves on both sides of the main wire 8 of the wire stripping mechanism 63 are matched and moved to both sides along the middle section of the overlapping area of the main wire 8 by the two groups of upper binding clips 53 and the lower binding clips 62 to be stripped, the wire stripping limiting clips 23 fixed on both sides of the wire clamp movable seat 2 are butted up and down with the main wire notch 331 on the wire clamp base 3 to realize the clamping and fixing of the main wire 8 in the external area of the bonding wire clip 1, so as to realize the protection of the wire sleeve 82 of the external area of the bonding wire clip 1 on the main wire 8.
In still another embodiment of the present application, an adjusting screw 21 and a limiting rod 22 are vertically fixed at one end of the movable seat 2 of the wire clamp, the adjusting screw 21 and the limiting rod 22 penetrate through the wire clamp base 3, and an adjusting nut 211 is spirally sleeved on a bottom section of the adjusting screw 21 located on the wire clamp base 3. Specifically, the wire clamp base 3 is provided with a through hole 34 which is used for being connected by matching with the adjusting screw 21 and the limiting rod 22, the adjusting screw 21 and the limiting rod 22 which are vertically connected with one end of the wire clamp movable seat 2 penetrate through the through hole 34, and an adjusting nut 211 is spirally sleeved on the adjusting screw 21 and positioned on the lower section of the through hole 34, namely, the adjusting screw 211 is rotated to match with the adjusting screw 21 to drive the wire clamp movable seat 2 to lift and adjust.
In still another embodiment provided by the application, the wire clamp further comprises an operating mechanism 4, the operating mechanism 4 comprises an insulating rod 42, the top end of the insulating rod 42 is connected with a butt joint rod 41 which is detachably connected with the wire clamp base 3, the butt joint rod 41 is provided with a driving mechanism 43, and the driving mechanism 43 is used for driving the wire clamp movable base 2 to lift and adjust on the wire clamp base 3. Specifically, the bottom of the wire clamp base 3 is provided with a docking seat 32 which is matched with the docking rod 41 to be detachably connected, the driving mechanism 43 comprises a connecting sleeve 431, the connecting sleeve 431 is rotationally sleeved on the docking rod 41, a driving box 432 is arranged outside the connecting sleeve 431, a nut sleeve 434 is rotationally embedded in the driving box 432, a driving motor 433 is arranged outside the driving box 432, the driving motor 433 is meshed with the bottom end of the nut sleeve 434 through an adjusting fluted disc (not shown in the figure), when the wire clamp base is used, a worker holds the insulating rod 42 by hand, docks the docking rod 41 with the docking seat 32 on the wire clamp base 3, at the moment, the nut sleeve 434 is sleeved on an adjusting nut 211 on the adjusting screw 21, then the nut sleeve 434 is driven to rotate through the driving motor 433, and finally, the adjusting nut 211 is driven to lift and adjust by the adjusting nut 211 in a matching manner.
In still another embodiment provided by the application, the free end of the movable seat 2 of the wire clamp is provided with a butt joint part, the wire clamp base 3 is provided with a self-locking connecting piece 7, and the self-locking connecting piece 7 automatically butts against the butt joint part to fix the free end of the movable seat 2 of the wire clamp in the second stroke. Specifically, the butt joint part comprises a connecting notch 24 arranged at the end head of the free end of the wire clamp movable seat 2, wherein the free end of the wire clamp movable seat 2 is one end which is not connected with the adjusting screw 21 and the limiting rod 22, the end surfaces at the two ends of the connecting notch 24 are provided with self-locking grooves 25, the self-locking connecting piece 7 comprises a connecting seat 71 fixed at the end head position of the wire clamp base 3, the front side of the connecting seat 71 is provided with a limiting polished rod 72, two self-locking heads 73 are symmetrically arranged on the limiting polished rod 72 in a sliding manner, the self-locking heads 73 are also connected with L-shaped connecting pieces 75, the L-shaped connecting pieces 75 are connected with the lower connecting clamps 62, the self-locking heads 73 comprise connecting sleeve seats 731, the connecting sleeve seats 731 are sleeved on the limiting polished rod 72 in a sliding manner, the limiting polished rod 72 is provided with supporting springs 74, the top of the connecting sleeve seats 731 is connected with a self-locking seat 732 through a telescopic adjusting rod, the self-locking seat 732 is provided with self-locking pins 733 matched with the self-locking grooves 25, the inner side of the connecting seat 71 is provided with an inclined guide groove 734, the side surface of the self-locking seat 732 is provided with a sliding block, the sliding block is slidably embedded in the inclined guide groove 734, the wire clamp movable seat 2 moves towards the wire clamp base 3 in a second stroke, at the moment, the middle section of the lap joint area of the two groups of upper jointing clamps 53 and the lower jointing clamps 62 along the main wire 8 moves towards two sides, the lower jointing clamps 62 drive the connecting sleeve seat 731 to slide on the limiting polish rod 72 through the L-shaped connecting piece 75, namely the connecting sleeve seat 731 drives the self-locking seat 732 to slide, the sliding block on the self-locking seat 732 is guided downwards under the action of the inclined guide groove 734 to move so that the self-locking pins 733 on the self-locking seat 732 are embedded into the self-locking grooves 25 on the end surfaces of the two ends of the connecting notch 24, thereby realizing the fixation of the free end of the wire clamp movable seat 2 and the wire clamp base 3, the stability of the fixing of the wire clamp movable seat 2 and the wire clamp base 3 is obviously improved.

Claims (4)

1. An automatic peeling drainage wire lapping device, comprising; the wire clip comprises a wire clip base (3) and a wire clip movable seat (2) arranged on the wire clip base (3) in a lifting mode, wherein the wire clip base (3) is connected with a drainage wire (31), and the wire clip is characterized in that: a lower wiring assembly (6) is arranged on the wire clamp base (3) in a sliding manner, the lower wiring assembly (6) comprises a lower fixed wire clamp (61) and a lower wiring clamp (62), and the lower wiring clamp (62) is electrically connected with the drainage wire (31); an upper wiring component (5) is movably connected to the bottom of the wire clamp movable seat (2), and the upper wiring component (5) comprises an upper fixed wire clamp (51) and an upper wiring clamp (53); the upper binding clips (53) and the lower binding clips (62) are respectively provided with a wire stripping mechanism (63); when the wire clamp movable seat (2) moves towards the wire clamp base (3), the wire clamp movable seat has two driving strokes:
a first stroke, wherein the upper fixing wire clamp (51) and the lower fixing wire clamp (61) are in butt joint, the upper jointing clamp (53) is in butt joint with the lower fixing wire clamp (61) to realize the fixation of a main wire,
the upper jointing clamp (53) and the lower fixing clamp (61) are matched in a sliding way along the length direction of the main wire (8) in a second stroke, so that the wire stripping mechanism (63) strips the main wire to realize the conductive connection of the upper jointing clamp (53) and the lower jointing clamp (62) with the main wire core (81);
the wire clamp comprises a wire clamp base (3), and is characterized by further comprising an operating mechanism (4), wherein the operating mechanism (4) comprises an insulating rod (42), the top end of the insulating rod (42) is connected with a butt joint rod (41) which is detachably connected with the wire clamp base (3), a driving mechanism (43) is arranged on the butt joint rod (41), and the driving mechanism (43) is used for driving the wire clamp movable base (2) to lift and adjust on the wire clamp base (3); the upper wiring assembly (5) comprises an upper fixed wire clamp (51) and two upper wiring clamps (53), the upper fixed wire clamp (51) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the wire clamp movable seat (2) through a telescopic rod (52), the two upper wiring clamps (53) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper fixed wire clamp (51), and the two upper wiring clamps (53) are connected with the bottom of the wire clamp movable seat (2) through an X-shaped adjusting frame (54); the wire clamp base (3) is provided with a rectangular chute (33), two ends of the rectangular chute (33) are provided with main line notches (331), the lower wiring assembly (6) comprises a lower fixed wire clamp (61) and two lower wiring clamps (62), the lower fixed wire clamp (61) is fixed at the middle section position of the rectangular chute (33), and the two lower wiring clamps (62) are symmetrically arranged in the rectangular chute (33) in a sliding manner relative to the lower fixed wire clamp (61); the wire stripping mechanism (63) comprises an arc wire stripping seat (631), an annular cutter (632) is integrally formed on the peripheral surface of the inner side of the arc wire stripping seat (631), and a linear cutter (633) is integrally formed on the bottom of the inner side of the arc wire stripping seat (631); the outer sides of the upper jointing clamp (53) and the lower jointing clamp (62) are respectively provided with a mounting groove, and the arc wire stripping seat (631) is fixed in the mounting grooves;
in the second stroke, when the upper jointing clamp (53) and the lower fixing clamp (61) are in sliding fit along the length direction of the main wire (8) so that the wire stripping mechanism (63) strips the main wire to realize the conductive connection of the upper jointing clamp (53) and the lower fixing clamp (61) with the wire core of the main wire, the upper jointing clamp (53) and the lower fixing clamp (61) are matched with the inner walls at the two ends of the rectangular chute (33) to realize the doubling-up extrusion of the pulled-out wire sleeve (82) so as to realize the secondary fixing of the main wire;
wire stripping limiting clamps (23) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the wire clamp movable seat (2), the positions of the wire stripping limiting clamps (23) correspond to the positions of the main wire notch (331) up and down, and therefore the upper wiring clamp (53) and the lower fixed wire clamp (61) are matched in a sliding mode along the length direction of the main wire (8), and when the wire stripping mechanism (63) strips the main wire, the main wire (8) is protected by a wire sleeve (82) located in the outer area of the bonding wire clamp (1);
the X-shaped adjusting frame (54) comprises two adjusting side frames which are arranged in an X-shaped cross way, the bottom ends of the adjusting side frames are rotationally connected with the top of an upper jointing clamp (53) through a hinging seat, the top ends of the adjusting side frames are rotationally connected with the bottom of a wire clamp movable seat (2) through the hinging seat, two lower jointing clamps (62) are sleeved on an adjusting polish rod in a sliding mode, so that the two lower jointing clamps (62) are subjected to sliding limiting, in a first stroke, an upper fixing wire clamp (51) and a lower fixing wire clamp (61) are in butt joint and are matched with the supporting effect of a telescopic rod (52), at the moment, the middle section position of a lapping area of a main wire (8) is clamped and fixed through the upper fixing wire clamp (51) and the lower fixing wire clamp (61), the upper jointing clamp (53) is in butt joint with the lower fixing wire clamp (61) to fix the main wire (8), the upper fixing wire clamp (51) and a wire stripping mechanism (63) on the lower fixing wire clamp (61) are in butt joint and embedded into the main wire clamp (8), in a second stroke, the movable seat (2) moves towards the upper fixing wire clamp (51) and the lower fixing wire clamp (61) to continuously clamp (61) to fix the lapping area (61) in the lapping area, the wire clamp movable seat (2) continuously moves towards the wire clamp base (3) and is matched with the X-shaped adjusting frame (54) to drive the two groups of upper jointing clamps (53) and the lower jointing clamps (62) to move towards two sides along the middle section position of the lap joint area of the main wire (8), and the wire sleeves at two sides of the main wire (8) are peeled by the aid of the wire peeling mechanism (63), the annular cutters (632) and the linear cutters (633), so that the upper jointing clamps (53) and the lower jointing clamps (62) are electrically connected with the wire cores (81) of the main wire.

The automatic peeling drainage wire lap joint device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the wire clamp movable seat (2) is vertically fixed with an adjusting screw (21) and a limiting rod (22), the adjusting screw (21) and the limiting rod (22) penetrate through the wire clamp base (3), and an adjusting nut (211) is spirally sleeved on a bottom section of the adjusting screw (21) located on the wire clamp base (3).

The automatic peeling drainage wire lap joint device according to claim 1, wherein a butt joint part is arranged at the free end of the wire clamp movable seat (2), a self-locking connecting piece (7) is arranged on the wire clamp base (3), and the self-locking connecting piece (7) is automatically in butt joint with the butt joint part to fix the free end of the wire clamp movable seat (2) during the second stroke.
