performing element evaluation based on the river ecological health evaluation index to obtain an evaluation element score, and performing weighted summation according to the evaluation element score to obtain an evaluation element weight;
establishing an ecological health comprehensive evaluation index based on the evaluation element weight, and comprehensively evaluating the ecological health condition of the urban river channel through the ecological health comprehensive evaluation index to obtain an evaluation result;
establishing an ecological health comprehensive evaluation system according to the water quality indexes in multiple levels based on the evaluation result so as to obtain the ecological health level of the river channel; wherein the plurality of levels comprise: healthy, sub-healthy, general, moderate impaired and severe impaired grades.
2. The ecological health assessment method of the urban river channel in the plain river network area according to claim 1, wherein the river channel ecological health assessment indicators comprise:
four evaluation indexes of riverway structure, hydrological state, water quality condition and aquatic organisms.

The ecological health assessment method of the urban river channel of the plain river network area according to claim 2, wherein the evaluating of the elements based on the ecological health assessment indexes of the river channel to obtain the scores of the elements, and the weighting and summing are performed according to the scores of the elements to obtain the weights of the assessed elements, comprises:
the river channel structure index is subjected to score addition calculation according to the substrate, the river channel bank slope material composition, the river channel section shape, the river bank stability and the river bank land vegetation coverage index;
the hydrological state index is subjected to score addition calculation according to the water depth and flow rate indexes;
the water quality condition index is an index of a basic item of surface water environment quality standard;
the aquatic biological indicators comprise aquatic vascular bundle plant indicator species scores, planktonic algae shannon-Vera indexes, Parmer algae pollution indexes and BMWP scoring system indicators;
and setting a fixed evaluation element for each evaluation index of the four types of evaluation indexes, and scoring different evaluation elements according to a scoring standard to obtain the score of each evaluation element so as to obtain the element score of the four types of evaluation indexes.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the proposed weight of the river course structure index is 0.2, the proposed weight of the hydrological state index is 0.2, the proposed weight of the water quality condition index is 0.4, and the proposed weight of the aquatic organism index is 0.4.
5. The ecological health assessment method of the urban river channels in the plain river network areas according to claim 1, wherein the ecological health comprehensive assessment index is constructed according to the following formula:

the aquatic organism index calculation module is used for calculating the aquatic organism indexes including aquatic vascular bundle plant indicated species scores, planktonic algae shannon-Vera indexes, Parmer algae pollution indexes and BMWP scoring system indexes;
and the comprehensive score calculation module is used for setting a fixed evaluation element for each evaluation index of the four types of evaluation indexes, and scoring different evaluation elements according to a scoring standard to obtain the score of each evaluation element so as to obtain the element score of the four types of evaluation indexes.
