Abstract
The invention discloses a generator testing device which comprises a base, an adjusting device and a metal conductive sliding plate, wherein at least two metal conductive plates electrically connected with the lead terminals of a generator are arranged on the base, the extending section of each metal conductive plate is connected with an insulating plate, the adjusting device is connected with the metal conductive sliding plate, and the adjusting device can adjust the metal conductive sliding plate to slide on the metal conductive plates and the insulating plates. The generator testing device can simultaneously carry out load and short circuit tests so as to reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency.

The generator test is a preventive test, is an important link of operation and maintenance of power equipment, and is one of effective means for ensuring safe operation of a power system. The generator test device comprises a base, an adjusting device and a metal conductive sliding plate, wherein at least two metal conductive plates electrically connected with the lead ends of a generator are arranged on the base, the extending sections of the metal conductive plates are connected with an insulating plate, the adjusting device is connected with the metal conductive sliding plate, and the adjusting device can adjust the metal conductive sliding plate to slide on the metal conductive plates and the insulating plate, so that stepless load adjustment is realized.
The generator test device provided by the invention has the advantages that the lead end of the generator is electrically connected with the metal conducting plate, the metal conducting sliding plate is controlled to slide on the metal conducting plate and the insulating plate through the adjusting device, when the metal conducting sliding plate is arranged at the tail end of the insulating plate, a load test is carried out on the generator, and the connection between the metal conducting sliding plate and the insulating plate is the maximum resistance value. When the metal conductive sliding plate slides to the metal conductive plate, the generator lead ends are in short circuit contact, and a short circuit test is carried out, so that the generator is effectively subjected to short circuit and load tests. For generator manufacturers, the device can respectively carry out short circuit and load tests so as to achieve the effects of reducing the cost and improving the production efficiency.

Detailed Description
A generator test device is shown in figure 1 and comprises a base 1, an adjusting device 2 and a metal conductive sliding plate 3, wherein at least two metal conductive plates 4 electrically connected with the lead terminals of a generator are arranged on the base 1, an insulating plate 5 is connected with the extension section of each metal conductive plate 4, the adjusting device 2 is connected with the metal conductive sliding plate 3, and the adjusting device 2 can adjust the metal conductive sliding plate 3 to slide on the metal conductive plates 4 and the insulating plate 5. The base 1 is provided with base feet 1-1, the generator test device can be conveniently placed through the base feet 1-1, the base support plate 1-2 is arranged through the base 1, and the metal current conducting plate 4 is conveniently installed on the base support plate 1-2.
The base 1 is also provided with a base top supporting plate 1-2 and a base bottom supporting plate 1-3, a metal conducting plate 4 is arranged on the top supporting plate 1-2, a base foot 1-1 and an adjusting motor 2-1 are arranged at the bottom of the base bottom supporting plate 1-3, a motor shaft of the adjusting motor 2-1 penetrates through the base bottom supporting plate 1-3, and a coupler 2-3 is arranged between the base top supporting plate 1-2 and the base bottom supporting plate 1-3 to connect the motor shaft with the screw rod 2-2.

When the metal conductive sliding plate 3 slides to the metal conductive plate 4, the generator lead ends are in short circuit contact, and a short circuit test is carried out, so that the generator is effectively subjected to short circuit and load tests. The generator of this embodiment is a three-phase generator, the metal conductive plates 4 and the insulating plates 5 are provided in three pieces, and three lead terminals of the three-phase generator are electrically connected to the three metal conductive plates 4, respectively.
