In this specification, schematic representations of the above terms are not necessarily directed to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples. Furthermore, the different embodiments or examples described in this specification and the features of the different embodiments or examples may be combined and combined by those skilled in the art without contradiction.
The invention provides a control method of an air conditioner, which can be a wall-mounted air conditioner, a vertical cabinet air conditioner, a window air conditioner, a ceiling air conditioner and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner includes: an outdoor heat exchanger 1, a plurality of shunt tubes 2 and a compressor 3. The outdoor heat exchanger 1 comprises a plurality of heat exchange units 11, and a plurality of shunt pipes 2 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of heat exchange units 11. The compressors 3 are connected to the corresponding heat exchange units 11 via respective branch pipes 2.
In the refrigerating process of the air conditioner, a compressor 3 compresses a low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant into a high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant, the high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant enters corresponding heat exchange units 11 through a plurality of shunt pipes 2, the heat is released and liquefied in each heat exchange unit 11 to become a low-temperature high-pressure refrigerant, a low-temperature high-pressure refrigerant liquid is reduced into a low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant liquid through an expansion valve, and the low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant liquid is subjected to heat absorption and vaporization through an indoor heat exchanger to become a refrigerant gas and enters the compressor 3 again. When the outdoor temperature is higher, the refrigerant in part of the heat exchange units 11 is less due to the plurality of heat exchange units 11, so that the temperature of part of the heat exchange units 11 is higher in the heat exchange process, and the heat exchange effect of the outdoor heat exchanger 1 is affected.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a control method of an air conditioner, as shown in fig. 2, the control method comprising the steps of:
step S110: the outdoor air temperature is obtained.
Step S120: and obtaining the set temperature and the liquid outlet temperature of each heat exchange unit.
When the air conditioner is started and is used for refrigerating, the outdoor air temperature can be obtained through the sensor, the set temperature input by a user is obtained, and the liquid outlet temperature of each heat exchange unit 11 is obtained, namely the cooling temperature of each heat exchange unit 11 after outdoor heat exchange is obtained.
Step S130: and controlling each heat exchange unit based on the set temperature, and controlling the compressor to operate at an initial operating frequency.
The heat exchange units 11 are controlled based on the set temperature, the connection condition of the shunt pipes 2 and the heat exchange units 11 is adjusted, and the initial operating frequency of the compressor 3 is controlled based on the set temperature.
Step S140: and adjusting the working frequency of the compressor based on the difference value between the liquid outlet temperature and the outdoor air temperature of each heat exchange unit.
After the initial working frequency is obtained, the working frequency of the compressor can be adjusted based on the difference value between the liquid outlet temperature and the outdoor air temperature of each heat exchange unit.
Specifically, if any difference between the liquid outlet temperature and the outdoor air temperature is smaller than a preset difference, the compressor is controlled to perform frequency adding operation on the basis of the initial working frequency. If the difference between all the liquid outlet temperatures and the outdoor air temperature is greater than or equal to the preset difference, the compressor 3 is controlled to operate at the initial operating frequency.
For example, in the present embodiment, three heat exchange units 11 are provided, which are a first heat exchange unit, a second heat exchange unit, and a third heat exchange unit, respectively. Assume that the preset difference is 5 deg.c and the outdoor air temperature is 40 deg.c.
If the temperature of the liquid discharged from the first heat exchange unit is 44 ℃, the temperature of the liquid discharged from the second heat exchange unit is 50 ℃, and the temperature of the liquid discharged from the third heat exchange unit is 60 ℃. The temperature difference between the liquid outlet temperature of the first heat exchange unit and the temperature of the outdoor air is 4 ℃, the temperature difference between the liquid outlet temperature of the second heat exchange unit and the temperature of the outdoor air is 10 ℃, and the temperature difference between the liquid outlet temperature of the third heat exchange unit and the temperature of the outdoor air is 20 ℃. And if the temperature difference between the liquid outlet temperature of the first heat exchange unit and the outdoor air temperature is smaller than the preset difference value, controlling the compressor to perform frequency adding operation on the basis of the initial working frequency.
In order to realize accurate frequency-adding operation, in the process, the number of heat exchange units 11 corresponding to the difference value smaller than the preset difference value is obtained. Based on the number of heat exchange units 11, the frequency-adding parameters of the compressor 3 are determined, and the compressor 3 is controlled to operate at the initial operating frequency and frequency-adding. Wherein the number of heat exchanging units 11 is positively correlated with the frequency adding parameter. For example, when the number of heat exchange units 11 corresponding to the difference value less than the preset difference value is found to be one, the frequency adding parameter corresponding to the single heat exchange unit 11 is controlled to be increased based on the initial working frequency. When the number of the heat exchange units 11 corresponding to the difference value smaller than the preset difference value is found to be two, the frequency adding parameters corresponding to the two heat exchange units 11 are controlled to be increased on the basis of the initial working frequency. When the number of the heat exchange units 11 corresponding to the difference value smaller than the preset difference value is found to be three, the frequency adding parameters corresponding to the three heat exchange units 11 are controlled to be increased on the basis of the initial working frequency. By increasing the frequency-increasing parameter of the compressor 3 on the basis of the initial working frequency, the temperature of the refrigerant is increased according to the heat exchange condition on the basis of ensuring the normal working of the air conditioner, and the heat exchange temperature is increased, so that the heat exchange effect of the outdoor heat exchanger 1 is enhanced.
If the difference between all the liquid outlet temperatures and the outdoor air temperature is greater than or equal to the preset difference, the compressor 3 is controlled to operate at the initial operating frequency. For example, the temperature of the liquid discharged from the first heat exchange unit is 51 ℃, the temperature of the liquid discharged from the second heat exchange unit is 50 ℃, and the temperature of the liquid discharged from the third heat exchange unit is 51 ℃, and the difference between all the liquid discharged temperatures and the outdoor air temperature is greater than or equal to the preset difference, which indicates that the outdoor heat exchanger 1 works normally, and only the compressor 3 needs to be controlled to operate at the initial working frequency.
In addition, in order to simplify the control process, only the refrigerant temperature at the refrigerant outlet of the outdoor heat exchanger 1 can be obtained, and the initial operating frequency can be adjusted by the difference between the single refrigerant temperature and the outdoor air.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the outdoor air temperature, the set temperature and the liquid outlet temperature of each heat exchange unit are firstly obtained, then each heat exchange unit is controlled through the set temperature, the initial working frequency of the compressor is controlled through the set temperature, and finally the initial working frequency of the compressor is corrected and adjusted through the difference value between each liquid outlet temperature and the outdoor air temperature, so that when the outdoor temperature of the air conditioner with multiple heat exchange units is higher, the heat exchange effect can be enhanced through adjusting the frequency of the compressor, and the working effect of the air conditioner is ensured.
As shown in fig. 3, step S110: after the step of acquiring the outdoor air temperature, step S120: the step of obtaining the set temperature and the liquid outlet temperature of each heat exchange unit further comprises the following steps:
step S150: the outdoor air temperature is compared with a preset temperature.
When the temperature is higher, in order to achieve better heat exchange effect, the refrigerant split-flow heat exchange which is easy to influence is enhanced, and after the outdoor air temperature is obtained, the obtained outdoor air temperature is compared with the preset temperature.
Step S160: and if the outdoor air temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, controlling the compressor to work, and communicating at least two shunt pipes with the corresponding heat exchange units and the compressor.
If the outdoor air temperature is more than or equal to the preset temperature, for example, the outdoor air temperature is more than or equal to 43 ℃, the current air conditioner is indicated to work in a severe environment, at the moment, the compressor 3 is controlled to work, at least two split pipes 2 are communicated with the corresponding heat exchange unit 11 and the corresponding compressor 3, the plurality of split pipes 2 are utilized to communicate the heat exchange unit 11 and the corresponding compressor 3, heat exchange of the refrigerant is enhanced, and therefore the working effect of the air conditioner can be enhanced.
Step S170: and if the outdoor air temperature is smaller than the preset temperature, controlling the compressor to work, and communicating one of the split pipes with the corresponding heat exchange unit and the compressor.
If the outdoor air temperature is less than the preset temperature, for example, the outdoor air temperature is less than 43 ℃, the current air conditioner is indicated to work under the normal working environment, at the moment, the compressor 3 is controlled to work, one of the split pipes 2 is communicated with the corresponding heat exchange unit 11 and the compressor 3, only a single heat exchange unit 11 is needed to exchange heat of the refrigerant, and only the main heat exchange unit 11 is communicated with the compressor 3.
The step of controlling each heat exchange unit based on the set temperature includes:
Step S1301: the amount of heat exchange required for each heat exchange unit is determined based on the set temperature.
The set temperature of the air conditioner can be directly set by a user or can be determined according to the environmental temperature required by the user, the set temperature is the temperature to be reached by the current heat exchange of the air conditioner, the heat exchange quantity is to reach the set temperature, and the heat sum of each heat exchange unit 11 is to be reached by the heat exchange.
Step S1302: and controlling each shunt tube to adjust the refrigerant flow of the corresponding heat exchange unit according to the heat exchange quantity.
After the heat exchange amount required by each heat exchange unit 11 is obtained, the actually required refrigerant flow of each heat exchange unit 11 can be determined through the heat exchange amount, and the refrigerant flow is matched with the corresponding heat exchange unit 11, so that each split pipe 2 can be controlled to adjust the refrigerant flow of the corresponding heat exchange unit 11.
The step of controlling the initial operating frequency of the compressor includes:
Step S1303: and determining the partial pressure required by each heat exchange unit according to the set temperature.
Step S1304: the total pressure is determined based on the partial pressure of each heat exchange unit.
Step S1305: based on the total pressure, an initial operating frequency of the compressor is determined.
Based on the physical property parameter table of the refrigerant, the relation between the pressure and the temperature of the refrigerant is determined. The quality of the refrigerant flowing through each heat exchange unit 11 is certain, the temperature difference of heat exchange of each heat exchange unit 11 can be obtained, the temperature after heat exchange of the refrigerant can be obtained through the initial temperature, the partial pressure required by each heat exchange unit 11 can be obtained, the total pressure of all the heat exchange units 11 is determined after the partial pressure of each heat exchange unit 11 is obtained, and the initial working frequency of the compressor 3 can be determined based on the total pressure.
