As shown in table 3, when the importance degree of the conference is very important, the corresponding conference reminding method is as follows: sending a preset reminding mail 48h before the conference begins, sending a preset reminding short message 4h before the conference begins, and calling a reminding call 1h before the conference begins; under the condition that the conference importance degree is more important, the corresponding conference reminding mode is as follows: sending a preset reminding mail 24h before the conference begins, and sending a preset reminding short message 2h before the conference begins; under the condition that the conference importance degree is general, the corresponding conference reminding mode is as follows: and sending a preset reminding mail 24h before the meeting is started.
In some embodiments, for a very important conference, a conference notification email is sent to all the users to be participated 48h before the conference starts, a conference reminding short message is sent to all the users to be participated 4h before the conference starts, and a reminding telephone is made to all the users to be participated 1h before the conference starts. For the more important conference, a conference notification mail is sent to all the users to be participated 24h before the conference starts, and a conference reminding short message is sent to all the users to be participated 2h before the conference starts. For a general important meeting, all the users to be participated are sent out a meeting notification mail 24h before the meeting is started. Therefore, before the conference is started, all the users waiting for the conference are reminded before the conference according to the importance degree of the conference so as to remind the users waiting for the conference to participate in the conference on time, thereby improving the meeting number of important conferences and avoiding the repeated notification of conference arrangement.
Optionally, after obtaining the conference start time, the method further includes: carrying out meeting record to obtain a meeting summary; and sending the conference summary to a preset client. Therefore, each participating user can remember and arrange the conference content conveniently.
In some embodiments, during the conference, the speech of each conference speaker is semantically recognized, and in the case that the speech of the conference speaker is recognized to contain a preset important conference sentence, the speech of the conference speaker is recorded. And after the conference is finished, forming a document by the recorded characters, obtaining a conference summary, sending the conference summary to a client corresponding to the printer, and triggering the printer to print so as to be distributed to each conference user participating in the conference.
As shown in fig. 5, an apparatus for adjusting an environment according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first obtaining module 501, a second obtaining module 502, and an adjusting module 503. The first obtaining module 501 is configured to obtain information of a number of participating users in a preset area; the second obtaining module 502 is configured to obtain the conference participation degree according to the information of each conference participating user; the conference participation degree is used for representing the proportion of the number of the attention-focused participating users in the total number of the participating users; the adjusting module 503 is configured to perform environmental adjustment on the preset area if the conference participation degree is less than the first preset threshold.
By adopting the device for adjusting the environment, the proportion of the number of the attention-focused conference users in the total number of the conference users is determined according to the conference user information in the preset area, the environment is adjusted in the preset area under the condition that the conference participation degree is smaller than the first preset threshold value, and then the stimulation is generated to the conference users in the preset area through the environment change in the preset area, so that the mental states of the conference users are adjusted, and the attention is more easily focused.
Optionally, the conference user information includes a user image, and the first obtaining module is configured to obtain the conference participation degree according to each conference user information by: respectively determining whether the participating users corresponding to the user images have head-lowering behaviors according to the user images, and acquiring head-lowering time of the participating users having the head-lowering behaviors; determining the participating users with the head-lowering time not reaching the second preset threshold value as attention-focused participating users, and acquiring the number of attention-focused participating users; determining the total number of the participating users; and acquiring the proportion of the number of the attention-focused participating users in the total number of the participating users, and determining the proportion as the conference participation degree.
Optionally, the adjusting module is configured to perform environmental adjustment on the preset area by: one or more of the brightness of the lamp light in the preset area, the temperature in the preset area and the air in the preset area are adjusted.
Optionally, before obtaining the information of the plurality of participating users in the preset area, the method further includes: and a third obtaining module. The third acquisition module is configured to acquire conference information; the conference information comprises a plurality of preset time nodes and conference process introduction corresponding to each preset time node.
Optionally, after obtaining the information of the plurality of participating users in the preset area, the method further includes: fresh air adjusting module. The fresh air adjusting module is configured to determine the total number of the participating users according to the information of the participating users; and carrying out fresh air regulation on the preset area according to the total number of the participating users.
Optionally, the means for conditioning the environment further comprises: and a meeting summarizing module. The conference summary module is configured to record a conference in the conference process to obtain a conference summary; and sending the conference summary to a preset client.
Optionally, before obtaining information of a plurality of participating users in the preset area, the apparatus for adjusting an environment further includes: and a pre-meeting reminding module. The pre-meeting reminding module is configured to acquire meeting starting time; and reminding all the users waiting for meeting before meeting according to the meeting starting time.
As shown in fig. 6, an apparatus for adjusting an environment according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor (processor)600 and a memory (memory) 601. Optionally, the apparatus may also include a Communication Interface 602 and a bus 603. The processor 600, the communication interface 602, and the memory 601 may communicate with each other via a bus 603. The communication interface 602 may be used for information transfer. The processor 600 may call logic instructions in the memory 601 to perform the method for adjusting the environment of the above-described embodiment.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 601 may be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the logic instructions are sold or used as independent products.
The memory 601 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the methods in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The processor 600 executes functional applications and data processing, i.e., implements the method for adjusting the environment in the above-described embodiments, by executing program instructions/modules stored in the memory 601.
The memory 601 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal device, and the like. In addition, the memory 601 may include a high speed random access memory, and may also include a non-volatile memory.
By adopting the device for adjusting the environment, the proportion of the number of the attention-focused conference users in the total number of the conference users is determined according to the conference user information in the preset area, the environment is adjusted in the preset area under the condition that the conference participation degree is smaller than the first preset threshold value, and then the stimulation is generated to the conference users in the preset area through the environment change in the preset area, so that the mental states of the conference users are adjusted, and the attention is more easily focused.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an air conditioner, which comprises the device for adjusting the environment. The air conditioner determines the proportion of the number of attention-concentrated conference users in the total number of the conference users according to the conference user information in the preset area, carries out environment adjustment on the preset area under the condition that the conference participation degree is smaller than a first preset threshold value, and further stimulates the conference users in the preset area through environment change in the preset area, so that the mental states of the conference users are adjusted, and the attention is more easily concentrated.
In some embodiments, the air conditioner obtains a conference start time, a conference staff list, a plurality of time nodes, conference process introduction corresponding to each time node, a conference type, a conference importance degree and the like. The list of conference people includes: all the users to participate.
When the conference participation degree is smaller than a first preset threshold value, the air conditioner sends an environment adjusting instruction to the intelligent door and window, and the intelligent door and window is triggered to be opened so as to ventilate the preset area. This intelligent door and window opens and closes for the control command that can receive distal end equipment and according to the control command who receives.
The disclosed embodiments provide a storage medium storing program instructions that, when executed, perform the method for adjusting an environment as described above.
The disclosed embodiments provide a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a computer readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the above-described method for adjusting an environment.
The computer-readable storage medium described above may be a transitory computer-readable storage medium or a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium.
The technical solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes one or more instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method of the embodiments of the present disclosure. And the aforementioned storage medium may be a non-transitory storage medium comprising: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes, and may also be a transient storage medium.

Claims (11)

1. A method for conditioning an environment, comprising:
acquiring information of a plurality of participating users in a preset area;
obtaining the conference participation degree according to the information of each conference participating user; the conference participation degree is used for representing the proportion of the number of attention-focused conference users in the total number of the conference users;
and under the condition that the conference participation degree is smaller than a first preset threshold value, carrying out environment adjustment on the preset area.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the participant user information includes user images, and wherein obtaining conference participation from each of the participant user information comprises:
respectively determining whether the participating users corresponding to the user images have head-lowering behaviors according to the user images, and acquiring head-lowering time of the participating users having the head-lowering behaviors;
determining the participating users with the head-lowering time not reaching the second preset threshold value as attention-focused participating users, and acquiring the number of attention-focused participating users; determining the total number of the participating users;
and acquiring the proportion of the number of the attention-focused participating users in the total number of the participating users, and determining the proportion as the conference participation degree.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the environmentally adjusting the preset area comprises:
and adjusting one or more of the brightness of the lamp light in the preset area, the temperature in the preset area and the air in the preset area.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before obtaining the information of the plurality of participating users in the preset area, the method further comprises:
acquiring conference information; the conference information comprises a plurality of preset time nodes and conference process introduction corresponding to each preset time node.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after obtaining the information of the plurality of participating users in the preset area, the method further comprises:
determining the total number of the participating users according to the information of each participating user;
and performing fresh air regulation on a preset area according to the total number of the conference participating users.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein before obtaining the information of the plurality of participating users in the preset area, the method further comprises:
acquiring the starting time of the conference;
and reminding all the users waiting for the meeting before the meeting according to the meeting starting time.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein obtaining the meeting start time further comprises:
carrying out meeting record to obtain a meeting summary;
and sending the meeting summary to a preset client.
8. An apparatus for conditioning an environment, comprising:
the conference system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is configured to acquire information of a plurality of conference participating users in a preset area;
the second acquisition module is configured to acquire the conference participation degree according to the information of each conference participating user; the conference participation degree is used for representing the proportion of the number of attention-focused conference users in the total number of the conference users;
an adjusting module configured to perform environmental adjustment on the preset area if the conference participation degree is less than a first preset threshold.
9. An apparatus for adjusting an environment, comprising a processor and a memory storing program instructions, characterized in that the processor is configured to execute the method for adjusting an environment according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program instructions.
10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the apparatus for conditioning the environment as claimed in claim 9.
11. A storage medium storing program instructions, characterized in that the program instructions, when executed, perform the method for adjusting the environment according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
