The coarse slag obtained by crushing has uneven particle size, so that the abrasive obtained by grinding operation in the same time has deviation in particle size, after the grinding operation, the screening component 7 is required to screen, the abrasive directly falls on the screen 71, along with the reciprocating swing of the screen 71, the abrasive is divided into qualified material and screened material by the screen 71, the screened material is left on the screen 71, the qualified material passes through the screen 71 and falls into the blanking hopper, and the material homogenizing component 81 in the blanking hopper is uniformly laid on the base layer.
The compacting roller 91 on the frame 1 is driven by the linear motor to pressurize the paved qualified materials to form a new middle layer, and the compacting operation is directly carried out, the crushed old pavement is paved on a base layer as a new cushion layer, the recycling of the damaged concrete pavement is realized, meanwhile, the concrete pavement is not crushed on site but is crushed after being collected during recycling, therefore, the damage to the base layer in the construction process is small, the renovation quality is better after the renovation of the pavement is finished, and the service life of the renovated pavement is prolonged.
In order to promote the availability factor of the screening material, the screening material can slowly move to screen cloth 71 edge in screen cloth 71 vibration process, can grind once more after removing the edge after the manual collection, also can increase the returning charge subassembly in screen cloth 71 edge, when the screening material moves to screen cloth 71 edge, directly fall into on the returning charge subassembly and finally carry the auxiliary feed inlet of screw conveyer with the screening material and grind in carrying grinding assembly 6 again by screw conveyer, make the screening material can pass through twice at least grinding, make the screening material equally can utilize, the utilization ratio of the screening material has been promoted, can not cause the material extravagant.

a grinding step, wherein the coarse slag is conveyed into a lower grinding disc (62) of a grinding assembly (6) in the processing equipment, an upper grinding disc (61) of the grinding assembly (6) is attached to the lower grinding disc (62), and the upper grinding disc (61) rotates to grind the coarse slag to obtain grinding materials;
screening, namely, the grinding materials fall onto a screening component (7) in the treatment equipment, the grinding materials with the consistent grain sizes pass through the screening component (7) and fall into a discharge hopper (8) to be qualified materials, and the grinding materials with the inconsistent grain sizes fall onto the screening component (7) to be screened materials;
and (3) feeding and compacting, namely conveying the grinding materials with the consistent particle size into a feeding hopper (8), directly paving the grinding materials from the feeding hopper (8) onto a base layer of the concrete pavement, and compacting the grinding materials by a compacting assembly (9) to form a cushion layer of the concrete pavement.
2. The method for treating the old cement pavement of the municipal road according to claim 1, characterized in that:
and a material returning step is also carried out between the screening step and the blanking compaction step, and the screened material is returned to the grinding step for grinding again through a material returning component in the processing equipment.
