The connecting parts 72 are arranged on the two sides of the base material layer 2 to realize the basic connecting effect of the wood floor, and the two sides have certain fireproof performance; the primer layer 3 is coated on the substrate layer 2, so that the adhesive force of the metal finish paint is improved, the fullness and the anti-corrosion function of the metal finish paint are improved, and the uniform absorption of the metal finish paint can be ensured; a waterproof layer is additionally arranged on the primer layer, and the water stop strips 9 on two sides are combined to ensure the actual waterproof effect; coating metal finish on the waterproof layer, arranging a surface layer 6 on the metal finish, and polishing the surface layer 6 by multiple layers to enable the metal finish to present relatively perfect metal texture; and finally, the protection is carried out through the protective layer, so that the service life of the whole wood floor is prolonged.

1. the metal finish coat base material comprises metal powder and metal complex dye, wherein the metal powder is one or more of copper powder, gold powder, silver powder and aluminum powder; the metal complex dye comprises one or more of yellow, orange, red and fluorescent red, and is prepared by the following steps in proportion (8-10): 1, preparing a metal finish primer;
after the metal finish primer is prepared, the water-based paint, the defoaming agent, the dispersing agent, the water-based resin and the adhesion promoter are added in proportion, the mixture is prepared at corresponding rotation speed, temperature and time, and then the mixture is poured into a storage tank for low-speed storage.

the defoaming agent is one or more of an organic silicon defoaming agent, a mineral oil defoaming agent and an acetylene glycol defoaming agent;
the dispersant is a polyacrylic acid ammonium salt dispersant;
the wetting agent is one or more of polyether modified polysiloxane wetting agent, acetylene glycol wetting agent, anionic surfactant wetting agent and nonionic surfactant wetting agent;
the water-based resin is water-based alkyd resin or water-based polyurethane acrylate;
the adhesion promoter comprises alkyd amino baking paint or acrylic amino baking paint;
the leveling agent is a modified organosiloxane leveling agent; the thickening agent is an alkali swelling thickening agent or a polyurethane thickening agent.
3. A wood flooring treated with a metal finish comprising a metal finish layer treated with the metal finish of claim 1, characterized in that: the wood floor comprises a first protective layer, a base material layer, a primer layer, a second protective layer, a metal finish paint layer and a surface layer from bottom to top;
the outer side of the substrate layer is provided with an epoxy resin plate, the epoxy resin plate is positioned on two sides of the substrate layer, the upper side of the epoxy resin plate is connected with the second protective layer, and the lower side of the epoxy resin plate is connected with the first protective layer;
and the joint of the epoxy resin plate and the joint of the first protective layer and the second protective layer are respectively provided with a connecting bulge.

Preparing a metal finish primer, wherein the metal finish primer comprises one or more of metal powder and metal complex dye yellow, orange, red and fluorescent red according to the metal color required by design, one of the metal powder and the metal complex dye yellow, orange, red and fluorescent red is selected for single color, the metal powder is mixed according to the proportion for color mixing, the average particle size is 800-1600 meshes, a stirring device is added, the metal powder comprises one or more of copper powder, gold powder, silver powder and aluminum powder, the colors of the copper powder, the gold powder, the silver powder and the aluminum powder are similar, and the metal powder and the metal complex dye are mixed according to the proportion (8-10): 1 to prepare the metal finish primer;
A2. adding the water-based paint into the stirring device finished in the step A1, adding the metal finish primer and the thickening agent, and continuously stirring for 10-15min, wherein the temperature is gradually increased to 100 +/-10 ℃ from normal temperature, the constant temperature and the constant pressure are kept, and the stirring speed is 600r/min-800 r/min;

Preparing a substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer is formed by staggering a plurality of layers of medium-density fiberboards, detecting that the moisture content of the substrate board to be detected is controlled to be 7% -15% after the plurality of layers of fiberboards are subjected to hot pressing, then conveying the substrate board into a drying kiln for curing, forming and grooving after curing for 7-45 days, sanding the rear surface to determine the thickness, and finishing the installation of the substrate board;

B5. arranging a surface layer on the metal finish paint layer, wherein the surface layer comprises a plurality of layers of transparent finish layers, the transparent surfaces can be coated by transparent oily paint, the materials are cured and discharged on line by leveling and ultraviolet light, the leveling time is controlled to be not less than 5min, the air flow rate in a leveling chamber is 0.3-0.4m/s, the baking temperature is 110-150 ℃, and the surfaces are polished; coating a second layer of transparent oily paint, performing on-line curing and discharging through leveling and ultraviolet light, controlling the leveling time to be not less than 5min, controlling the air flow rate in a leveling chamber to be 0.3-0.4m/s, baking at the temperature of 110-plus-150 ℃, and polishing the surface; coating a third layer of transparent oily paint, performing on-line curing and discharging through leveling and ultraviolet light, controlling the leveling time to be not less than 10min, controlling the air flow rate in a leveling chamber to be 0.1-0.2m/s, controlling the baking temperature to be 80-150 ℃, polishing the surface, detecting the scratch resistance of an acceptance surface layer, entering the next step of working procedure, and not coating the transparent oily paint; the surface layer is at least sprayed, rolled or sprayed to ensure the thickness of the actual surface layer;
