Comparative example
The comparative example is the existing spray-free polypropylene material for the interior and exterior trim parts of the automobile, and the main raw materials of the spray-free polypropylene material comprise polypropylene, polyolefin elastomer, talcum powder, metal aluminum powder, compatilizer and antioxidant.
The tensile strength, flexural modulus, notch impact strength and scratch resistance of the spray-free polypropylene composite materials prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present application and the conventional spray-free polypropylene material in the comparative example were respectively measured, and the experimental data are recorded in the following table:

The tensile strength is detected according to standard ISO 527, the flexural modulus is detected according to standard ISO 178, the notch impact strength is detected according to standard ISO 180, and the scratch resistance is detected according to standard PV 3952.
From the above table, it can be seen that the tensile strength, the flexural modulus, the notch impact strength and the scratch resistance of the spray-free polypropylene composite material prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 of the present application are all significantly improved compared with the existing spray-free polypropylene composite material in the comparative example, and through the embodiments 1 and 2, it can be seen that when the addition amount of the scratch-resistant modified master batch is increased, the scratch resistance of the spray-free polypropylene composite material is significantly improved, and the tensile strength, the flexural modulus and the notch impact strength of the spray-free polypropylene composite material are not significantly improved, and through the embodiments 1 and 3, it can be seen that when the addition amount of the modified toughening impact-resistant master batch is increased, the tensile strength, the flexural modulus and the notch impact strength of the spray-free polypropylene composite material are significantly improved, and the scratch resistance of the spray-free polypropylene composite material is not significantly improved, through the embodiment 4 and the embodiment 5, it can be seen that when the addition amounts of the modified toughening impact-resistant master batch and the scratch-resistant modified master batch are simultaneously increased, the tensile strength, the flexural modulus, the notch impact strength and the scratch resistance of the spray-free polypropylene composite material can be remarkably improved.
In conclusion, the modified toughening impact-resistant master batch and the scratch-resistant modified master batch are added into the raw materials of the spray-free polypropylene composite material, so that the impact strength, the scratch resistance, the tensile strength and the bending strength of the spray-free polypropylene composite material are obviously improved.
Claims (10)
1. The spraying-free polypropylene composite material is characterized by comprising raw materials of polypropylene, modified and toughened impact-resistant master batches, scratch-resistant modified master batches, metal aluminum powder, maleic anhydride grafted compatilizer, antistatic agent, polyethylene wax, calcium stearate and antioxidant, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight:
the modified toughening impact resistant master batch comprises raw materials of a polyolefin elastomer, talcum powder, silicon nitride whiskers, a titanate coupling agent and white oil;
the scratch-resistant modified master batch comprises raw materials of a polyethylene carrier, silicone powder, diamond micro powder, a titanate coupling agent and white oil.
4. the spray-free polypropylene composite material of claim 1, wherein the particle size of the metal aluminum powder is 5-35 μm.
5. The spray-free polypropylene composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is prepared by mixing an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168 according to a weight ratio of 1: 1.
